Pls am having problem with my android tablet,if I subscript for a data bundle,it will be active but my tablet is unable to browser,it keeps sending me back to mtnonline data bundle page,pls help,what should I do.sometimes it browses for few seconds and then will stop and there is network on it.

Insalling a custom rom on my galaxy tab p3100 and iT has been failing. I have recovery.tar.md5 flashed with odin and but installing from sd card keeps failing. Due to this I have flashed stock rom and even done factory reset but it keeps failing.
What can I do about this?
