Can anyone project a price range for this phone? |
alhaji000: Research In Motion’s (RIM) first BlackBerry 10 smartphone, formerly known as the L-Series and “London” will apparently be called the “BlackBerry Z10″ according to marketing materials obtained by UnwiredView.I have always been a fan of Iphone and androids, especially HTC. But from the look of things, I may just go for this Phone when it is finally released. |
I used to find people that snore irritating, until my girlfriend told me that I do snore. Anyway my late dad used to snore heavily. |
Koolking: You stay and reap what you sow. You owe her. I keep advising people, don't make promises you can't keep, especially if it's to get in between a woman's thighs - they will hunt you down. What if it is the other way round & she just wants to get your money. @op, just ignore & keep your distance from him/her. Time heals all wound. |
By inference, one party can actually opt out if things are going worse or if they are becoming poorer. Because to me it simply means that before man and God the couple vowed for a rosy future. In other words the Pastor that read their vows for them is giving them a loop hole for divorce. I think this is really scary. And it got me worried all through the weekend. |
chaircover: So his helpmate/confidant/bone of his bone/best friend/lover/biggest fan/the one who promised to be with him for better for worse etc etc should pick up the baton and continue the race.Am only interested in this part of your quote, because I was at a wedding over the weekend and the pastor said, "For Better for Best, For Richer for Richest' I was wondering if the worst & poorer part has been removed. |
Jonathan shall not die but live and will live his years hale and hearty to a ripe old age Every evil arrow or pathetic demonic predictions by charlatans on his head shall return to sender IJMN
so after writing every other word in full, you got so tired and decided to abreviate, 'In Jesus Mighty Name' It's okay. |
As a Christain I don't/shouldn't believe in it. But when I was a kid, some people from my fathers family believe that I am a reincarnation of my grandfather. Reason: there are certain marks at different strategic places on my body that gives them that idea. Till date, some of my fathers people still call me Dede (the title used in addressing my grandfather). |
A Nigerian man was grabbed by police at Newark Airport on Saturday after police were tipped off that he planned to 'blow up' a Delta Airlines flight to Paris. But authorities now believe that the information, that came from the suspect's wife, was a false accusation following nothing more than a domestic dispute. The New York Post reports that Eunice Ukaegbu, 50, rang police on Okieze Ukaegbu, 58, because the couple had just had a big fight and she didn’t want him to leave the country without her. Eunice told the Post that she just thought she was just acting on her civic duty. 'He told me he was going to blow up the airplane. I did what an honest citizen would do,' she said. The NJ nurse claims her husband 'is a little secretive.' Her story is that she first became concerned as Okieze had been acting distantly. When she couldn't open his suitcase, Eunice felt she had to warn authorities. Police and federal agents rushed to the Ukaegbu family home in Union, New Jersey, to question the possible 'terrorist.' Luckily for Okieze, the couple's daughter overheard the incident and rang her father to tell him that police were on the way to apprehend him at Newark Airport. Okieze had already passed through security and was waiting for a Delta flight to Paris, the first leg of his trip to Nigeria. He remained at Gate B45 until authorities arrived, then calmly told them that his wife was lying and had an 'alcohol problem.' Police took Okieze in for questioning, pulled his luggage off the plane and checked it with bomb detection dogs. This caused the man to miss his flight but sources at the Post claim other travelers did not experience significant delay. After interrogation and searches, Okieze was released and cleared to take a later Delta service to Paris. While his wife claims she contacted police out of genuine concern, they don't believe her story. Authorities now say they plan to charge Eunice Ukaegbu. 'It looks like that marriage went up in flames,' a police source told the Post. Culled From Linda Ikeji's Blog Source: Daily Mail |

For sometime now questions about the governorhas been asked and no one will give out information about his whereabout, now that his death has been rumoured the commissioner for information has come out to debunk it. Why the secrecy in the first place? Okay, if he is alive he should have a telephone conversation with OBJ just like Yaradua did before he finally died. |
Op, I noticed that you are striving hard to defend your girl on this thread, and I believe you equally make excuses for her in real life. It is a sign of Deep Love, but please have a open mind before you go into a marriage you forever regret. If you must marry her, try first of all to thrash some of this problems before tying the knot. No man/(couple) is an Island unto itself. |
Lordave: spending money on a girl that doesn't reciprocate is utter stupidity... U may call it enough swaggs though. We agree to disagree. To each his own. |
