As regards the "contradiction" you mentioned, Allow me shed some light

The recommendation that hunting isn't permitted within the boundaries of the Haram is such that should be respected by both intention and action. As such, none is expected to go to the haram with the intent of Hunting . Nonetheless, in situations that the presence of an animal poses a threat to human being (Snakes, Scorpions, Mosquitoes, Rabies infected Dog and other potentially dangerous animals.), then one is permitted to confront such a threat.

The provision of this exceptal condition(being able to kill dangerous animals) is to allow for flexibilty in the act of worship.

Well, Todays Jumauh Was quite Interesting! The Imam Spoke about the importance of the Good Virtues(Doing Good, Kindlness, Love, Patience) in Religion. He laid emphasis on the Enjoining of Good and the forbidding of Evil. That[b] we should enjoin Good knowing that we ourselves are imperfect[/b] and as such should consider ourselves as being not superior to another simply because e.g, the other didn't observe salat on time. That we should denounce Evil even if whe ourselves are commiters of such though we should always strive to improve our deeds.

He made important Note of a Verse of the Quran Where Allah Says "[b]Ye are the Best of Peoples ever raised for Mankind because Ye Enjoin Good and Forbid Evi[/b]l". Q3:110

The Imam comments that, on the basis of that reveletion, It is Important that we Enjoin Good and Forbid Evil with Kindness, Patience , Wit and other Good Deeds and without resorting to Violence, Anger,Arrogance and other nondesirable Virtues

For Me, The Summary is Be Good. In your Goodness, don't think yourself as superior to the brother/sister beside. Always remember to promote good and forbid Evil and in this move to promote Good and forbid Evil, do it with Intelligence, Patience, Kindness and Peace.

The consitution of Nigeria respects the diversity of Cultures and Religion.While there are some fundamental rights recognised by the Federal COnsitution regardless of Culture or Religion like the (Right to Life ), the case of Polygamism wouldn't fall within a must for all, as cultures and religions may differ.

Nonetheless, the protection of rights of women is fundamental and thus any polygamic arrangment would have to guard against the abuse of women!

I believe polygamism could occur without necesarily infringing on women rights. I guess the case of older generation Nigerians who had peaceful families is an example.
