Roland17: It was a very sad and disappointing night, Bayern were not exciting but they played to a perfect plan, which was to score an early goal which would destabilize the team and they took it from there.

Was Dante, Alaba and Martinez breathtaking like Dayo hypes them like the second coming of Maldini, Lizarazu and Makelele? HECK NO, we did not exploit that weak Bayern defense, we lack depth and i dare say Jack swept and controlled the Midfield last night, they could not cope with his pace, control and pass, but where was the support? Ribery and Kroos had to be taken off very early for more defensive minded Gustavo.
Weak Bayern defence?? You guys where gifted a goal by Neuer and you are chanting weak defense
Jack swept and controlled the midfield yet he didn't create a single chance! Not even one! Yall better teach that boy how to be more efficient
Taking Ribery and Kroos out for Gustavo was a tactical switch something your coach knows nothing about. After two away goals what was left for Ribery and Kroos to do?

StarBoard: The Hot air brigade on mute.
Reality strikes.
Where is dud-space sef? I want my usual lesson in micro-economics about how this result is a way to safeguard the long-term future of Arsenal, given that they don't spend the way United and City and Chelsea do, since United are supposed to be crippled financially and will run out of business in 5 years.(Note this argument began in 2010).
To be fair to Dudu for all the megedefegede he chats he has been in hiding for sometime now. Ninja has smelled the coffee and embraced reality

This is for all the people sleeping on the Bundesliga! Comparing their shyte players to Phillip Lahm! Comparing duds like Wheelchair,Arteta to Schweini and Kroos. They said they have an academy

The obfuscation specialist is at it again! You think you can razzle-dazzle me with grammar? You lie grin grin

nateevs: You want to add tentatively, that I diverted the credit to Emenalo. . . grin grin grin This is exactly what I mean by conclusion with hidden intent. Even though the bone of this contention has been my consistent insistence that I don't know if Emenalo deserves credit for loaning Lukaku, (for the reasons of lack of profound knowledge on the subject matter) you still want to add "tentatively" that I diverted the credit to Emenalo.
Smh! The tentatively part was just me pulling your wig you can say I used it with "hidden intent"

nateevs: The funny thing is you have assumed my conclusion on who deserves credit (even though I have never said who does deserve it) and using that as an attack on me - calling me a shape-shifter for refusing to blame Emenalo for squad balance and depth issues (even though you cannot find anything that supports this notion). This is becoming ridiculous. You are assuming a a catalogue of things, concluding for me without proof and then attacking me with the made up conclusion. How is this not conclusion with hidden intent?

One more thing. You have concluded that there is a problem with squad balance without concrete proof. You have assumed there is an evident problem and then assumed that I have admitted to this problem and assumed that I have said Emenalo is to be absolved of all blame for the "assumed problem". All this without a single line of proof. There seems to be a lot of assumption going on here don't you think?
This is why i said you are carrying someone else's load!

I have not accused you of any of the aforementioned I only asked you to clarify your stance only for you to start chatting megedefegede about "hidden intent" and it went south from there its not like I put a gun to your temple and told you you must answer

Wait quick question tho so do you think this present Chelsea squad prior to the arrival of Ba was balanced?
We are seeing the balance in your squad that's why half the season was prosecuted with just one out and out striker. You are out of the League title race, out of the UCL,out of the CC and struggling with Brentford (remind me what division they are in again?)
I'm getting you sha

nateevs: Hehehe. I quickly went with Emenalo. (It's no longer "tentatively sating" by the way) grin grin Same guy who accused me of not taking a stance and lecturing on who does what is now claiming I quickly went with Emenalo. Oya, show me how I did that. Also, show me where I have said he doesn't deserve the stick for bad ones. One more thing you need to show us is this "bad ones" you refer to.
Oga stop chatting megedefegede! This matter is between Emenalo and RDM. The arrival of Benitez has clearly highlighted this
I call you a shape-shifter because you have a track record of doing just that grin

nateevs: Sorry excuse me. What am I supposed to do with this article from someone who knows just as much as you? An article that rehashes Emenalo's profile on Wiki and re-titles saying Emenalo holds the key to Benitez's future without saying how. Are you seriously giving me this as proof that Mike Forde is of no relevance to Chelsea's technical decisions? You cannot be serious.
The article at best reports Benitez saying "Emenalo is my link". . . Link to whom? The paper does not state and this is your proof. What sort of human is this?
The all-knowing Nateevs surely knows better than 99.99% that attribute a sizeable chunk of Chelsea's dealings in recent times to Emenalo! Abeg go home and crash

http://www.weaintgotnohistory.com/2012/7/15/3160701/season-in-review-michael-emenalo

