Is there anyone here in SA who has gotten visa on his/her about to expire passport before? My passport expires August 2019 and I want to apply for 2yrs (or more) program... Do you think they will stamp my passport with a visa beyond my passport expiration?

Kindly advice please, I want to renew my SA visa and I am not sure if I can get a new passport since it still remains about 12months for my current passport to expire.
