It started like a joke, but soon after he begun to spit words that were bitter & sour that inspired vengeance in the hearts of weak minds that sat down in anticipation to hear something positive from the Attorney General Katsina State government, Elmarzuk. His body language & facial expression was horrific; one could assume Donald Trump in action. Active Social Media personalities where in attendance, all hoping to listen to reasonable feedbacks but instead it was goofed upon goofed that dominates the words that were spoken by our leaders here referred to Attorney General Elmarzuk & His Excellency RT.Hon Aminu Bello Masari . According to a firsthand witness who intends not to be mentioned relates the story to Katsinareporters. the words of Elmarzuk in Hausa dialect “ Abun ya isa haka nan, wallahi baza mu kara yin hakuri ba, Daga yanzu idon suka soki gwamnatin Masari, Ko suka zagi Gwamna Masari a Social media to idan kun san su, kuma ku ka gansu to ku sa gora ku buge su, ba abunda zai faru”. Meaning “We will no longer tolerate it anymore, from now on, whoever criticised the government of Masari or abuse/insult the government of Masari, if you know them and you get to meet them by chance I urge you to use sticks and beat the hell out of them and nothing will happen”. He further went ahead to say “Kuma bari ku ji ingaya maku, Muna nan zamu sa a sa doka a cikin kundin tsarin mulkin Najeriya akan masu amfani da kafar Social Media don hukunta bata gari”. Meaning “We are working on how to include a law in the constitution that will monitor Social Media & shall punish users that proved stubborn”. These were the words that those who attended the breaking of Ramadhan Fasting with Gov. Masari & the online Social Media communities bare witnessed and listened to that spit venom, hatred, suppression of Social Media freedom upon it users. It reminds Katsina people of Gov. Ibrahim Shehu Shema when he goofed in public demanding his supporters to crush people like cockroaches. No doubt Elmarzuk was carried away by the false illusive winds of power; he was archaic. He appears & Sounds like an feeble old man desperate to be active when he is nothing but an old loose cannon. Could the likes of Elmarzuk be among the fore front saboteurs of Masari’s government who whispers all sorts of political junks into his ears? Anyway I am just asking an honest question. When the number one (1) Katsina citizen begun to talk, it reveals the kind of Governor Katsina people are not fortunate to have at this global age system of governance. He was primitive in thinking, scared to embrace the modern tool of communication when he goofed and revealed that he has no time for the modern social media, talk less of connecting with the online community that may be just may be it might lead to engagement between him and the people living in the virtual community he governs. He is insensitive to what the social media online community is up to in Katsina, I know by now you might begin to wonder what purpose do the office of Special Assistant on Social Media serves? Could it be Governor Masari created an office which he never intends to embrace the outcomes from the same virtual community he created the office for? Or he just went with flow just to be applauded as a new generation leader who is dynamic & evolving in both worlds. The truth is bitter, it takes guts to get people to speak to media outlets regards matters that affects both the real world & that of the online community when it comes from the government at a time when every soul is searching for the hands that will feed him & satisfy his immediate financial hunger. So, to those who were offended, who feel unimportant because they were not invited, who feels they ought to have been in attendance to listen to the demoralizing words from our leaders, should have no cause for alarm, book your invitation in advance against the next Ramadhan fasting and wish not to listen to words that might inspire violence/online media bulling by the infected siblings of this government; Masari’s Government. THE CABALS VS THE COMMONERS (ZORRO'S 7TH EDITION) 01/06/2016. The Cabals: I read many years back from the book "Animal Farm" that, "all animals are equal but some are more equal than the others". Zorro has been seen and perceived as so many things to different people and groups based on religion, tribalism and political sentiments. I am not surprised because Tribalism and Religion have always showed we are NOT one in Nigeria, but we only pretend to be ONE Nigeria because of crude oil. Our leaders and elders have always used This to further separate us through their actions and utterances. Today we have a country where the Rich keeps getting Richer and the poor keeps getting poorer. This trend has multiplied in this present regime because of the ridiculous policies that might end up causing disorder and stagnation in the country. One may ask, Zorro how? (A) Double Standards: With the present rate of the dollar further plummeting the economy; where we have the official rate of $1 to N197(CABAL) and another $1 to N340(COMMONERS). These cabals are in the oil industry, agriculture and manufacturing industry which is chaired by Dang... What this means is that before the cabal headed by Dangote even takes a step to invest he has already made a whooping profit. Example: If he wants a $100,000,000 in a week and buys it at CABAL Price(N197) to a dollar, while other people are buying at N340, Dangote would have made a profit of