Being called for medicals or having passed your medicals does not guarantee you TRV... Reason? only CIC knows why.

Anyways guys, If one successfully gets F1 visa to USA, can one apply for canada study permit before one finish his/her program? Or will one have to get a PR before one can apply?Beacuse honestly the sure/best way to enter Canada is from another country. God help us all.

omo mehn CIC has turned me to everyday mood swing guy...At times i will just turn cold anytime i remember my future and dream is hanging in the the air. My colleagues sometimes ask me why I'm moody, i just tell them they will not understand.

..Go to vfs office to confirm ur status. Ur Passport would have been dispatched with abt notification. Same happened to me, am going There today to pick up my passport

Yes, make two photocopy of each of your documents. If there is any more photocopy needed you will be instructed to do so.

After getting a visa for a one year program that starts in July 2016, can one decide not to resume the program and use that visa to resume a two-year program that starts in January2017?
PS: the program change is still within thesame school.

I'm not sure that is possible. You need to resume the program which the visa was awarded for, then you can extend your study permit after the one year program collapses.

You are going to recieve either approval mail or dispatch mail. You might get the two mail though
