Let's be realistic here. Varane won't come here. His agent will only use our interest in him to get him an extended lucrative contract with Real Madrid the way they did for Sergio. Mind you, Pepe is already 34 yrs old.

One game does not make him a poor defender na? Varane is a good defender but he is young and still needs to work on his game! He knows how to pass and dribble and get goals...also good at marking! I think he is tired of being at real...he has never established himself there due to injuries and their constant drama anyway! He really almost joined us before he went to Spain and it was jose that killed the move...that guy would jam in the premiership! But I don't think we would even get him...na just moves we dey make!

in the two years that LvG was in charge, he was only able to win one trophy out of more than 5 trophies while he was in charge...... just the FA Cup which he won and still got sacked because the club wasn't satisfied with that.. why? was it because the FA Cup was useless or meaningless? no. but because he failed in the league.... he failed in getting us back in to the Champions League. even the EFL Cup that you are mocking, LvG couldn't win it while he was here..... smaller teams disgraced us out of the competition.


now Mourinho has come, won the Capital One Cup in his first season..... already the Community Shield is already in the bag, but I won't mention that. so far, Mourinho has already won a trophy and yet season is not yet over. we're still in 3 competitions and have the chance to add atleast 2 major trophies to our cabinet.
