Yoruba language is fast becoming Nigeria's most popular language...

The Yoruba land is gifted not just for its own people, but for the acceptance of others. I hope politicians and die-hard tribalists won't tear us apart as Nigerians.

God bless Nigeria 🇳🇬

Until when it's time for elections. cheesy cheesy

Some people's blood go rush now.
But na your blood first rush, maybe you should stop being too childish, you are no longer a kid.

That aside, my only thought was " abi na Yoruba guy, I think say na Edo guy"?
If he is not a Yoruba guy, then CAF might have made an error in trying to appeal to his ethnicity, all the same no hard feelings, no tainting out joy.

If an Igbo had said this, you people would have been foaming in the mouth. Nobody except Yorubas speak Yoruba. Few Yorubas speak other languages the way few people from other places speak Yoruba

Lagosians. Different from being indigineous (Yoruba). Most Igbos born and bred in Lagos communicate in Yoruba much more than Igbo. Atleast those I went to university with at Unilag and OAU.

Ok then. Perhaps you have more information...

Victor himself caused it.......During the summer holiday last year he visited Nigeria and spent it in lagos.

He visited is former area, primary school and secondary school cos he was born and grew up in lagos.
He was speaking yoruba everywhere he went too.....he took it far by making comedy skit with woli arole speaking yoruba scatter.

He never visited edo or even identified with them......so that why CAF felt he is yoruba.
