Ymodulus: Big Man. Well for 30Years its very easy to pay. that's
Mathematically
Remember you pay 30% at first deposit so thats
Initial Deposit of 30% 30% of 8Million = 2,400,000
Left over deposit for over 30 years Now 8Million - 2.4Million = N5.6Million
5,600,000 / 360 months ( 30yrs ) = 15,555.555 per Month
Approximately N15,560 a month. Not even taking into cognizance inflation and other macroeconomic variables that might set in. This is a good deal i agree.
This means you are to Nothing like big man here ooooo...... Just saw an opportunity to leverage on an income generating asset on zero interest rate. Cool |

Ymodulus: It's a foreign bank with great prominence in the Arab countries.
They bank according to Islamic tenets - in emphasis, they don't add interest on loans and stuff alike. They do this because they believe interest on loan is wrong according to Islamic believes.
The bank also operates in the U.S.
It was introduced by Sanusi Lamido Sanusi , and he met serious opposition then by even the CAN President Oritsejaphor.
For me I love the bank. Recently I looked at some of their benefits, I noticed that they offer a Mortgage Loan of 8 Million for 30Years with initial deposit of 30%.
Can you beat that? Next time I enter Abuja na to go open account straight with this bank. See this kaind mouth watering deal oooo. |

nio68: restrospective analysis is easy to do... how far a stock would fall is like asking how long is a piece of string. deciding when to jump in is the most difficult part, especially when NSE has a mind of its own. currently both fundamental and technical analysis hardly works.. Lately it's only sentiment analysis that works on NSE. But I and my household still align with Fundamental analysis. Aspiring to own 5% of FBNH if BSITL will help me push it downward to N1:00 |

Infinitikoncept: Bros all dox points are prediction. Tell me did you predict USD will grow wings to this price when you were chanting change or PMS would grow scarce like gold or PMB will be a junketeer in chief collecting the same scarce USD as estacodes. Tell me the price range of devaluation from 2010-2015 and compare to the last seven months range of unannounced devaluation. If GEJ and NOI actually agreed to the reality on ground the last devaluation should have made the naira trade at #260 normally on the parallel market but they just can't allow Nigerians face the bitter truth so the foreign reserve was used to augment the weakness. Since all Dix CBN boycott started has our foreign reserves increased in the last seven months? Have they caught one high profile politician laundering money since then because that was their claim for reduction in daily withdrawal, spending, BTA and PTA. I'm sure a man was honourable enough to say the truth while another promised #1=1$ just to deceive gullible Nigerians. We are here today and banks rate are worse than GEJ black market rate. So keep those predictions as if they are correct cox u just can't predict the future boss It is not my fault that you have limited knowledge of History and International Finance. So, obliging you a response to the above gibberish will be a waste of time. Peace. |

tyconcepts: @ the bolded......I raise my glass Raise which kind yeye glass. Am glad that Jonathan was booted out. Under Jonathan, naira was devalued three times in six months leading to the election. Naira would have been exchanged @N400 to the dollar had he won the election. Okonjo Iweala would have swallowed Worldbank/IMF wuruwuru recommendations and devalue the naira even more. Buhari still remains a prophet not recognized in his own country. Do you guys know the amounts of pressure he has had to absorb quietly from those Western institutions and powers concerning naira devaluation? Jonathan would have succumbed to their demands had he won the election. I will rather not import and encourage made in Nigeria goods than support the most corrupt government ever. |

Its totally the CBN's fault as their approach towards resolving this forex crisis is detrimental to the success of the budding importer.
One direction is to develop a positive mindset towards all this. People are moving out with BTA daily and still doing business the best way possible.
@AleAirHub, it is well. Succeed we shall. Why is nobody thinking of exports?? |