nateevs: I gave you a simple sentence. (Mike Forde - Director of Football Operations & Executive Club Director for Chelsea Football Club, dealing with all areas of performance and team operations relating to the first team, including player recruitment; medical; sport science; psychology and performance analysis) and you are arguing with facts. Why can't you just say, it's vague and there isn't a clear distinction on roles and responsibilities at "CFC" and we all move on. Why must you be right on this?
Because in all of Chelsea's wheeling and dealing in the transfer market not one mention of Mike Forde is usually made! Not by the coach, not by anybody!! Chelsea is not the secret service if he played a fundamental role chances are we would know

nateevs: I don't know mate. Suppose Ron Gourlay thought it would be a good idea to promote Emenalo and Roman said "whatever, just fix it", I don't phucking know. What I will not do is embarrass myself by stating Roman imposed Emenalo on Ancellotti without proof. When then asked for proof, I reply with "everyone knows this, it's word on the street".
Can you tell us what Gourlay can do without Roman's seal of approval? So if Gourlay says so should Roman decide to overrule it would it still stand? You don't have to be unnecessarily pedantic to pass your message across

nateevs: Another round of total bollocks! Insistence on being stoopidly attached to unfounded knowledge. Emenalo is Roman's ears and eyes at the club. How do you know this? This is absolutely irritating. I don't understand this dude. History has shown us that Roman hires on hunch and fires based on results. Unless you are suggesting that Roman needs Emenalo to tell him what Chelsea's league table results are, what you are saying is a load of tosh. Are you suggesting that Roman takes the opinion of Emenalo as priority over someone like Eugene Tenenbaum?
Do managers get fired after one bad result?? If it was just about winning why did RDM find it so hard to get a deal and ended up with just 2 years anyway?
RA is a fantasist he wants his team to play in a certain way! The results are necessary but a bonus!

nateevs: Why would Roman need ears and eyes in Emenalo? Who played this role before EmenaloEQ? Suppose Emenalo is watching his own back as well because there is this strange guy who keeps walking around and takinðg notes, who knows? You are telling us here that he is the main man. Where is this idea coming from that Emenalo has unbounded autonomy?
I mean Chelsea have a CEO in Ron Gourlay for pete's sake who even if you don't believe the rest is evidently Emenalo's boss. What sort of reckless arguments are these?
I don't know mate! Who says he is not the first ever to play such role?

He is the main man as regards playing personnel!!! Transfers and loans!! Unless you are trying to tell us that is Ron Gourlay's brief then you absolutely don't have a point

nateevs: I cannot do this anymore dude. I prefer we argue about things we can see, than spend endless internet hours arguing about things we have no clue about and then attempting to present these as facts. Ogbeni A40, the whole world's watching. WTF is wrong with you?
You think I'm doing this for my health? Roflmao

Pataki: Too late to place a bet with dayokanu or his protege. I already made a £400 bet on twitter and facebook.

Regardless of the sheeeeet that went down today, Arsenal is whooping Bayern in a disgraceful manner!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eHQTsI_AuU

Jencejyde: @A_40.. Like I said, you can never understand what it means to play with a ppassion and what it means to lose on the field of play when clearly the advantage is with you. You will only rant on sats and can never truly see what a player is all about and with stats you can't have basic assesment on your own.. About the former player thing... I'm proud to have played and still play the game proud to have qualified my university for 2 consecutive NUGA games (would have been 3 if not for the shaneful football authorities who believe whether we are good or not, we should not go from the zone a third time. Proud to have been a MVpp in Tertiary Institutional Games fOr my Zone, proud to have made a school team form my First year first semester and regular till I graduated, Proud to be the youngest Junior snooker champion in the country at just 19 during the Ojumu ABiola open in Lagos country club. Proud to have been given a offer to play pro but turned it down cos at that Point, I was not ready to compromise my age and surely had to think of other things like settling down

Not saying I know all in footie but I base my arguments with clear logic, maybe right and maybe wrong at times, but its the passion of the Game which I have played from very tender and represented all institutions I have been is what drives me, when I see my team losing.

Played against the same league players you see in Npl likes of Rabiu and some mebers of the under 21s you see today at some point when some Unis had to hire mercenaries to play againt my team.

Am I passionate about the game that I refer to my active playing days? YES!! Every player that thrive of passion always see the game from that perspective and will at times refer to them being in the position where the action was taking place.

Did I achiev and win Things? YES!!! Seven medalsin total from Nigeria to West africa including other during a six year Period.

A_40, no hard feeling oh cos in life things like spending time with family work and making money are just as important... But my words stern from what I have been through as a player and not meant to realyy cause a debate to lead into insults and what not(maybe a few years back but nowadays nah..)

Again when I say you can understand... You really need to have gone through all this giving the cheating and what not especially in the Nigerian footbal and still winning trophies and medals to know what the rant as you call it is all about.
Pele and Maradona are prime examples of people who played at the highest level and didn't always know what they where saying regarding football matters so when you gimme that 'I played football at a certain level' line it kinda rubs me the wrong way. When you go out and place sole blame on a player for a goal he had no chance of preventing that is witch-hunting in my opinion

Jencejyde: @ A_40. Clearly I can see that you don't play the game and you can't understand how my assesments relate to the game. you also can't understand what it feels to be in a game where you need help from layers around you under tense situations. Its not the stats I use in my evealuation of what a layer contributes but what I see in each game over a period of time. A simle tracking run from Theo at that critical point could have saved us from this embarrasment.. Watched Real ve Manu and see what rooney was doing covering for full back and helPing his defence? Honestly you can't understand.