N14,300,000,000(14.3 Billion naira) in one week and in a month 57.2Billion naira without making any international transaction. In this way those that don't belong to this cabal will be unable to compete with him; in other words his business and other members of the cabal(friends of the Government and CBN) is promoted by the government and competitors on the other hand are given a soccer punch. This is what Zorro has been saying that we should all have equal platform to do business and the competition will only make the country better. One might ask why is this so? Simple, the government benefits and in most cases are partners to the cabals' companies and this will give them more profit as partners in their business. I put it to Nigerians that the richest man in Africa is the richest because looted public funds by politicians are laundered through Him, since it is the safest way not to be seen as a corrupt politician. This is why David Cameron said Nigeria is a fantastically corrupt nation. ZORRO says "yes" he is right because on a daily basis commoners are the ones to bare the grunt. The supposed voice of the people NLC have become a dog that cannot bark because their selfish desires have been bought over by the same Cabal and elements in this government. (B) Within this cabal in the country we also have different levels, differentiated by their region or tribe. Today Innoson motors(a car maker) a rising brand who needs the same sort of encouragement from the government given to people like Dangote is rather battling with agencies of Nigerian government in court who wants him out of business because He does not belong to THE CABAL and is an Easterner. A question I ask myself is, must the development only come from a certain group of people, based on tribe, religion or past leaders? Zorro says No to this. This same thing played out with the government trying its best to exonerate Dangote cement and remove Ibeto cement from business. This same thing happened again with indomie; a pasta that has made so much name was almost removed from business because Dangote started his own pasta production. Just as I wrote in my last edition, today tomato is scarce and the price inflated mainly because a new tomato paste is about to be introduced into the market by a Cabal. The painful thing is heads of MEDIA houses who are now partners with the government, now ''cover up" with lies that the increase in the price of this commodity is due to Tomato Ebola(insects); I don't blame them since they now have meetings with President Buhari at Aso rock every six months, and are told to only report what will portray the government in a good light and not Facts. Well Zorro is wiser and will make Commoners wiser as well. Zorro puts it to you that we only have tomato Ebola now because a cabal is about to invest massively into tomato paste. One day the sins of this cabal made up of old military leaders, former heads of state and owners of oil blocks in the Niger Delta will be made open. The oil bloc owners make a chunk of money off the oil wells and leave crumbs(13%) for the common man as proceeds in that community. Yet, they expect Commoners to keep quiet and remain foolish. INTEL, NEPA and other bodies are owned by the same Cabal who have drained this country dry for ages to the detriment of commoners; hence the removal of subsidy to put more moneys in the hand of thieves; hence the increment of electricity tariff, hence the increment in price of commodities; hence the monopoly of our natural resources by the same cabals. Today Zorro throws a challenge to the cabal on behalf of commoners in this manner |

Apparently believing that he had heard and seen the worst of how corrupt practices have brought Nigeria to her knees, President Muhammadu Buhari, last week, almost lost his cool when it was brought to his attention that a whopping $16 billion – at the official exchange rate of N196, this comes to N3.136 trillion; while, with the parallel market rate of N315, it comes to a whopping N5.04trillion) of the nation’s crude oil revenue loss could be traced to some sharp practices by some individuals in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. The quantum of funds in question are revenue that ought to have accrued to the Federal Government of Nigeria through oil-lifting deals which are now subject of intensive investigations. Specifically, one of the arrow heads of the crude oil lifting scam, who has been invited and interrogated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, at least twice before, has been granted administrative bail, and “who is alleged to be warehousing a sizable chunk of the money, drew the ire of Mr. President”, an Aso Rock Presidential Villa source disclosed. Sunday Vanguard learnt that even visiting South African President, Jacob Zuma, was caught in the cross winds of Buhari’s reinvigorated mode of anti-corruption, as he ordered that every kobo of the stolen funds must be recovered. Similarly, information suggests that the government of the United States of America is helping in the provision of intelligence on how to trace some of the stolen funds from Nigeria. Benin Republic and South Africa have both become safe havens for Nigeria’s stolen funds investigations have revealed. Sunday Vanguard learnt that once the revelations were made to Buhari, he ordered that EFCC must ensure that the looted funds are recovered. According to Aso Rock insiders, the funds were “supposed to be proceeds from some of the crude oil