Oh what a terrific sight.

The man hardly bear his weight, anytime he moves he pauses, trembles, and struggle to grasp his breath. His tone is also inaudible, the NSA have to move very closely placing his ear right before Gmb's mouth, and then interpret what he says.

The sad part was when Gmb pleaded with the Nsa to help him blink his eyes.

Health / Re: Help! My Dad Is Rotting Away (Graphic Photo) by A7(m): 3:04pm On Apr 02, 2017
@binishrine

That is bedsore, common with bedridden people. Your dad can be taken care of at any of the orthopaedic hospitals?

Why orthopaedic hospitals?

There you'll find people with spine injuries who are unable to use their lower limbs(paraplegics) or both upper & lower limbs(quadriplegics). These patients develop bedsores right from ICU, or at home while receiving traditional care or no care at all. Fact is, the spinal injury ward patients are there only to treat bedsores, because as unfortunate as it sound, science is not yet advanced to cure severed spine.

From the photo you posted i think the wound can be completely healed in 5 months.

Before taking him to any of the orthopaedic hospitals take a personal tour to spine injury wards and ask the doctors and nurses in charge, also ask the patients how well is bedsore treatment handled.

If they do what i listed below, be rest assured he will be healed in 5 months or less.

1 - Cleaning the wound:
i - For infected and dead tissued wound: Hydrogen or salt water or normal saline is used.
ii - For clean, healing and granulating wound: Purit antiseptic or dettol/septol(mixed with sterilized water).

2 - Dressing: There's a term called packaging, this involves adding substance beneath the gauze bandage. For infected wound or wound with dead tissues, cotton is soaked in hydrogen or saline water, then applied to cover infected part before putting on the gauze and plastering. For clean non infected wound Honey or eusul lotion is used.

3- Taking culture sample to the lab: Through this the right antibiotics would be prescribed.

4 - Removing dead tissue: They are black spots inside or around the wound, surgical blade or common razor blade is used to remove them, in extreme cases via surgery(it is the same cutting or applying chemicals to break the tissue down).

5 - Repositioning: Repositioning patients atleast after every meal time. They call that patient turning. Turning patients to left, right, back or their tummy. This prevents new sores and accelerate the healing of old ones. Powder is applied to the skin before turning to prevent moisture.

Ur questions are strange...will u collect an ATM card without activation?
Juz do as I advised if u're serious minded nd don't kill me with questions

Apologies for the questions, but I have one more.

Ever since my last barbing I haven't combed my hair, I lost count but it's been months now, though am okay with my looks but people tend to give me that kind of look when I walk the streets, and yes I bath and put on nice clothes.

I am posting this because I don't want to shave/trim/comb/brush my hair, do you think access bank will let me open an account with them? Do you brush/comb/shave/trim your head when you first went to bank with them?

open an access acct nd request for a Visa card

crazo:

hello A7 i cant categorically tell you hostgator will accept their visa card but i know most sites do accept it, on some sites they'll write it boldly that they only accept access bank, to get the card you heave to open an account with them and bear in mind that there's an $100 monthly limit, to open the account you need a valid ID and utility bill eg nepa bill. if you don't have an ID look for someone that has been operating an access bank savings account for over 6months and can serve as proxy, the person must have a valid ID, some branches collect the temporary NIMC, some don't. You're also opening a savings account. If you need more clarifications hit me up on whatsapp.

Do I have to activate the card after getting it?

Have you ever bought a domain name or hosting account with it in any of the dollar hosting sites?

I wanted to try access bank after reading some of the things you wrote about their visa card.

My questions are:

2 - How do I get the card? (I don't have an account with them)

Education / Re: Katsina University Religious Regulation: An Illegality Taken Too Far by A7(m): 2:10pm On Jan 22, 2017
The authorities of the Umaru Yar’Ádua University, Katsina, have denied discriminating against Christian students in the approval granted a students religious association to operate on its campus.

The Acting Dean of Student Affairs of the University, Sulaiman Kankara, had in January 17 memo informed students of a new guideline for the registration of clubs and associations in the institution. In the circular, Dr. Kankara indicated that participation in clubs and associations, including departmental ones, were strictly optional and that no student should be compelled to pay dues. He also outlawed the formation of tribal and local government associations in the university. But the controversial part of the memo which made the document to go viral was the dean’s pronouncement that the “Muslim Students Society of Nigeria (MSSN) is the only religious association allowed to operate on campus.”

