NB: i opened this moniker due to the personal sensitive info i might have to add. am not "New" on NL. i have seen different e-fights (INSPIRED/PLANTINUMK) (SHOPCLUE) (OGUGUA/SEXKILL/ETC) & the last in the Auto section (REVOLUTION/INSPIRED) and i must add This thread and every other thread doesn't worth 2 consenting adults opening their "Dirts" for some online persons.

First off @ BABE3, What ever type of hurt you might be going I have gone through abit of it before.

I once dated a "Fraud" of a guy, I was 2 years older than you back then, initially I didn't know that was what he did buy ofcourse in less than 6 months it was very glaring what he did, his was even worse as he didn't deal in CC (atleast not that I know of), but scamming people of huge sums of money, he was extremely RICH! And had networks in the US, UK and Canada, thou we lived in the UK. I suspected from his phone calls but I kept quite, WHY? I wasn't naive oo (I LOVED HIM) and was hoping & denying that I might be wrong! Anyway we broke up I was very debated, but I look back and thank God. I got up from the Dirt, Dusted myself & MOVED THE HELL ON!!!!!!

He took my innocence (virginity) and all, but I decided not to wallow in SELF PITY, this is what is expected of you, in your case BABE3, it might be SELF PITY & PITY PARTY! Yes, Pity Party of the likes of Airmark, woal...., Cococandy, etc (geering you that you are a STRONG WOMAN) to come online and wash your dirts! It's quite SAD! As the opposite is quite the case, this shows you are a WEAKLING and I fear you don't get into another "Relationship" or rather "Situationship" as the case may be with this yeye naive/weak mentality or else, OYO (On Your Own) will be your case!!!

Truckpusher is very correct, all he might have been saying might look funny, I can bet it that if these (2) people sight each other they will be back to FÛČ*ING each other, because obviously from BABE3 she hasn't let go!

Girlll do yourself a Favour, dust yourself & MOVE THE BLEEP ON! If these gets to the courts trust me you both are GOING DOWN! Anyway you prolly don't mind being an ex convict because of yeye LOVE. You have to LOVE YOURSELF! This dude doesn't worth your whole life ahead of you.

To conclude my story I MOVED ON & was WISER, now am married with a set of Twins and a godly husband and I thank God for my family. If I like you has decided to form self/pity party i would still be running around in circles or worse still ZIGZAG!

Cheers..

Hello House,
I have a quick question, I was issued a us visa(B1/B2) in January 2015 with the purpose of visiting California as a tourist. My trip was planned for March 2015, but I could not make it as my leave from work was not granted, Now I have intention of traveling in July for one month, but my destination is now New York which is contrary to California which I filled in my DS160 form. Will this be a problem at the Port of entry or do I need to email the embassy and notify them of my changed plans?
Thanks

Saxony Anhalt is one of the five states in the former GDR ( East Germany ) which the 1990 unification brought into the new Federal Republic of Germany (FDR). For advanced cooperative farming, the states are in the lead and can transfer such capacity better to people desirous of such strategy for farming generally and food security particularly.

In this regard Ogbeni should be commended for his vision and passion. Second , how do states collaborate? It is bilateral. You can not impose yourself on anyone, you cultivate relationship and with whoever willingly accepts your gesture .

If I recall very well, recently some public health practitioners from Osun left Nigeria for an 8-week training program in the University Teaching Hospital , Magdeburg the capital of Saxony Anhalt. The issue really is not sentiment , it is development. Are there such promises in this visit? To my mind the answer is YES.

It is quite possible that some more peoples, states, and nations can do better than Saxony Anhalt. Let whoever has such information intimate our public functionaries of such opportunities for our collective benefit. We have a people to urgently service, a State to develop, and a nation to build.
By the way, what is the GDP of Nigeria with 160 million people? What is the GDP of Saxony Anhalt with 2.33 million?A visit to the world wide web via the google search engine will clearly show the facts about Saxony Anhalt and the prospect for a serious third world state or nation.

Saxony Anhalt has a GDP of 52 billion Euro for a population of 2.33 million people. I join several responsible Nigerians and forward looking people of the world to congratulate Ogbeni and Dr Atkins from Saxony Anhalt on the nascent relationship.

Long live patriotic endeavours , long live genuine humanism, long symbiotic collaboration of people and States devoid of exploitation.

Let us remind ourselves the reason for this showdown. It is not about subsidy, I keep repeating this fact. It is:

A) The abuse of the sensitivities of the Nigerian people

B) The indices that make our government big, wasteful and ineffective:

With a poorly defined or packaged, cushionless plan to the removal of arguably the most widespread and critical social good in our economy, The Federal Government of Nigeria, in a rather gangsterish manner, abruptly, removed the Petrol subsidy, literarily offloading a N1.2 Trillion ( $7.4 Billion) burden from the Government (Ruling Class) to the Governed (Common People).

Vibrant Rail System Needed to Boost Nigeria’s Economy – Aregbesola
0 Comments

Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola has said a vibrant rail system is needed to boost Nigeria’s economy.
Aregbesola spoke yesterday in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, while signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC).

