I never imagine Fayose will reject 60% subsidized food. Just recently he wrote a letter complaining about dwindling federal allocation and the effect it has on his only "know how", stomach infrastructure, which is also the only reason his praise singers keep telling us brought him back to power. A governor that turned his state into an I.D.P camp rejecting free food while giving out free food is the only thing he does is a very obfuscating and mind boggling development. 37 Likes 2 Shares |

Mc4larin: Katsina is in the north west. Generally, statistics or anything involving numbers about Nigeria boggles me, even when it was published by credible source or the govt itself, there is always deliberate concentration of gargantuan padding. Another thing that freaks me out is the large chunk of dumb online mythomaniacs with no iota of morals or decency bombarding the cyber space with ridiculously pathetic lies every second hoping to increase their adsense earnings on their Oyinbo dashed open-sourced free templated websites. Would it kill this idiots to take a moment googling and articulating the lie to be a bit more sellable? What manner of lunatic will sum findings about whole state in just two lines? 3 Likes |

AbuMaryam1: What is more pitiful is everytime the dude talks about Iran's scientific advancement and technical capabilities he attributed it to Shi'a, without ever taking a moment to consider how most Shi'as here live in abject poverty and illiteracy. The shi'ism here makes them so dumb not to understand bullets shatter mortals. 1 Like |

shehu313: The soldier is yelling use "your left and right". He might be commanding a fellow soldier to execute a task using both hands. If he wants tyres to be burnt he will simply say "burn the tyres", or "use your lighter", not "use your lighter light" which doesn't make sense. But what/who brought tyres there? Would you foolishly deny that burning tyres is one of the routines of rioting mob all over the world? We also have quadragenarians among the overzealous so called youths, they're also at the fore-front of the barricade. Taking videos is necessary, it doesn't just show what happened, it also exposed and dismantled your barefaced lies. If you will still deny you saw machetes and burning tyres despite video evidence and screenshots only God knows what lies you'll churn out when there isn't video evidence. Besides in the alleged doctored video some shi'as were seen recording their own version of events, what is preventing them from publishing their not-doctored video? shehu313: Certainly yes!. They denied passage of public road to the COAS after a vagabond in the Husseiniyyah commanded them to. The position of all the shi'as talking to the NA was "only Zakzaky have the final say on who will pass or not pass". You must be sick in the head if you think the NA will commend Zakzaky for this crass impunity or that the Shi'as in the Husseiniyyah are attacked without provoking the soldiers like they did outside on the road. shehu313: You can't claim not hating Sunnis and at the same time refer to all of them as terrorists and Wahhabi foot soldiers. It is stupid. Also your claim that IMN is ever peaceful is nothing but hallucination of a deranged mythomaniac, I don't think even Zakzaky will recall number of times he was apprehended and incacerated, sometimes for years along with other shi'as. Infact all your utterances are about vindictiveness, mischief and malice, if the NA didn't kill you, your bitter disregard for peaceful coexistence, love and humilty will consume you. |

shehu313: I attached some photos for you. They're from this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1jdCfSa8tg First photo: Machete. Second photo: Molotov cocktail. Third photo: Burning tyre. All the youths there are acting hostile and daring the NA to do their worse. I understand how sensitive this issue is, that's why despite knowing a lot of what transpired between the two parties I decided not to be too involved. But the little I could say will never be a lie. All the threads you shared here are a direct attack on the President, Sunni Muslims, the Coas, and Kaduna Governor. All attacks borne out of conjecture, outward bigotry, dishonesty and reckless arrogance and ignorance. If you're wise you wouldn't have tagged me as a "liar" or "paid poster", your only activity here is to incite, blackmail, rabble-rouse and monger hatred, and when you're countered with facts and reason you quickly resort to slander and vile vituperations. If you think deception will solve this problem you're wrong. 1 Like

