not2long: I need inputs, my undergrad is in social sciences but for the past 5 years i have been into IT field. I applied for master's in information technology but was denied.
I was advised to attempt undergraduate admission by the school. Their reason for denial was based on my background which isn't sciences.
Do you think it's a good advise to follow the undergraduate admission?
Is it logical to apply for another under graduate in information technology after like 6 years out of school?
Are visas approved in such circumstance or even graduate diploma? Noting that my age isn't within the range of an undergraduate student My advise is apply PGD in a college, include your cv in the admission application, focus on a branch of IT that u are experienced in cos it will come in handy wen u start writing your sop, if u have certifications include it.. |

Insufficient funds to pay transportation cost to and from Canada for myself and any accompanying family member. 3. Insufficient funds to maintain myself without working in Canada. I never knew this refusal can be so disheartening, gosh! Submitted online 17th July for MEng civil engineering, had a BEng in civil engineering with 2 years experience(self employed with CAC registration). Tuition fee for entire program is 30k CAD (I already Paid 4k CAD tuition deposit) Sponsor is elder brother with account balance covering entire tuition plus living expenses for a year. I did not include my personal account statement as at time of application due to a very low balance and inflow. Could it be just my account that is the problem? PLEASE WHAT MAY BE WRONG WITH MY APPLICATION? SOMEBODY HELP! I NEED UR URGENT AND EXPERIENCED SUGGESTIONS. Thanks How much is in your bros account Is he married with kids If u don't have enough and u said your bro has enough to cover a whole year plus tuition, u need him to transfer funds to your account.. enough for flight ticket and enough for living expenses... gg4real: Hello my good people.
My Jr sister just picked her passport from vfs today after almost x3weeks of submission after PPR.
My elder sister applied since May 30, no medical call yet but she got a phone call from the embassy in Lagos today that her passport photograph and her personal bank statement which she uploaded on her online application is not legible. They later sent an email advising her to resend a clearer statement of account in PDF format to their email in Lagos before Next Tuesday in order for them to continue the application process and failure to do so will result to a refusal of her application.
My question is has anyone experienced this kind of situation before and is it a good sign of an approval? Pls my advise is, simple convert your soa into a pdf file.. I think ilovepdf dot com will do that for u.. Also wen sending, send multiple times o... if your soa is real.. it's an approval otherwise, it's a ban.. |

Tstunt: Hello good people!
My case goes this way, I submitted my application for a Canadian student visa via an online route on May 12, 2019. I did my biometrics on May 14, 2019. On June 25, I received a rejection letter from them. I was devastated and depressed, but I just had to move on.
I later applied for GCM Notes to find out the real reason for their refusal. Their reason was not worth it because I have a sister who was willing to sponsor my education with an available fund of 16,000 Cad for a start and she is based in Canada with her family.
I have attached the reasons the gave for my refusal.
What is the best course of action? Has their been anyone who has appealed their visa refusal and was successful? If so, can you refer me to a good immigration lawyer that will appeal for me (I suppose it is an immigration lawyer that will do)?
Please, I need help o, gurus in the house. Reading the gcms note, the issue is from your sop not your sponsor?? Your sop didn't show reasons why u should be considered as a genuine student taking such huge expense to migrate to a foreign land for studies.. thats what the vo means by plans of studies is not carrying enough weight. Also you sop was probably not well arranged.. |

Blackdecemeber: Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.
I need help!!! I will advice you read Frankrobben last reply on someone that had a similar denial reason but also I will suggest u order for your notes.. do not rush to reapply..my 2kobo |

Thanks though for your contribution. For the refund policy, it should be either the admission letter or its in the schools website |

I also read Computer Science 2-2 and I am looking for a 2years Advance Diploma course in any colleges in Ontario. My challenge is that most of those computer courses are highly competitive courses reserved for a Canadian citizen or sm1 already in Canada I think. Not true though some are shaa... thats why wen u apply for courses, u are eligible to apply for two incase one doesn't go your way.. so look for courses related to your field or experience and apply to them |

Hadedee: Gurus in the house.please this needs a response...thanks 1) If I get u, u said u started uni last year... which means u are still in school.. also is the bsc course related to music.. if yes or no, I will advice u finish school 1st cos u will likely be denied based on purpose of visit.. 2) well.. if he's statement is good, I advice u include extra means of funding cos the vo will wonder why a retiree will use his life savings to cover for such an expensive foreign education for his child.. Wat will he rely on if he spends this.. therefore I advice u use a second sponsor 3) land cannot be used, rather it's used in place of family ties and a very strong one( it means what property or family that will motivate you to come back to Nigeria after your studies)... |

The very least you would have done was to drop your profile which would include prior education and previous/or current role(s)
