Liftkid: I'm contemplating which country I can enter with the above budget and hustle legally. Then, bring my wife and daughter when am settled.
Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I think this question is best answered when you divulge information of your qualifications and expertise. You don't wanna go to any country without having qualifications or expertise that would allow you to either study or work.. If you have none of the two then I don't know which means you intend using, except you go for business, which I don't really know how it works. |

Family › Re: I Am Suspecting My Wife Is Cheating. Should I Confront Her? by abdullahi45: 10:54pm On Sep 05, 2020 |
owo8184: I am a young married man with 2 kids. The marriage is 6yrs now. Due to the situation of the country, we’ve not been staying together. I hustle in a University environment in one of the states in Southwest while she works as a freelance for some organizations in Lagos.
I normally come home (Lagos) on monthly basis. But during this lockdown, I have been in Lagos with my family.
Prior to our marriage, there is this guy she met when we had some misunderstanding. They started a date but later called it off when we settled. She didn’t give me the details but based on what I read on her phone back then, I knew they made out together. The said guy is now in Port Harcourt but I am aware he normally comes to Lagos.
Just today, I heard my wife giving someone a description of where they will meet somewhere in Agege (where she uses as her office). I was curious to know the person. I didn’t ask her because she would find a story to cover up. I found a way to check her phone and saw that her ex - the said guy was the one who called. May I say that we have fought over this guy several times even before and after our marriage. She won’t let this guy be in her past. She’s either calling the guy or the guy is calling her. This time, I chose not to raise my voice but monitor her closely. She left home for work today. I may not be able to give details but every surrounding clue indicates that my wife has a date today. She returned home and I found a way to check her whatsapp but alas she has deleted her chats with the guy.
Just this night again, she received a call from another man asking her when she would come to his office. She once told me that the man was asking her out. In all these, I want to believe my wife is up to something. Infidelity is the last I would accept in this marriage.
Should I confront her with all these observations? Please, I am confused. What is wrong with women. Why marry when you are not ready to give up your past hoeism.. See how she is giving our op gradual blood pressure now.. |

Akhirastriver: The story of Tha'alaba ibn Abdul-Rah man(Ra) Though this story is not sahih but u can learn from it ,Thalaba ibn Abdul rahman was a young man at the age of 16. He always ran errands for the prophet ﷺ. One day while walking through the city of Medina,he passed by a house with an open door. Out of curiousity he took a glance inside. In this glance he saw a light curtain being blown away from a bathroom entrance where a woman was bathing He immediately lowered his gaze with an extreme feeling of guilt and hypocrisy, thinking to himself ,"How could I be of the companions ,one that is close to the prophet one who runs errands and be so horrible as to disrespect peoples privacy?". He feared that Allah would reveal to the prophet ﷺ evidence of his hypocrisy. His guilt denied him to ever show his face to the prophet ﷺ. So he ran away . Subhanallah, days went by and the prophet kept asking the other companions if they had seen tha'alaba. No one had seen him. With the prophet worry about thaalaba hr sent few of his companions to look for him among where Omar Ibn khattab(ra) and Salman All farisi(ra). They looked everywhere in Medina ,and outskirts of Medina ,until that came about a set of mountains between mecca and Medina where some nomads are herding shee. The companions asked the nomads if they had seen a young man with thaalaba's characteristics . They told the companions about a weeping boy He had been there for over 40 days .He came down from the mountain once a day weeping and drnak the milk they would offer him . The he went back up the mountain weeping ,crying always asking for Allah's forgiveness, and saying words of repentance. So the companions waited until he came down and watched him ,he had lost his weight. His countenance reflected sorrow as he drank the milk that was kixwd with is tears. The companions insisted they take him back to the prophet ﷺ but he refused he asked them if Allah had revealed verses saying he was a hypocrite. The told hi they had no knowledged of any such verses. He was taken back to medina where the prophet went to see him. He asked again if Allah had put him among the hypocrites or revealed that hr was. The prophet ﷺ assured him that there were no such verses. He laid out Thalaba’s tired, weak body and placed thaalaba's head on his lap . He said "oh prophet of Allah remove the head of a sinner away from you".The prophet comforted him until he told the prophet ﷺ "I feel as though ants are walking between my flesh and bones." The prophe ﷺ told him it was death and his time had come. He ﷺ witnessed while thaalaba's head was on his lap, Thaalaba proclaim "there is no god worthy of worship except Allah." He ﷺ washed Thaalaba and carried him to the grave. It was narrated that on their way to bury thaalaba the prophet tip toed as though he wasin a large crowd. When Omar(ra) asked about this, the prophet ﷺ the prophet explained he was being crowded with angels . How do we treat our sins today and where is lowering of the gaze in our lives?. Anas (ra) said :: you indulge in bad actions which are more insignificant to you than a hair while we considered them at the time of the messenger of Allah ﷺ to be great destroying sins. May Allah reform us for good...... Aameen. Jazakallohu khairan for the reminder. |