Denying passage to some categories of people is unthoughtful, sometimes careless and even wicked. When you refuse passage to a patient, traveller or someone that is not part of your faith or procession, your action is evil. When you do same thing to armed military personel you're simply being careless, arrogant and stupid. A commoner like a patient or a traveller would leave while grumbling, a convoy of soldiers will make you rue your arrogance. These soldiers tried reasoning with you even on tape for more than 10 minutes, despite saying no to them and shouting at them you went ahead burning tyres and openly showcasing machetes and other lethal weapons declaring your readiness to confront them. If you could muster the courage to berate NA's action but hide behind the facade of democracy/human right to try absolving your sect of wrongdoing, you're not far from a double faced hypocrite. What happened to you is a consequence of your action, the sooner you realise constituting nuisance, arrogance, ignorance and disregarding rule of law summon pain, anguish, chaos and grief, the better for you. 2 Likes |
Politics / Re: Chibok Season 10 - A badly written script? by A7(m): 8:27pm On May 19, 2016 |
snailspeed: In most govt owned schools here in the north even english is taught in Hausa. Somewhere in southern Nigeria a school teacher was caught on tape unable to read her own certificates during teaching staff verification exercise. The rot in the education sector cut across all regions and the girl not being able to converse fluently is a manifestation of our common ills of not heavily investing on quality education. 1. How can she said to have escaped the great Sambisa with her husband not far away? Was her husband not also among Boko Haram members? 2 days ago there was a raid that dismantled Boko Haram in Sambisa. Their camp at Njimila axis was destroyed, scores of their members were killed while some fled, that same day 15 terrorists were killed at Alafa. The news was featured here on Nairaland. And before the chibok girl was even identified the troops say 41 hostages mostly women and children were rescued. So, the girls didn't just wake up and decided to wander on her own, our gallant troops freed her. Most questions you ask are apparently unfair, questions like why would the girl be taken to her parents. Why would she be taken to the governor or why is she in the presidential villa. Even more disturbing is you wanted her to be catered for in a hospital but blatantly rejected a report by the army about her receiving medical attention. I won't be wrong if I say your thread is an attempt to birth mischief, fortunately we can see through it. 1 Like |

rottennaija: They're preparing for a convention this month, a governor brag they will kick Apc out of aso rock by 2019, another one even said Pdp will sweep all states. But how they intend to do that is ridiculous, their plan is to stage a comeback via de-marketing Apc. How pitiful. But most Pdp loyalists here cringes by mere mentioning of 2019 elections, and what scares a chunk of them is the cult-like followership Buhari got. Since the Buhari factor is the reason for their cowardice of not being able to mention even one credible technocrat that will match Buhari's popularity in the next polls, let's remove Buhari out of the equation to see if they can prove indeed Buhari is their only/biggest hurdle. 2 Likes |
Politics / Let's Assume Buhari Stepdown For Any Of These Men. Would Pdp Have Any Chance? by A7(m): 9:58pm On May 10, 2016 |
There is a thread currently featured on the homepage with the caption: Who within the Pdp has the best chances of winning the Apc in 2019? Opinion poll. Most of the comments/opinions on that thread revolves around two things: 1. Pdp have been torpedoed, and the elephant is no match for a frog. 2. Clinching the Apc presidential ticket against Buhari is almost impervious. Couple of months ago Pdp is still boasting that it will rule for 50 years and the man Buhari have been contesting and not scaling through for more than a decade. So, what happen? what change? What led to Apc having the upper hand and Pdp enervating to extinction? My personal opinion is "Buhari". But this thread is not about celebrating the man, 1 out of 5 threads in this section is centered around him and even if you don't like him you'll know why most people here believe in him. The focus of this thread is however, what if Buhari chooses not to contest in the 2019 polls, would the Pdp have any chance against any of the following Apc stalwarts? 1. Minister Babatunde Raji Fashola 2. Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso 3. Governor Nasir El-rufa'i With or without endorsement from President Muhammadu Buhari. |

Radical Muslims are threat to Islam, there's nothing like radical Islam. Herding predates Islam so is farming, throughout the centuries herdsmen and farmers often clash at some point, and the most appropriate way in resolving the disputes is to examine the root cause of the tension. If anyone thinks alloting grazing land to herdsmen will exacerbate herdsmen-farmers strife, that person need to articulate his attestation and present it to relevant authorities, rabble-rousing online is not a hallmark of civilized person. |

omenka: Well judging by utterances of so many infamous members of the opposition that Apc booted them out through propaganda, their resolve now is to stage a come back through every means necessary. They think malice, outward lies, and preposterous blackmail will accelerate their ascension to power again, forgetting this same pettiness cost them almost everything before. peteregwu: I do not know about any non Muslim who have done more than what Atiku does for the IDPs. None of your brethrens local/international attempted to do half of what Atiku Alone does. When you searched "Atiku visit Idps" you will see that even this month he's there for them. When you non Muslims frequently throw allegations that Boko haram's sole aim is to wipe out non Muslims and that the Idp camps constitutes just non Muslims, I expected you to be at the fore-front of lending a helping hand to rehabilitate those idps but the reverse is the case. So before you accuse Hausa/Fulani of negligence it will interest us if you can share with us what your non Hausa/Fulani keepers do to help those people. 6 Likes |
