Another thing you can do which I have tried and it gives me amazing happiness is to get intimate with nature.

Anytime there is cold air, you should make sure you feel it on your body. Sometimes, we can be moving and the air is blowing on us but we don't feel it because our minds are fixed on something else.

But from now on, try to feel it and tell yourself that you are enjoying air and you will start getting happy.

Try to enjoy sunrise and sunset.

Make sure you hear the cock crow very early in the morning.

When it is about 2am in the night and everywhere is quiet, try to put your mind on the sound of the insects that characterizes the silence of the night.

If possible, try to go outside your house and take in the beauty of the silence and darkness and make sure you feel the fresh air. You can just stay at your gate to observe.

Try to behave like a child by asking questions about nature and about things.

Try and observe small things which you have stopped observing since you became an adult.

You can observe the different branches on a tree, the different colors on your clothes, the little insects around, etc.

Try to observe what the sky looks like every day.

The truth is that children are not depressed because of some of these things which we have stopped observing since we became adults.

For example, a child can take interest in the activities of insects and continue in it for some days.

That is why the white people always organized things like going to the bush to pursue animals.

You will see matured white men and women coming to the forest of Africa to pursue and catch animals.

They'll be laughing and catching fun.

We must just create happiness for ourselves.

Remember that God has put happiness and joy in natural things, which if you begin observing and experiencing, will make you happy.

I don't say you should follow this time table. What I am saying is that you should create a time table of things that interest you and follow the time table.

You will surely start getting happy.

You will start feeling fulfilled. Even if people around you are driving expensive cars and live in expensive houses, do not worry about them. To you, they don't exist.

Behave as if you are the only one who exist because truly, you don't exist to other people. No one really cares that you are alive or dead.

This is important because most people measure their happiness based on what they have as compared to what others have.

They measure their happiness based on how others treat them or think about them.

You have to stop measuring your happiness on a human being.

It is not about going abroad because there are people in the USA and Europe who are rich but are depressed and sad.

There are well to do white people who have committed suicide because of depression. They were not sick or poor, yet they killed themselve.

Do not put your hope on human beings because no human being can give you happiness. No one even think about you this moment.

The best someone can do is to say or do something that makes you sad. My people use to say that human beings are dark and evil.

For example, someone is sad and went online to complain that he is sad. People came online and began abusing him, adding to his sadness.

People are only waiting for opportunities to make you sad and depressed. That's why there's so much abuses and insult online and everywhere.

When once you know that everyone is only out to make you sad, you will stop focusing on people, but will rather focus on making yourself happy.

Also you have to know that no one in this life is truly happy except he or she has something that is giving him or her happiness.

That is why you must arrange things which make you happy and form it into time table.

Some rich people are depressed and sad because they fail to use their riches to arrange good things that could make them happy.

Also, if your depression gets chronic, you should see a counselor.

What makes such people to believe that just because they don't believe in something, then the thing is not true?

If someone says that the supernatural exists and you believe it doesn't exist, you and the person are only speculating, what makes you to think you are correct and the person is wrong?

That's the problem with people.

So long as the person (who doesn't believe in the supernatural) does not prove that the supernatural does not exist, then he or she is very foolish to believe that those who believe otherwise are wrong.

If someone doesn't believe in the supernatural, then let him or her prove that the supernatural does not exist, otherwise let him or her keep quiet and stop attacking those who believe.

So long as he cannot prove and the other person also cannot prove, then both of them are speculating and what makes him think that he is correct while the other person is wrong?

But if someone based his or her argument on the fact that he or she is educated, then such argument is lame. You cannot just say that something is not true because you say so or because you went to school.

They will tell you "because I say so" or "because I went to school", and they expect you to accept it without any proof. Can you imagine such foolishness?

But that is how foolish some people have become.

Personally, I don't believe some supernatural stuff, but that doesn't mean those who believe are wrong.

Since I can't prove that I am correct while they are wrong, I cannot just assume I am correct and be attacking those who don't reason like me.