After the memo was shared on social media, the university came under ferocious attacks from many Nigerians, with some commentators saying the guideline was part of government’s plot to Islamise Nigeria. But when contacted on Sunday morning, Dr. Kankara said that aspect of the guideline was actually targeted at Islamic groups which were beginning to mushroom on campus, creating division among students of the same faith.

The dean said, “Actually there is one misconception in the memo. But the fact of the matter is that in Umaru Yar’Ádua University, there is no association known as Christian Students Association.

“There is one religious association and subsidiary Islamic students associations like the Tijjanniya Students Movement in Nigeria, Academic Forum of Islamic Movement in Nigeria and many associations like that.

“They are Islamic students association. So what we want is to have a single union which will be the mouthpiece of muslim students and that is the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria.[/b

[b]“It has nothing to do with any Christian group because up till now, I have not received any application requesting registration of Christian Students Society. “And once they do that, we are ready to register them.

Even as at last week, we said the two religious group to be recognised by the university will be the Muslim one and one from Christian side.

“Up till now we are to receive any application for the registration of any Christian association in the university from any group.”

I have this battery that comes with a charger and distributor that I use on my laptop. The charger got fried but the battery is okay.

Model: LiFePo4 - 480WH/12VDC
Capacity: 480WH
Voltage: 9~14.6VDC
Charger: 5A 14.6V CC-CV Mode

I can't find the battery charger to buy, how do I use solar panel to charge the battery? What type of solar panel can I use? Any chance of using the battery energy on socket/cross(that long wire with charger ports) to charge my phone and laptop?

Your statement is nonsensical. Are they supposed to be paid when they took law into their hands? They were paid because they've killed so many people in retaliation for their cows that got killed while destroying people's farm. They were paid to stop taking the law into their hand.

They were compensated after a committee arrived to a conclusion that the motive behind their hostility is because their brothers were killed and no one is brought to book, and were still attacked by the slightest chance their oppressors have. The gov't is simply trying to address those grievances so that no one will try justify their action from events that occur long ago.

Who will pay for the souls they've wasted & crimes they've meted on people for time immemorial??

Same committee that issued this statement also claimed the genesis of the problem is herdsmen and their cattle were unprovocatively slain in south KD and other north central states, till date this crime is often committed when likeminded perpetrators have the upper hand.

The focus of El-rufai's statement is dialogue and peace, burrying the hatchet and moving on. If you have problem with that please profer more effective and viable solution.

So in your own opinion there is no wrong doing against the Nigerdeltans

If exploration lead to displacement and shattering of economic activities of a community, this is injustice. But I think the 13% derivative given to various states, the allocation to ND ministry and other department and agencies covers relocation, compensation and reintegration of affected communities.

Wouldn't it be wise if dwellers of that region ask their representatives where the allotment for their well being is going.

The way you follow and killed your teachers (Jafar and Albani) it's the you may Follow to Kill whoever who doesn't follow your Belief.

If Mallam Jafar and Albani were to be reincarnated, they will still preach the same message that got them killed, and despite their martyrdom(gruesomely), Jibwis and Salafiyya do not relent one bit in propagating and educating.

Their commitment to wardoff ignorance, wicked innovations and barefaced lies disturbingly propagated as religion is still unshaken, which apparently is what is terrifying your ilk that fleece out the the docile ignorant bunch of their little change spuriously. Cheap blackmail and ridiculous accusations have always been your last resort.

If 1/100 of Jibwis are terrorists you wouldn't be breathing right now.

If Jibwis Ulamas cower from condemning Boko haram, which will ultimately make tons of people easy recruits, the war on terror wouldn't have reach this reasonable proportion.

Ever since, Jibwis have always been the most vocal organisation in refuting those lies that incite Muslims to embrace or abett extremism, it's the organization with highest number of Islamic schools, highest number of erudite scholars and most importantly the most open to challenges and confrontations because we get to listen, read or watch their numerous conventions, tafsirs, debates, publications and a lot more.