Question
ASSALAMALEIKUM My question is : IS the taking of PHOTOGRAPHS ALLOWED,(I know drawing pictures of living things is not allowed -but what about taking photograph's of people etc.), can you supply me with some evidence please. I need this information quickly.- Inshallah. Jaazakala hair.
Answer
Praise be to Allah.
Praise be to Allaah.
Photography (tasweer) means the taking of pictures of living, animate moving beings, like people, animals, birds, etc. The ruling is that it is forbidden on the basis of a number of reports, such as the following:
'Abdullaah ibn Mas'ood (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Those who will be most severely punished by Allaah on the Day of Resurrection will be the image-makers." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, see al-Fath, 10/382).
Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Allaah, may He be exalted, says: 'Who does more wrong than the one who tries to create something like My creation? Let him create a grain of wheat or a kernel of corn.'" (Reported by al-Bukhaari, see Fath al-Baari, 10/385).
'Ali (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: "Shall I not send you on the same mission as the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) sent me? Do not leave any built-up tomb without levelling it, and do not leave any picture in any house without erasing it." (Reported by Muslim and al-Nisaa'i; this is the version narrated by al-Nisaa'i).
Ibn 'Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him and his father) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Every image-maker will be in the Fire, and for every image that he made a soul will be created for him, which will be punished in the Fire." Ibn 'Abbaas said: "If you must do that, make pictures of trees and other inanimate objects." (Reported by Muslim, 3/1871)
These ahaadeeth indicate that pictures of animate beings are haraam, whether they are humans or other creatures, whether they are three-dimensional or two-dimensional, whether they are printed, drawn, etched, engraved, carved, cast in moulds, etc. These ahaadeeth include all of these types of pictures.
The Muslim should submit to the teachings of Islam and not argue with them by saying, "But I am not worshipping them or prostrating to them!" If we think about just one aspect of the evil caused by the prevalence of photographs and pictures in our times, we will understand something of the wisdom behind this prohibition: that aspect is the great corruption caused by the provoking of physical desires and subsequent spread of immorality caused by these pictures. Sorry to ask, but are you a Muslim? If no, why are you so obsessed about condemning Muslims. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. It is confirmed that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a portrait.” [Reported by Bukhari and Muslim] He also said: "Every sculpture or portrait maker is in the Hellfire.” [Reported by Muslim] He also said: "On the Day of Judgement, the people who are severely punished are the sculpturers and portrait makers.” [Reported by Bukhari and Muslim] It is also confirmed that he cursed the sculpturers and portrait makers, as it is reported in Bukhari. These Ahadith are crystal clear that sculpturing, and portrait making as well as keeping them is Haram. Al-Nawawi and Qurtubi said that this is the most preponderant opinion. However, the people of knowledge differed about the photographic pictures whether they are included in the meaning of these Hadiths or not. Some of them said that these Ahadith do not apply to them, because the reason of the prohibition is the similarity to the creation of Allah, and photographic pictures are not about the similarity to the creation of Allah, therefore they are permissible. However, some of the people of knowledge are of the view that the general meaning of the Hadiths encompasses photographic pictures. The reason is that they are not prohibited because of the likeness to the creation of Allah. One of the reasons of the prohibition is the imitation of the Kuffar, the glorification of sculptures, portraits and pictures, exaggeration, and the non-entrance of the angels to houses where there is a portrait, sculpture or picture of living creatures. Therefore, one should be careful and cautious about the pictures that a person does not need, because he is not safe from doubt and suspicion. But what a person needs for an I.D card, or a driving license, is permissible according to all scholars because of necessity. Allah knows best. https://www.islamweb.net/en/fatwa/87765/taking-photographs-and-their-uses |
