I don't see anything coming out from the case though Dickson is very much guilty of the allegations leveled against him.

You have started again o. Till now you have not condemned those two tribunal Judges that horribly ordered a rerun in Favour of ANDP in the last Bayelsa Gov tribunal. You were here jumping from one thread to another celebrating that majority judgment until the Court of Appeal overturned it. You never called for the two Judges to be sanctioned by the NJC. You never described them worse than Okon Abang.

That reminds, Pius and Aluzu the LM party lawyers have started again. There's no case there self.

How can you establish forgery without calling the issuing authorities (waec and UI) as witnesses in your case. I don't know what people are reading from that publication at all.
From the testimonies of the witnesses in the write up, the case is gone. None of them will hold water at all.
For the plaintiff to establish forgery case no be beans o. You must call waec and UI as part of your witnesses and other relevant bodies if you're claiming forgery. Not by calling those witnesses to come and authenticate certificates issued by well known institutions in Nigeria. The plaintiff has already made the case bye bye by those weak witnesses called.
