izzou: My point is that Tinubu's party have senators, HOA members, NASS members and even Governors in the SE and SS to help him get the stipulated 25% required by the law.
He may not hope to win everywhere, but he would get his 25%.
Now how will Obi get it in Zamfara, Kebbi, Sokoto, Katsina, Gombe, Borno? Who will help him drive that, either through campaigns, or vote buying sef?
We need to realistic with some of our situations, bros. Forget about core North. Even for America there are core states where the other party has no hope. The law didn't say anything about the candidate getting 25% in all 36 states. GEJ did not win core North either. Obi can get the numbers he needs from SE/SS/SW and Middle Belt. |

You people still think it's a game. If Atiku wins what tribe do you think APC or PDP will field next? If Tinubu wins APC will tell you it's the turn of the North. I did not see where he was kneeling to beg Obi. His candidate is Umeadi, an Igbo man.
He is only concerned about how you guys will handle it if Obi loses. Something you guys don't want to talk about or imagine I'm not sounding emotional. You're being tacit instead of being upfront with your sentiments. I am calling B.S on that Sit down and ask yourself if you were Peter Obi why you would want to be on the same side with Soludo. Why should I hire a trainer that tells me I cannot win a fight? That does not make sense to any normal person Who said anything about him kneeling to beg Obi? Bottomline he approached Obi to run under APGA yes or no? Whether he offered MouthAction and Obi declined I don't know I don't care. TrebleChamp: I don't want APC or PDP to win in 2023, Obi is my candidate just like Fela Durotoye was my Candidate in 2019. You keep shouting structure as if it is structure that will vote, people will vote candidate of their choice and the one with the highest vote wins. The party that won election in Lesotho did not have any structure, yet won the Presidential Election cos the people voted not structure. Structure = Rigging Cos I'm wondering who their useless structure help. Is it not in Nigeria that politicians cross carpet like no man's business. |

Before any primary was done, Soludo approached Obi and told him to leave PDP so they can build APGA for the future. Obi refused and said PDP is the way.
The same man went on to join LP
Now, Soludo stated that he is not supporting Obi in this election, but his party's candidate, Umeadi.
The same Obidients are saying he is demarketing Obi and he is jealous.
He has wished Obi well. Hopefully Obi wins
But nobody has answered his question; If Obi loses, what is the fate of Igbos in regional politics? We want him to face Umeadi. Market him and leave Obi alone. I don't recall one time Obi had ever said anything about Soludo. So why is he behaving like a poosie. He knows well and good Obi has nothing to do with whatever online attacks he might be getting Is Obi the only man running? Shebi Umeadi dey there? If Obi cannot win can't Soludo push Umeadi again in 2027? Must Obi be a part of this push? I don't understand |

He showed the lapses in Obi's tenure. Thats governance
He wants an Igbo presidency to happen. Thats politics.
He said he asked Obi to join APGA not to win 2023, but to build a force for an Igbo presidency in the future. Its stated clearly in that article. Why are you asking the bolded?
I am yet to see the abomination he said.
Have you ever asked yourself that if Obi loses, what is the fate of the Igbos in regional politics? I'm really not sure Soludo knows what time it is. What does pointing lapses in Obi's tenure that elapsed almost 9 years ago prove or show? Do you see other regional political leaders doing this? Read what you wrote again and tell me how any of this drivel Soludo wrote will make any sense to anyone with a Presidential ambition. What's his incentive to work with Soludo on anything? Who works with somebody that tells you you cannot accomplish a task. Guy try and reason nauuu. If you be opp say so and don't disguise. If you were a boxer will you hire a trainer that tells you you cannot win a fight? You're watching how politics is playing out in present Nigeria and you're still yarnin many many. The fate of Igbo will go back to what it always is because Nigeria has no plan for you. For once you have brought out a candidate that has been accepted outside of your region. But you see a defensive and assit juggernaut like draymond would be hard to find

