Very correct! I notice my son also likes to feed himself... Infact, his minder in school requested for an extra plate so she can scoop out for him cos he does not allow her feed him

my toddler too which is why we use two spoons during feed times,he holds one and I one.while he struggles with his food I keep feeding him with the one I have and both r happy. but if you bring one spoon,you should be sure he is the only one that'd be holding it which really delays me and dirties everywhere.

I went into the hospital on Thursday at 39+6 wks for an elective induction.I had gotten tired of waiting for labor.Wells drug was inserted into the ... and towards evening contractions started.they intensified around 9pm and by the wee hours of this morning my son popped out after three pushes with tears.he was really big.
it wasn't funny but I give God the glory.still at the hospital ,pediatrician insists breastfeeding has to be established before we r discharged bit the boy has been sleeping. Just want to go home since we've been certified OK but this breast ish is holding us here.

I just came back from the market where I got drenched with rain water,feeling cold I decided to boil water with the electric kettle to have my bath.i was 38 wks preggy then.sometime later I went to check if it was working(one of the Chinko kettles we got as wedding gift wey no get indicator),with my wet bare hands I placed it on the metal body and bam! my hand got stuck.I tried using the 2nd hand,brethren ,I started going backwards shouting with no one to help.
this 5 litr kettle filled with water got suspended in my hands like it was empty,fortunately as I was going backwards the wire got disconnected from the socket and the current broken,immediately the kettle fell off my palms.
Till today I don't touch any electrical equipment without switching off the socket,even phone xharger.I couldnt imagine what could have happened.God I thank you.

I have same issue, the milk was always making my baby choke. Do you have a breast pump?

What I Do is to express every 2/3 hours. I store the milk in freezer for later but this is dependent on NEPA.

I also express a bit before i start feeding baby to prevent choking him. Breast pads don't work well for me. I just started using New born diapers as breast pad.

chai,that hyperlactation punished me so much that I hardly went out except it was absolutely necessary.changed breastpads,used clothes even cotton wools for where.finally I'd express them and put in the freezer it came in Handy when work resumed.
the worst was that my son hated suckung during the day time but would attack it at night.I later landed in the hospital where I was injected cos of severe engorgement. i'm already dreading this journey cos of it
