My submission is : miracles are possible in medicine and there are medical surprises and intricacies.

A big name like dunamis will be granted permission without any hassle. Besides, we have goverment run hospitals where doctors earn their salaries even if the wards are empty so that should not be enough reason for dunamis not to reach out to sick people in hospitals.