Some people say they are educated and because of that, they don't believe in superstition or in the supernatural.

Ok for the sake of this argument, let us assume that there is nothing beyond the physical.

But as long as there are people who believe in the supernatural and are ready and willing to cut your head to use in rituals, then you must be careful.

As long as there are people who believe that your head/body parts can give them quick wealth, as long as there are people who believe in the supernatural and it is even working for them,

then you must be careful irrespective of your disbelief in the supernatural because those people are willing to use your head whether you believe in their superstition or not.

That is my message today.

It is not for you to come and be cursing and blasting someone who tries to advise you on these things.

Your level of education should be able to make you to understand that there are people who believe in superstition and are acting on it.

Your level of education should be able to make you know that even if you don't believe in rituals, there are people who believe and may be targeting you.

Your level of education should be able to make you more careful with strangers because even if you don't believe in hypnotism, there are people who believe they should hypnotize you for a possible money rituals.

Your level of education should be able to let you know that there are people who act out their beliefs and it works for them, that is why they continue to believe in those stuff.

There is nothing more I can say except this: Be warned.

One must be very careful of people.

We must be careful because evil people are looking for someone to use and make quick money.

The first few days I arrived Katsina state to start living, I didn't know that people already observed I was new and that I was already a target.

I thought among many people, no one would really know/care that I was a new comer.

But evil people know you more than you ever think.

That was how I was coming on one lonely road. I was the only one on that road.

I saw a man standing afar off and was pointing to the ground that I should go back and carry something on the floor.

I looked and discovered that non of my items was missing, so it was not that my item fell down for him to be insisting I should go back and carry it.

But the man was insisting and was becoming desperate. He was getting angry and frustrated.

I didn't understand the whole thing but I just kept walking which was towards the man.

When he knew I wasn't going back to bring the item, he started walking towards the item, ie, he was walking towards the direction I was coming.

When he reached me, he said he wanted me to help him bring a cloth which was tied in a circular manner.

I just walked passed him while he walked over to pick up the item. It was then I saw the cloth, which I didn't see when the man was pointing at it. I believe God closed my eyes from seeing the cloth so that I would not pick it for him.

Just at the nick of him picking his cloth, I turned to look at him, but he was no where to be found.

It seems like he suddenly disappeared immediately he picked his item because the road is still far and I would have seen him still walking.

I thank God that I didn't really understand what the man wanted me to do because I would surely have picked the item to give to the man and who knows what would have become of me?

Maybe I would have disappeared.

I believe the man followed me from my area and when he saw I would enter the lonely road, he must have
quickly followed the other way and dropped the item, then went back to wait for me. This is the man I have never met from Adam, but like most evil people, he already knew me.

Infact, the very moment I turned and didn't see the man, I knew on a high state of conviction that the man wanted to do me evil.

We must be careful because people are missing because some evil people want to make quick money.

Don't think that nobody knows or cares about you. Of course, evil people care about you. They know you and they may have decided on which charms you would fit or what evil they may do you.

The first day you enter a new state, place or country, there are people whom you don't know who know you and are already scheming things.

Evil people you have not ever seen already know you.

Many people have had numerous bad experiences with these evil people, so we must be very careful.

Just watch how some of them would come here and be blasting me, calling me names just for posting this.

Like I went to buy something, one woman saw me and began to speak of how classy she is.

Another time, a woman was telling her female friends how much her salary is. I know she was trying to impress the males around.

There is a woman who liked coming to where I work with different cars and said she wanted me and other men to know that she is richer than other women around.

There is a girl who is a salesgirl in a place where cakes and breads are sold. One day, she brought out money and said it was over a million naira, that she is the only one in the organization who is allowed to handle big money, because she was most important.

I find such women more attractive than a woman who is physically beautiful and does not try to prove herself.

Even if a woman dresses to show she is the most beautiful, I don't find her as attractive as a woman who tries to prove herself as classy, rich, important, or strong.
