What I'm talking about is that since Octoberlast year, gratuities of new retirees haven't been paid... Not a kobo for federal civil service retirees...only parastatals & Agencies have managed to wangle their way.... Main stream civil service have received zilch & it's not cool.

The law says that 14-years goes to those who enter into a homosexual UNION....ie, one has to be MARRIED to someone of the same sex to go to jail, not just shag someone of the same sex
