Since your PCV and BP is Okay, you might have to increase your fluid intake. Dehydration can also cause headache for some people.

I used to have this when pregnant especially in first trimester. Since your BP is okay and your doctor is not bothered, i will say watch it, then RELAX and REST as much as you can . It is a phase, it will soon pass.

Happy Sunday everyone. Please I want to ask what could be the cause of frequent headache. I have been experiencing headache off and on since last week, even when I take a nap, it doesn't go away. I just woke up now and I'm still feeling headache. I complained to my doctor on Friday during antenatal but she didn't say anything. My PCV and blood pressure is okay and I'm not feeling sick, just the headache.

It's normal for scan date to change. Doctors majorly make use of LMP and the first scan you did in first tremester

One question please. Did you tell anyone you needed love, understanding and help when you were depressed? Or did you think you expect them to magically read your mind?

2. Since then, how many people have you distributed your own love, understanding and help to?

The truth is that not everyone have the courage to disclose their problems to others. I'm one of such persons, in fact I'm an expert in bottling up my feelings. I can cry for hours and the next min, I climp up a stage and you'll never believe I'm hurting within. Even in laughter, the heart may be in tears. That's why everyone of us should look beyond the surface, the fact that you asked someone 'how are you' and they reply by saying 'fine' doesn't really mean they are fine.

May God help everyone going through the vagaries of life. If there's anyone here that need someone to talk to, I can be of help.

What do u expect me to say? How can i love someone who hate herself? You are funny. The truth is this:she's too far for the effect of my love.

Love is always the antidote for hate. I am a teen mentor, and I know a lot of young people are going through emotional pain especially issues that have to do with their family. See nobody deserves to be discriminated against, people make mistakes and they take the wrong path in life. The best we can do is to keep encouraging them. If you know what some persons are going through you will understand the message I'm trying to get across. Depression is real, some persons can even become depressed from reading toxic comments online. Everyone is not the same, personally I am a soft person, maybe you're the tough type so you may not understand.

I used to lash out at whoever I heard committed suicide until I found myself in that evil shoes, then my view about them changed from disgust to pity and sadness whenever I read someone committed suicide.
I wish she got the help she needed on time.
I wish she got the strength she needed to keep fighting on.
I wish there was someone who could have stopped her and just say, "You'll be fine."
I wish there was just one person to always cheer her up whenever she felt depressed again, because not everyone has the strength to overcome depression.
Every depressed person appears cool, fine and healthy, but believe me, they're dying slowly from within. I know these, because I'm there, but I'll overcome mine….

How are we doing, I hope we have started baby shopping, those of us that have given birth before and have some baby item in our boxes and wardrobe it's time to start bringing them out and start wishing them little by little before our stomach become big and might be difficult to start doing all the washing

I haven't started shopping oh.... Don't even know where to start from. But I'll try to put everything next month by God's grace.

You will lactate. Drink lot of pap and milk. If it doesn't come just get formula before you start lactating