Well God knows and maybe Dr kit will testify to this one that I was very vocal on the pithc and whetehr you are a star or not, once you are not doing ur job on d pithc its gonna be screams allday telling you to track back and defend when we are not with the ball. Losing was never an option, unfortunately as an arsenal fan we have to go through periods like this uneccesarily.

Any footballer or even non_footballer will clearly see that Olson was right beside thoe when he took off anticipating that his man will win the 50_50 which he did, so when we play bayern do you expect our right back to face Ribery or Robben all alone..

Again I was watching that long ball and I was immediately screaming 'Theo get back and and track the run' of course I never expected it will lead to a goal but I just hoped the reaction would have been more positive from Theo since he was the closest to the scene when the pass was made from deep.

As a DM, I almost often read situations or anticipate them before it happend and quick to call for help if I felt I was gonna be outnumbered or lose it.

Well enuff said, again I say, if we get riped on either flank it will be down to how well our rw or lw. Help out their fullbacks and that's where Bayern may just be looking to hurt us.
No vex Del Bosque! But you really need to chill with this "I was once a footballer rant" afterall you didn't turn pro so make we hear word! I wonder what you expected Walcott to do there! Let's even forget that he was on the pitch for so little time. I still am at a loss as to how you can blame Walcott for an innocuous long ball to someone on the wings! I'm sure its Walcott's fault that no one was on hand to clear the rebound after Szcesney saved the shot. It was a one on one situation for goodness sake! Do you think the attacking player tracks every single ball played to his wing? I've never seen this sort of nitpicking in my life

Walcott has never been regarded as a defensive liability! He puts in his shift so sorry but your grope is not legit

chamotex: Mr jencejyde the pro...abeg which team you play for sir? grin

Jencejyde: Two culrits. Wenger and Theo.. Yes Theo.

Now I remeber saying Theo has to do more defending. This move started with a long bal and right there, olson was already running, I mean that's a fullback and walcot just stood there. Say I'm biased about theo if you will but everyone can see that walcott should have sensed the danger and immediately olson took off he should have started tracking back, what was even more anoyin was the fact that it was coquelin that still came back to try and put pressure on the goalscorer when Theo should have still tracked back nonetheless.
This is bordering on ridiculous!! How can anyone even blame this on Theo??

nateevs: This is exactly what I mean. Different post, same premise. If anyone has been consistent, it's been me. Why should I take a stand over what I have little knowledge about? Any stand I take will be on the assumption of what I think is right. At best, I will say "I think it is". . . You on the other hand, who is not a Chelsea fan by the way is presenting unfounded knowledge as fact. How do you sleep at night?
Lol this is why they call you shape-shifter! You are absolutely sure RDM does not deserve credit for loaning Lukaku and divert credit to Emenalo (can I add tentatively) but when it comes to the squad balance, depth and personnel the buck shouldn't stop at Emenalo
How do you sleep at night?

nateevs: grin grin Spare time. I hear you. If such article exists (the one with quotes from RDM sending him Lukaku on loan), it will be in total contradiction to what Lukaku has said. Oya find the article.
Aha!! Like I said my initial post was for Debosky in the first place

https://www.nairaland.com/920248/official-chelsea-fan-thread-champions/179#13223811

http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/7918328/Lukaku-would-consider-loan

nateevs: Start by telling us that "you think it may the case". Let's not forget that this dude previously told us that he believes it was RDM who sent Lukaku on loan. Now you are fighting tooth and nail to describe Emenalo's duties. And you are talking about not being all over the place.
Lmao! Now you are really really confused! I asked a sarcastic question and you mistake that for me believing it was RDM that sent Lukaku on loan. I directed that post to Debosky to see his response since the consensus was that Lukaku going to West Brom is looking like a good move. I asked you who deserved the credit you quickly went with Emenalo! So if Emenalo gets the nod for the good decision why shouldn't he get stick for the bad ones

nateevs: Now this is just embarrassing. Let's just say your assumption is right and Roman imposed Emenalo on Ancellotti(which I think is bollocks by the way), are suggesting that this makes Mike Forde insignificant? This dude is a joker. . . grin grin.
Bollocks?? So who put him there? And how does he get there without RA's Amen?

nateevs: In a bid to desperately win, you are fostering an belief which resembles Benitez not needing any directive from Emenalo, just because he received a phone call from Roman and got hired by him directly. Why must you continue to sustain this argument? Why can't you just say I don't know and walk away?

And what did Benitez say that made you know? You still haven't found it. Okay, you are still waiting for Ibime.
Abeg go home and crash! Maybe you know better than the people that writes these articles
