Jackie Chan is the king of Parkour. In the movie ''Mr Nice Guy, Jackie did a famous stunt in the city of Rotterdam, where he slid top to down on the Willemswerf building (pics attached). None of these parkour guys can beat that stunt.

I like Parkour, but its mostly a teenager kind of sport. My back may break if I attempt that. I prefer the traditional, time-tested sport such as weightlifting.
