What is the EPS of this stock in the last 5 years? What is the stock price behaviour in the last 60 months? What is the source of the recently paid dividend? What is the market share of this company? How liquid is this stock and company? What is the percentage of institutional investors in this company? What is pedigree of the supposed parent company ie Sahara group? These are some of the questions people who want to buy RAK need to consider. NB, you can make money from recovery stock but you need to start seeing recovery in the fundamentals, injection of more funds, new management and positive market sentiments. I made money from these recovery stocks UACN @ around N2.50 in 2002 and International Brewery @ less than N1.00 around 2006. I commend you for the good job you are doing as the moderator of the Jobs/Vacancies section. A company that has corporate governance issues, high debt profile, gross erosion and dilution of investors' wealth,over ambitious and inept management surely needs the grace of God to survive another 5 years. On another note- this TSA issue may affect the price of banking stock heavily. Fbn and zenith will be most affected by the policy. It is no longer business as usual. All fg institutions and parastatals ncluding nta, fed govt sec schools and major institutions including nnpc, customs, immigration were moved to CBN account yesterday.

Before now I know banks provide for 75% but now, even the 25% banks enjoy is no more. They are now paid processing fee which is n5 naira per 1000 naira collected . this is still attractive but cannot be compared to the float income the collecting banks have been enjoying- weekly and monthly.
State institutions likewise have started consolidating their accounts. In my very eyes, a state govt arm moved all their money from many banks to one bank (not CBN yet).

Heads will roll . time for plan b,c,d .....if you earn your pay from DMBs .

Thanks for this info.... I just offloaded my Zenith bank. I will keep FNBH cos I believe their large customer deposits will offset the immediate effect of TSA