sold on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria by these people and for which they were said not to have made the necessary returns to the coffers of the country”. Continuing, one of the sources said: “You needed to have been there. You needed to have seen Mr. President. He was almost moved to tears at the colossal fraud that had taken place in the country. “He became dejected because at a time when the nation’s resources had gone down badly, at a time when the foreign reserves are also not as much as would be befitting of a nation with vast potentials, such a huge amount of money can be traced to the illegal activities of some people. The simmering diplomatic row between Nigeria and South Africa, sources disclosed, has more to do with the seeming unwillingness of the South African government to repatriate alleged stolen funds that have been traced to that country. “This was part of what President Zuma came to resolve with Nigeria during his visit last week,” Sunday Vanguard said. where are those people raining insult on Yunusa the likes of Bruce A.K.A common sense the Southern media's both electronic and print what is going to say about this hypocrites or because it is normal within you people that why you see nothing wrong with this devilish act? |
The website Afrique News Info issued a scarcely credible information, the Cameroonian army might have intercepted a French helicopter at the North of the country providing arms, ammunition and money to the terrorist group affiliated with Daech. Citing as source a Cameroonian politician Banda Kani, national president of the New People’s Movement (NPM). “You also know that there are two French terrorists who were arrested at the Briqueterie with explosives. […] Another factor is that a helicopter was intercepted in the north of Cameroon depositing arms, ammunition and dollars […] take their loot deposited by the helicopter. “ In support of the facts, they recall that these practices have already been seen during the post-election crisis that was played in Ivory Coast. “We remember that in 2010 and 2011, to bring down the elected president Laurent Gbagbo, rebels and criminal weapons of Soro-Ouattara were helicopter by French soldiers stationed in the Unicorn force in Ivory Coast. A container full of weapons might have also been found at the port of Douala, but this time they are Cameroonian officials who were implicated. Although no specific information was provided about it, pictures on the arrest of the French seem to be circulating on the Internet. It is true that the issue of financing and especially the recruitment of Islamic sect have often been debated. According to a researcher from the University of Yaounde, who recently intervened in a seminar in Dakar devoted to the link between terrorism and poverty. Young people left to themselves and left behind due to the account of massive unemployment in these regions would join the ranks of Boko Haram, for they would receive 100,000 CFA Francs a week, much more than what they can procure in a precarious job. The very low level of education and culture, would make them vulnerable to the ideological propaganda of the Islamic organization that has no difficulty in recruiting them. Observers are unanimous on the resolution of the Boko Haram equation. The military solution will not suffice. It must be in their foremost solving the social question in northern Nigeria, abandoned by the state, where people live in poverty. For the record, pastor Akanji Oluwaseun was
among the terrorists that abducted the
schoolgirls in Ikorodu. Interestingly, the other
members of the gang, as paraded by the police,
are Christians. In fact, one of them is Emmanuel,
meaning, God is with us.
But our Christian dominated media didn't
condemn the men's religion (Christianity), the way
they did in the case of Yunusa, the man that
allegedly abducted/eloped Ese.
In fact, one of the media described Mr.
Oluwaseun as a fake pastor, in a bid to protect
pastoral business venture (LOL).
Our hypocritical Christian activists have suddenly
gone into hiding now that the kidnappers of the
minors in Ikorodu are their "brothers-in-Christ". I
was expecting them to shake social media, just
as they did in the case of Ese's abduction saga.
When two people fight, and the referee to the
fight take sides! What do you expect? That is
why Allah (swt) says in the noble Qur'an: "...
persistently stand firm on justice, and be
witnesses for Allah, even if it be against
yourselves or parents and relatives.
"Whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy
of both. So follow not [personal] inclination, lest
you not be just. And if you distort [your
testimony] or refuse [to give it], then indeed Allah
is ever, with what you do, Acquainted." Q4: 135
And to the police, I commend them for the good
job, and for parading the suspects in the
abduction of the ikorodu school girls to the
general public, barely 24 hours after they were
apprehended.
But, if I may ask, why is it taking "donkey years"
to parade Yunusa to the world? It is sad, we've
not heard directly from the man in the middle of
the Ese's abduction saga. Too sad!
Little wonder why some observers believe that
the Ese saga is a conspiracy, meant to smear the
image of Islaam, Emir Sanusi, Sharia Commission
and the generality of Muslims.
"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with
their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light,
although the disbelievers dislike it." Q61: 8 |
