total waste of cash, unless ure on ps4pro but still, the difference aint much. Fat/slim ps4 supports sata II port which will bottleneck the speed of a standard ssd(500mb/s or 3.5gb/s) . Sdd works well on sata III/PCIe slot of which the ps4fat/slim lacks, except for the ps4pro which has the sata III port present. PCIe and sata3 ports max speed ranges from 6 Gb/s or 750 MB/s, unlike the SATA II port which has a max speed of 300mb/s. I'll advice u to use the cash to upgrade the size of ur hdd instead.

Hello Everyone,

I recently started a courier business.

After suffering the pains of learning the new trade, and with Local Tax agencies seizing my bike and different occasions.

Now the dispatch riders have now learnt new tricks. They now go and meet customers and tell them they would do the delivery at cheaper rates than the normal standard rates. Well i blame the people who agree to such schemes.

so now, instead of them doing my own deliveries, they would do theirs so that they can make money before they do mine. this is really unfair because customers become very upset. i Have sacked and sacked, ayam tired.

I believe a major solution is to have GPS trackers on the bikes so that i can monitor their positions. please who has any idea on affordable GPS trackers and how to install and go about it? thank you.

A lot of people who do not understand NextHome’s concept end up wasting time, materials and resource.

You’re only enriching the artisans in your project and getting little value in return.

I just completed casting of 6 slabs and this is all I spent on carpentary formwork rental and workmanship - 80k

I’m 100% sure your carpenter won’t use the quality of Formwork we use on our projects and won’t be as fast. Also the savings realized.

The amount going into that stage of work in your quote is too much. Worse still you’re getting little value in return.

My brother, posting just the quotation here without mentioning what you are building isn't enough.
State what you are building and if possible post your floor plan for the scrutiny of our professionals (and non-professionals alike ... Lol) on this thread.
Have you also considered the option of renting woods? I never bought any wood during all the stages of in my project after I realized what the carpenters did to my friend - all the woods were stolen after removal before he got to parapet stage - stolen by same carpenters. Compare the cost of
buying wood with rentals to see if you can save a reasonable amount.

I don't know what you are building, but I will advice you to give the carpentry work to Carpenters that already has wood. That will cut a lot of money cos the woods will later be useless if you are not doing big project and you will end up selling them for peanuts or they will even vanish from your site.
