I am actually at the window level of my build and my approach is to get the materials myself and then, I pay for labour based on estimated time to complete the job. All the people I spoke with have not taken this approach before, they had all paid for the window as a complete unit. So, I think it is worth experimenting.

I noticed this belting and tiling is a common practice. People say it's to slow down capillary and also protect that part of the building from water splash. But I personally do not fancy it.

Is it really necessary or just for aesthetics? Someone help pls..

1. While charging, is d inverter on? If d inverter is on mode while charging, when nepa goes, d inverter suppose to pick immediately.
2. If d inverter is on off mode while charging, when nepa goes off, you will have to manually on d system.
If 1 above and d inverter is not inverting automatically, then the automatic switch have problem. From experience on this inverter, sometimes that on button will have partial contact or shaking, careful observation of that button has save me headache b4. Infact d client own will be working whether nepa or battery, d inverter will just off thinking na his village de follow am, but na the button. All d best

I have a question please. I have bought my internal doors but POP is still going on. There is some leak in the roof that's delaying them at the top floor. So while waiting for that, we decided they should install the internal doors, but the tile person said it's better to do the tiling first before installing internal doors. Note, the doors are WATSON doors.
I asked some people and they said it better to put the doors first.
Please which is best to do first and why?

Good evening my people, please I have this gate for sale. I was just going to respray it but friends suggested the gate doesn’t be fit the structure hence I have purchased another and reason for sale.

Size is about 14 by 8 in wideness and height and location is Ikotun environs.

Also I would like to have an idea of how much at the least I can get for this because it was purchased with the property hence I don’t have an idea of the possible cost range .

Ps the new gate set me back 750k so I am looking to reasonably recover some of the expense

Is casting board a component of the pop ceiling or is it a working tool of the pop worker?
If it is a component then the client should buy it, but if it is working tool then the pop guy should have it standby.

As electrician, if I decide to buy the wiring materials will you include your working tools (meter, screw drivers, testers etc) in the list of things I should buy?

I priced welded double platted door yesterday, it doesn’t make sound , 110k for 4ft and 80k for 3ft X 2 total 260k

I want to check out the prices of imported doors too.

I need some advice regarding borehole. Site is in Obada, Abeokuta
I did 2 geo-surveys and they both pointed to same thing, similar spots.
I contacted 2 drillers. One is charging me about 1.9m for the total package and the other one is asking that I pay him as things unfold. drill, installation, procurement and I'll later pay for his service charge (he hinted that around 1.5m will sort everything). I have done borehole in my previous project but this seem to be an entirely different experience.
They both said that they're going to be using the Indian drilling machine.
Kindly offer your advice. I want to get it right this time. I already wasted 600k on a deep well, with the pumping machine now stolen.