He said no nation in the world depends solely on road transportation.
Aregbesola said: “Sole reliance on road transportation has affected the nation’s economy adversely. It is high time the Federal Government improved our air and waterways for efficient transportation. Anywhere in the world, a combination of transportation systems makes a nation.
“We have overused our roads and need the alternative of a viable rail system. It is, therefore, necessary for government to develop other means of transportation.”

He said food products from the state would be exchanged for finished products from Lagos State at a market in Dagbolu, a small community in Ifelodun Local Government Area of the state, through rail.

NRC’s Managing Director Adeseyi Sijuwade said the corporation, in collaboration with the Osun State Government, would boost the state’s economy through freight services.

Sijuwade said the NRC has dedicated wagons to service  the state.
He said: “When the NRC completes ongoing rehabilitation of its facilities, we shall collaborate with other state governments, organisations and any person that requires our services.
“This is a development that is in conformity with our home grown strategy to public private partnership, aimed at delivering quality rail transport services to Nigerians.”

Nigeria: Aregbesola Set to Make Osun Country's Economic Hub

Shuaib Shuaib 2 December 2011
The Osun State governor, Rauf Aregbesola, has concluded arrangements to transform the state into Nigeria's economic hub.

Under the innovative scheme, goods will be ferried from the new Osun Regional Market in Dagbolu, Osogbo, to other parts of the country at no cost to the owners of the merchandise.

Already, Governor Aregbesola has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) on freight services that would facilitate the project.

The Osun State government has also paid for one year rail freight services to kick-start the scheme.

The governor told LEADERSHIP that farm produce merchants, manufacturers and other business people from any part of Nigeria only have to get their products to the state capital, Osogbo, while the state government takes the responsibility of delivering them at no cost to the various destinations in the country.

This initiative will likely see entrepreneurs move into Osun in droves just to leverage on the resultant low or zero transportation costs.

Explaining further, Aregbesola noted that the new agreement with the NRC would not only impact positively on the economy of the state but also boost revenue generation of the NRC, even as he stressed that economic integration would make Osogbo the hub of economic activities in the country.

"I can assure you that clothing and other materials being sold in Oke Arin, Lagos State, would be sold at the same price in Osogbo. This is possible because the rail system that will take the agricultural products to Lagos would bring these materials and it would lower the price. Traders from Kwara, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti would prefer to come to Osogbo instead of travel to Lagos to buy these items since the price would be lower here in Osogbo," he said.

Furthermore, the partnership with the NRC is expected to facilitate the marketing of products of large-scale farming schemes under the Osun Rural Enterprise and Agricultural Programme, OREAP, which is targeting the daily N3.6 billion food market in Lagos. Aregbesola is said to have recently handed over 125 acres of farmland to farmers in Ayedaade local government area, Ago-Owu, Oyere-Aborisade, Esa -Oke, Iwo and Igbaye for the mass production of food crops. He has also vowed to renovate all farm settlements existing in the state since the time of Chief Obafemi Awolowo, under the administration's policy of Farm Estate Services (FES), in order to bolster the new scheme.

The governor, who stressed that 60 per cent of the administration's programmes would be on massive food production, urged the beneficiaries of the scheme to make the best of the opportunity.

While confirming that the new agreement will boost Osun's economy, the managing director of the NRC, Mr. Seyi Sijuwade, pointed out that the corporation had provided dedicated wagons to the state, adding that he was confident that the government would do all what was required to optimise the economic gains that would accrue from the scheme.

Greetings all,

When I read the rather Sadist and Evil responses made by Beaf et al, on this very laudable effort of the Osun Government, already being supported by the private sector and the Oyo Government, I initially felt very angry with Beaf, knowing the much I know of the Project, It appears you, Beaf have an incurable anger for Aregbesola, and by God Of Aregbesola means well for his People, how ever little his effort, May he succeed and may your evil acts consume you. OHUB, is the initiative you have devilishly accused Rauf of lieing about, the government is building/facilitating an Osun-Lagos Rail Logistics system wherein the State provided Free Rail Transports for Osun Produce delivery to Lagos and vice versa.Yes it is a collaboration with NRC, of course , the Osun Additions are the following

Osun Govt payment of Rail Fees on behalf of Rail User ( btw, this is not indefinite, it is meant to stimulate commerce and subsequently , God willing make Osun a SW hub for goods heading to/ from Lagos)

Osun Government facilitation of Wharehouse at both end in Lagos and Dagbolu( In Osun).

Osun Government Rehabilitation of the Dagbolu Rail Platform.

While it may be True that NRC holds exclusive rights to the development of Rail Facilities in the Country, I won't be surprised if a collaboration with a State Government is possible, as there are case precedent to this.

Let me even help you this these, in the coming days, the Coaches assigned to Osun by NRC, will be branded and Beaf, by the Grace you will live long to See them with your Korokoro eyes.

Mid Term / Long Term, the Govenment of Osun is looking to acquire Wagons from China to boost this service, ageing in collaboration with the NRC.

