735 i: Gd evening to all the gurus in the house; I'll be applying for a tier 4 visa by 6th of this month. However;I have 4 quick questions that i really need answers to;

1.) I was refused a student visa to the UK in January cos i submitted my application late; (I was scored Zero for CAS because my visa application date was rather late and my CAS was termed "invalid" ) Would my visa refusal in January affect this application and do i need to attach the refusal page?

2.) My e-passport will be expiring in February 2014. Can a visa be denied because a passport will be expiring 6 months from date of visa issuance?

3.) i mistakenly withdrew 500k from my account within the 28 days required but immediately returned it in less than an hour as soon as i noticed. Do i need to start counting the 28days all over again?

I think ur previous CAS was considered invalid if it was issued more than 6 months before u applied for a tier 4 visa.
Your refusal in january wouldnt affect ur new application, u just need to state if any application has been denied and maybe reasons.
Ur passport expiration is a bit dicey which am not sure about, would confirm.
Please to avoid any issues start counting another 28 days.

The school is ok, had few friends that studied that course last time i checked they havent gotten anything. Think they all back in 9ij, but doesnt mean u case cant be different. The school is ok in terms of academics, know the department is good, should be ready 4 serious work. Its more of a white people environment unlike london, 45 mins from london by train.Dont really get what u mean by activities but in general could be boring at times (just my opinion). Hmmmm from ipswich,it shouldnt be up to an hour.U'll definitely need a monthly rail card and annual bus pass (this is very cheap f because they offer great disount for students)to cut cost. Without them u might be spending about £10 daily just on transportation.

Don't mind them jare, u can book one way as u nt on a 6 months visiting visa. One- way just fine

My questions are how much need I show for my living expenses out of the London area
£7200 (9 months), £9600(12months) or £12000(15 months)
Also I'm leaning towards paying up ALL my tuition before applying
I believe this is a good move,or am I mistaken?

my sister paid the money for me and the school sent the receipt on the 9th of july to my email. After series of phone calls and emails I received my unconditional offer on the 31st of July and now am waiting for cas letter. I don't know whether it will take a whole month before I get it too. What about your English requirement, Middlesex was listed as one of the schools that require IELTS or SELT. Ask then if ur WAEC english is enough for them.

Is she a legal guardian?. if you intend using him or her, you must have the legal document that states you have been legally adopted. This issue has been addressed before, pls take the time to read from the beginning.

Only applicable to u short time visitors, nt applicable to u.

You will be making a big mistake, not only that you need to keep the money in your account till the visa is out you also need that money badly here in the UK, you can't survive without that money.