The likes of Wiseman, Moody, Kuminga and Poole. We are not seeing anything thus far from them that indicates they can be reliable contributors for a team vying for another title. They are all Green in envy and jealous energy because they know they will never be able to amass the goodwill and support Obi has gotten in such a short period I can understand his jealousy. Does that make sense to anybody? Is he a novice? For the first time in Nigeria, the youths notwithstanding their tribes, some called omo-ale and bastardds, who have been fed up about the situation in the country, who are victim of poor governance are standing up and coming together to choose THE LESSER OF THE EVILS but Igbo leaders and politicians from nnamani, ihedioha, nnamani, ekweremadu, ouk to others keep ruining it...
But in future sha, when they come up with their regional party nonsense and wants to gaslight us with marginalisation nonsense and cry victims on never ruling,OGUN WEE KEE ALL OF THEM...
If obi finally loses in 2023 like the Igbo politicians all want,he should just dead his hope and forget abt it...this momentum can never be built again, everyone woulda moved on either by japa and people care less about voting again No way anybody would ever take any Igbo leader crying about marginalization seriously ever again. Bottom line, Soludo just openly de-campaigned, de-marketed and maligned Peter Obi and you know what that means yet he's hypocritically advocating for Igbo presidency. This is the agenda.
Have you seen the political class from the North openly do so to Kwankwaso or the West to Tinubu despite their differences?
Nothing just happens especially in this election season Izzou, that article from Soludo was a calculated and careful political message to a demographic. He's not a serious person. He has all that energy for Obi but not same energy for his own party's presidential candidate. If he ever tries to run for Presidency or hypocritically push the narrative of an Igbo presidency we will definitely bring out his file whether we are Igbo or not to remind him of his foolishness |

Don't just pick the part you hope to hear. I hope you read it objectively
The man stated that he does not believe APGA will win, but he must support his party. What is wrong with that?
That guy may not like Obi, but this article is very objective to anybody that reads it without an iota of bias.

He was not a good governor but you believed he will make a fitting presidential candidate. Which kin hypocrisy be that? You're not a believer of his chances to win now as an LP candidate so why did you try to recruit him to APGA? What changes by joining APGA? His fugazi support? He doesn't believe Obi will win fine. Same way 98% of people that play the Powerball lottery don't believe they will win but they still buy a ticket just in case There isn't one objective thing Soludo said in that article. He has made it clear that he won't decamp and he wants APGA to be a regional party. He said he hopes Obi even comes back to build it again.
The man gave his own side of the story and his opinion, devoid of any agenda.
I expect silence from any agendaic agent. I doubt Obi would respond to this Let's keep it funky. Soludo does not give a fuq about no APGA Presidential candidate. How do I know? Donjazet2: It's very clear that soo many people clearly don't know bad blood between both. Obi defeated soludo in 2010 while he soludo was in PDP. Then he now defected to apga and wanted the party ticket after Obi but Obi fought him out in the primaries and gave it to obiano. That became the lightning rod. When Obi then defected to PDP after constant wooing from them and immediate national appointment. Many in apga felt betrayed but soludo has always used that as a stick to flog obi with. Obi no just send am. Soludo was even bad mouthing obi when he was picked as VP of PDP. So this beef no be today. But one would expect that seasoned politician will read the room, feel the opinions of his own base and go along butvall I see is a mugu digging his political grave.
If Nigerians of all tribea are accepting your brother and carrying him on their shoulders, you are now the one coming out to shout at them. Okayoo. It's his voting base that will reply him. You're also okay how he glaringly referred to Peter Obi as Hitler in the making. Let me ask again, what are Obidients doing right now that Apc and BMC didn't do in higher levels back in 2014/2015?
I really don't know what Peter did to the Igbo political elite. First Ihiedioha called them saboteurs, now Soludo Nazi's. History will remember when the time comes. This game Soludo is playing. Nobody will take any SE candidate serious again for the next 40 years if Soludo and other SE leaders continue with their foolishness. Soludo will do well to focus on governance so he doesn't get distracted and is pitched against his own people unconsciously. There is no rule that states he must support PO, however, he must understand that his position as Governor of a state is a very sensitive one.
For the records, I am a strong supporter of Chukwuma Soludo. Let Soludo keep facing Obi and distracting from the shoddy job he's presently doing in Anambra state. They will run him out of town in 2026. This is a man that has not even started performing or doing anything tangible for his people. His first focus is tackling the man that made the party you contested under a viable one. Mind you he contested against and lost to this same Obi.