I am now almost convinced that Beaf abhors some innate hatred for Rauf and intentionally mixes Truths with Galsehood to propagate this, By God if this be True, May you reap the efforts of your Labour. It pains e when I see how you efforts, tear apart initiatives Menm including have laboured to evolve for the primary purpose of Inspiring our Felliw States and Country, on progressive development of the affairs of our people.

I doubt I will respond to you again Beaf, you are bent at encouraging evil and don't even seem to be perturbed about it. by the Grace of God, OHub with Succeed for the sake of Development, Good, The Peope and The Nation.

Good Morning.

3.0 THE MAIN FEATURES OF THE 2011 BUDGET OF OSUN STATE
3.1 I have been reliably informed that inputs were sought from all stakeholders in the process of the formulation of the 2011 Budget being presented today. This new Administration in the State will ensure greater participation of our people in development planning. The new Administration in the State will ensure the integration of global/regional development Agenda into the development programmes of the State. The 2011 Budget is predicated on the achievement of the goals of Osun Vision 20:2020 First Implementation Plan and Vision 20:2020 First Medium Term Expenditure Framework (2010 – 2013). In order to enhance the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals by the target date of 2015, the preparation of the 2011 Budget has taken into cognisance the need to ensure adequate budgetary provisions in the various line Ministries budgets for the pursuance of the achievement of the MDGS.
3.2 As indicated earlier, time was not on our side to embark on whole scale preparation of our own Budget for 2011 fiscal year. Since I was sworn-in as the Executive Governor of Osun State on 27th November, 2010, all we have done was to modify the existing draft 2011 Budget prepared by the illegitimate Administration whose term of office was terminated on 26th November, 2011 by the verdict of the Federal Court of Appeal. The size of the Budget prepared by the Oyinlola Administration for 2011 fiscal year was N108,079,285,735.00 (One Hundred and Eight Billion, Seventy-nine Million, Two Hundred and Eighty-five Thousand, Seven Hundred and Thirty-five Naira). Our own Administration believes more in a lean, quality, realisable and achievable Budget rather than a bloated budget which is based on unrealistic projections. The size of the allocation to overheads in the Office of the Governor which initially stood at N5,027,880,000.00 has been slashed down to N2,760,180,000.00. The excess has been re-allocated to the rehabilitation of schools, hospitals and other capital projects. Our Government will strive hard to ensure a reduction in the recurrent expenditure particularly on overheads in order to ensure fiscal efficiency and all round development in Osun State.
3.4 At this juncture, I wish to present to this hallowed Chamber a balanced budget of N88,143,131,600.00 (Eighty-eight Billion, One Hundred and Forty-three Million, One Hundred and Thirty-one Thousand, Six Hundred Naira). Mr. Speaker and other members of the House of Assembly, the summary of the 2011 Budget of Osun State is as follows:

The above is an excerpt of the 2011 budget, check the klink below for more details,

More grease to your elbow Gbawe. This much I know, To the Glory of God, All Monies not Spent in the Osun Coffers will be deployed to a Transformational n Revolutionary Infrastructure Revamp after this rainy season, the like of which has not been seen in the Land in long a Time.

PDP is right to be curious about what we've been spending on,they will see what a progressive and judicious government does with state fund. Osun in this government is not afraid to engage progressively and courageously with the Labour Union in the interest of the larger Osun Populace.

It is trivial and rather cheap to conclude that payment delays is exclusively The government decision. I doubt there any government in the land that has demonstrated more commitmen to popular and social empowerment ( monetary et al) as the new government of Osun where 20000 additional hands were pulled off the Job Market in the name of social security at an extra cost to N200M , just so 20000 youth can get N10000 per month in exchange for some social services.

You see, PDP and it cohorts lies and cries doesn't surprise me anymore, By God, Time will tell who is really on the side of The people and Good.

To Beef and  all,

This is a huge and devilish rumour. I speak , well write from a position of proximitynto both the Governor and his Deputy, Nothing of such happened.Otunba Laoye Tomori, was not suspended neither, rather she embarked on a well deserved leave, her first since she assumed office. It is true, there's no smoke without fire, the question though is 'which fire is this". Are all rumours necessarily triggered on the act of the accused. is it not possible, that idle minds could read or intentional interpret and promote  wrong meanings to genuine actions or intentions.

The deputy governor, an older figure, could not have been slapped by the Governor as this wouldn't be consistent with His style .Aregbesola, sure is a fiery reformer, who doesn't fit into the conventional realm, but certainly not a abuser of women.

Beef, if you have done this out of genuine cause to advance peace and progress in Osun and Nigeria, then more grease to your elbow, if otherwise, May you reap the fruits of your Labour. Amen.

Even if your feelings are based on news items, Aregbesola mostly has been at the receiving end of the OSUN PDP despicable acts. God forgive us all.

Even at that , in his struggles, this man has refused to be cowed down, rather continuing the struggle for the sake of scores who have been maimed defending the peoples' cause.
