RE: THE THIRD FORCE: IMAGINARY APC MEMBERS: AN INTERLOPER CANNOT ADJUDICATE OVER OUR MATTER. PRESS RELEASE TODAY, 22ND JANUARY, 2020. On the 18th day of January, 2020, a group of former APC members purportedly met at the Presidential Hotel in Port Harcourt wherein they mischievously and maliciously agreed to set up a reconciliatory committee; according to them, to reconcile aggrieved members of the party. Sequel to the said meeting, it is pertinent to set the records straight as follow: The Amended All Progressives Congress Constitution provides: ARTICLE 21(A) “Offences against the Party shall include the following: (iii) Disobedience or negligence in carrying out lawful directives of the Party; (vi) Factionalization or creating parallel Party Organs at any level; (v) Giving wrong information to any Organ of the Party or unauthorized publicity of a Party dispute without exhausting all avenues for settlement or redress within the Party; …. (x) Filing an action in a Court of Law against the Party or any of its Officers on any matters relating to the discharge of the duties of the Party without first exhausting all avenues for redress provided for in this Constitution; “ ARTICLE 21 D. PUNISHMENT OF ERRING MEMBERS: (i). The Party shall have power to impose the following sanctions on members in accordance with the nature and gravity of their offence: (v). Any member who files an action in court of law against the Party or any of its officers on any matter or matters relating to the discharge of the duties of the Party without first exhausting the avenues for redress provided for in this Constitution shall automatically stand expelled from the Party on filing such action and no appeal against expulsion as stipulated in this Clause shall be entertained until the withdrawal of the action from Court by the Member;” The third Force are nothing other than former members of the party who had ceased from being part of the All Progressives Congress (APC) since Ibrahim Umar and others instituted a case against the party. The said Third Force although stealthily avoided their names being used as parties in the Ibrahim Umar’s case but they were undoubtedly the brains, hands, minds and mouths behind the Ibrahim Umar’s case, a case of the hand of Esau but the voice of Jacob. This is because all the Press releases, statements and communiqué issued so far by the so-called Third Force are in tandem with the ideas of Ibraham Umar. It is also to the knowledge of most members of the party though not in the public space that this same 3rd Force is being sponsored by their friend from the other party. And in accordance with the bidding of that sponsor they have lined up series of suits to be filed in courts aimed at securing restraining orders against the party, either personally or through their proxies the moment they envisage that the on-going case instituted by them would not go in their favour. This is to ensure that our party, the APC does not hold its congresses, is never organized or have the cohesion to wrestle power from their sponsor’s party. The likes of Hon. Igo Aguma and co have joined the growing number of automatic non-members of the All Progressives Congress for filing a suit against the party without exhausting the internal mechanism of the party as enshrined in the party’s constitution. Members of the third force who are non-members of the All Progressives congress can neither intervene in the affairs of the All Progressives Congress nor impose themselves on the party as to settle any form of dispute, a dispute that only exists in their flawed imagination. We wish to bring to the knowledge of the said third force that the APC is a party for all its members, and that it is governed by its laws and not for some “Class” of persons. It is also to our knowledge that what the said 3rd force defines as “Settlement and reconciliation” is the sharing of party offices to them without going through the democratically provided means of electing party executives. Therefore, any attempt to go into any settlement under the condition that party offices should be shared as intended by the Third force, will be vehemently resisted by the Concerned Rivers State APC Members. This so called Third force who had since lost their place in the APC and in their various Local Governments, wards, and units had indeed caused the APC irredeemable political loss. They cannot be allowed to come now in sheep clothing as angels of light. We therefore urge the said third force to make recourse to the Leaders of the Party in the state should they be willing to come back to the party or to openly identify with the party of their dream-the ruling party in the state, rather than allow themselves to be used as covert members of the ruling party in Rivers state with the aim of being clogs in the wheel of progress of the APC as scripted for them by their new party. LONG LIVE THE APC, LONG LIVE RIVERS STATE, LONG LIVE THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, Thank you and God bless you. Barr. Kelechi Oluo Barr. Smart Ikenga Pp; Concerned Rivers APC members

There's barely no Nairalander or Nigerian who's not abbraise with the recently played out saga of the siege laid on the House of Representative by masked men of the DSS and a the daring challenge by one of the house member Hon. Boma Goodhead who represents the people of Akuku Toru / Asari Toru in the Green chamber. However, despite her daring and perceive (pretence) to protecting the democratic tenants of Nigeria, it was nevertheless painful to note that the said member Boma Goodhead have never for one day move or supported any bill in the house were she is sent to represent a people in the three years of her stay in the greeen chamber. Therefore, after well thought and deep/far consultation by Hon. Fenibo M. M Jack, a constituent in the affected constituency from Abonnema-Akuku Toru L.G.A, he deemed it fit to aspire, contest and possibly, replace the misplaced priority house member Boma Goodhead to effectively replace the people of Akuku Toru / Asari Toru in the national assembly. To this end he proceeded to the purchasing of form to contest under the platform of the All Progressive Congress APC to replace the idle lawmaker who's of the people democratic party PDP. Unfortunately, haven heeded to the voice of the people to go represent them, thus, purchase the form, it's painful to announce that Hon. Fenibo M. M Jack has decided to bow out of the race to a more credible candidate and a brother/fellow aspirant from Buguma-same place with Hon. Boma Goodhead at the directive of the APC state chairman Ojukaye Amachree, saying his decision to honour Ojukaye Amachree's voice is based on personal conviction that at a better time he'll represent his people in the green house therefore, pleads with the people and all those who believed in him and trusted in his capacity to represent them, and at the same time thank everyone for their kind gestures and words. Finally, thanks for believing in Hon. Fenibo M. M Jack for effective representation of the Akuku Toru / Asari Toru Federal Constituency he said to all in Buguma when he accompanied the governorship aspirant in Rivers State Arc. Tonye Dele Cole on the platform of the All Progressive Congress to Abonnema & Buguma for courtesy visit/formal declarations to chiefs and elders of the kalabari Kingdom of his intent to contest for governor by 2019.