This Sunnah university will InshaAllah come to light, it's a step in the right direction. If that irritates you go and start BIDI'AH UNIVERSITY.

nonjebose:
1 and 2 ? The market association and zoning stuff is not necessary. The other points are ok with some modifications. Improved seed varieties with good yield and shorter production time should be aggressively distributed to farmers. Loans to rice farmers, with single digit interest.

9% rate is the current mark set by FG, Kebbi state farmers got that twice. 13 more states are being proccessed currently. Rice importation will get bloody nose by this time next year.
Agriculture / Re: 7 Key Ways To Solve Rice Production Problem In Nigeria by A7(m): 2:08pm On Nov 28, 2016
We import rice from private owned mills of other countries, private individuals conceive the idea, procure the prerequisites and set up a working mill. Here our business moguls do the complete opposite, they rather source forex to import, sell, and make profit than plant, harvest, process and export.

@Op, I was expecting "raw materials" to be first on your list, that need to be emphasize upon. The recent tomato processing and packaging company set by Dangote in Kano was shut few months after commissioning due to lack of raw materials. If there are bumper harvests in sequence you will be surprised by the number of new working companies that will springle up with or without federal government's help.

Effective solution:

This is what the FG is doing and it is yielding good result. To increase local production the FG launched the anchor borrowers scheme, a programme that give loan to farmers at an interest rate of 9% in order to curb the appetite of heavily importing foodstuff that we can produce locally.

The programme also covers training the farmers on use of modern farming technology, provision of seed varieties with good yield, and the do's and dont's of irrigation farming.

The first state to benefit from this scheme is Kebbi who produced 1.2 million metric tonnes of rice in its first harvest, and currently projecting 1.8 million metric tonnes in this coming harvest.

An almost moribund rice mill in kebbi that was set up since 2006 is now working well and has even increase production due to this promising initiative.

The Fg has also promised to extend this programme to 13 more states, aiming to replicate Kebbi's success and also sustain it.

This I believe is a reasonable solution to the current Rice dilemma we're enveloped in.

Alot of things are ridiculous, country's foreign reserves and how it affects the exchange rate is at best a modern day sorcery. What if a country doesn't export much or doesn't have expensive commodity to export?

I use Access and GT Bank and I can definitely still pay for things online

Which of the Gtbank's credit card do you use? On their website they have options like "Naira mastercard", "dollar credit card", "Visa classic credit card", "standard credit mastercard" e.t.c. Which one will I request for?

Which bank can I go to? What can I ask for?

The only thing in my mind right now is to walk into any of the banks, open my computer and show them a saved page from hostgator, namecheap, or godaddy's billing page, and ask if they provide this kind of online transaction service.

Which card can I go for please.?

Well, i agree with that, but politics is just complicated. He will need them again if he is going for second term.

Technocrats will pass the right message, matching words with action, their first priority is salvaging the country.

Politicians in the other hand are in for themselves, they're never satisfied, there is no limit to their selfishness. No matter how you reward them they want more.

The former have a repute to protect, a sense of ingenuity and utmost respect for common good, they're nation builders.

The later in contrast are the opposite, they have aggressive tendencies of grabbing and dominating, destroying if necessary, they are ready to deploy any kind of evil to fulfill their unending ambitions. I believe Buhari is not so naïve to succumb to pressures even if it's from the first lady to allow this set of opportunist saboteurs handle sensitive portfolios in his govt.

One reason the people voted him in is because of his patriotism and charming record of service, and if he succeeded in turning our fortunes for the best in the 4years mandate given to him, with or without those sharks of politicians he will secure a second term.

There is no way you will be president, and know all the people you work with. Apart from kitchen cabinet like chief of staff who should be people you know very well, most other appointments will be based on recommendation.
A person that grew up in Enugu for example and becomes president is expected to appoint ministers from every state like zamfara, he will have to rely on recommendation from people he knows.
However, I agree that those that work for his election should be carried along.

Only those with good track record, those that merit it after much veting and scrutiny.

Compensating people just because they're loyal to Apc is nepotism, this will pave way for sycophantry and endless fiascos.