Lordave: The gurl just de chop u mugu, she never loved you.So taking a girl out sometimes & topping up her air-time equals to "chopping mugu" in your dictionary? Poverty they say is a Disease. The point is not about spending money on a girl, but someone who claims she cares should be able to get you something also, even if it is Apples or Oranges. The gesture alone will show the person has a Good heart. |
That's cold. But I guess some ladies are like that but you must realise that not all of them are
I was spending on the girl, taking her out and even topping up her air-time sometimes. When I asked why she can't even use 10seconds to call and maybe tell me to call her back, she then gave me that reply. Such girl is the very type OP is talking about. Girls who believe that they owe their boyfriends anything (apart from sex), but the boyfriend is responsible for their little financial needs. |
A girl once told me that, she can never call me with air-time bought by another person (presumably a guy), and that was the beginning of the ending. In less than 2 months she became an EX. |
Thank God, she was released alife. I hope our leaders will start taking the issue of Security of Life & Properties for all more seriously. |

I may not agree with GEJ and his policies. But it was only yesterday that I was telling someone that it was Alams who gave GEJ his first shot at the Government house. If memory serves me correctly, it was Alams who asked GEJ to come and be his Deputy, while the latter was aspiring for ordinary Chairmanship of his Local Govt. Though, GEJ shouldn't have made this statement publicly at least not at this time that everyone (including international communities) view his Government as Corrupt. Alams and not OBJ is the Presidents Benefactor. Obj only noticed him, after Alams brought him to the Limelight. |
Agassa: @op,don't get it twisted. The alpha male can also be a nice guy who has a healthy dose of self esteem and worth. He is not always willing to take bullshiiit from women and he is not afraid to walk away.Like this guy, am the Nice Guy with a Healthy dose of self esteem and an almost Rigid principles. If go against some of those principles, I walk away and never look back. Some of my female friends think that I am difficult to deal with, but I am not. Girls think that every Nice guy out there is a fool and a play thing. SMH |
I once received serial slapping from about 4 or 5 different policemen in their barrack. Reason: For having the audacity to question one of their men and not settling him for an unknown offence. They even wanted to lock me up, before my lawyer and cousin showed up. |
stillme: My wife is third in the family of seven and the second to marry. It is not easy coping with her siblings expenses and carelessness attitude.OP, as an African, a Nigerian and a Igbo, your question makes absolute sense. We still practice extended family relations where I come from. The saying "when you marry, you are married to the whole family" comes to mind in this situation. Infact when you get married you automatically become a son/daughter of the family you married into. The position of you spouse counts, unless you want alienate yourself from the family. If you married a first daughter, it is only understandable that the younger ones will see you as a big brother who they can run to in times of need (though some abuse this situation). On the other hand if you marry a first son, know that your husband's siblings will only see you as a big aunty whom the expect to get gifts from time to time, cos they will think "it is our brothers money" (also some families abuse this). Whether you like it or not, this things happen in marriage and if the couples don't sit down and discuss the issue of extended family, there is bound to be some misunderstanding in future and some times it has led to break up of marriages. |
If that man decides not to have any physical present in the life of his kids, except paying their tuition, you will be the first to run to NL to complain how he his irresponsible. If you start denying the kids the love of their father, and he decides to stay away from them. You will equally be the one feeding your kids the story of how their father never Loved or Cared for them. We have only had your own concern about the kids welfare, but from this thread alone, you seem to be a difficult women to deal with. Let the kids be with their dad, your excuse of him having a habit of staying out late is very lame. |
Delta State police public relations officer, PPRO, Mr. Charles Muka in his reaction said “yes, we (police) have got the information on the kidnap and we have also got information that will lead to the arrest of the hoodlums”. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/12/breaking-news-okonjo-iweala-mother-kidnapped/
hope this not another talk of "we are on top of the situation" |
Why didn't ojukwu just let sleeping dogs lie? Why did he have to expose this Lady to the press, who will go to any lenght to dig up her life's history? If he Loved this Daughter so much, why didn't he mention her when he was alife? Am Igbo, but this particular act of Ojukwu does not sit well with me. He let the world know that he has a daughter, while at the same time ignoring his first born son DEBE. I think some men just love controversy. |
what's in a name....2Face (stage name).... Innocent (Name given to him at birth)... Wishing them a happy married life, and I hope he is more Innocent than 2Faced in marriage. |
