What Nigeria needs is the removal!! how will we grow and industrialize if we carry on this mass payment that in all honesty only helps the upper class, smugglers and all those who only care for their pocket!

a good article worth reading!-------> www.thinkafricapress.com/nigeria/blog/week-nigeria-subsidy-withdrawn

You think the same people that 'screwed up' the subsidy would not end up being beneficiary of the 'INFLATED' contracts that would be awarded from the 'IMGINERY' savings the FG touts about?

As the protest linger on, the issue would shift from subsidy to a complete overhaul of government in Nigeria. CORRUPTION is cankerworm that has endanger our development as a Nation and GEJ has shown no sign whatsoever that He is prepared to eliminate it from the system. Infact since He took over, Institutionalization of Corruption gather momentum and all that the Nigerian masses have gotten in return for the Patience and trust they had in GEJ was lip service, lies, deceit and propanganda!

Fix up the corruption in the System and you would not be talking about subsidy!, oh by the way, can you help GEJ explain why subsidy which was barely N390bn before He took over sky rocketed to N1.37bn within 6months , Who prepared the 2010, 2011 budgets? How did they arrive at the N360bn estimate and how come the differential from the actual cost is above N1tn? MADNESS
