Good you have resumed office.
If you and Saraki wants to be eternally remembered in the history of Nigeria, you guys must;

1. Make the needed law to slash salaries of all the NASS members by at least 50%
2. Make laws that will ensure that all foreign companies employ Nigerians at top management levels except in the areas of technical positions where need be.
3. Ensure that the wages paid to Nigerian workers are not slave wages while expatriates cart away thousands of dollars
4. Make laws that regulate our fiscal policies and ensure fiscal discipline.
5. Make laws that ensures govt thieves including yourselves are punished duly with at least 150 years jail term with no option of fine
6. Removal of immunity from govt officials as anyone found wanting should be summarily dealt with by the appropriate court of law
7. Make laws that are for the good of Nigeria and Nigerians not like the 11 years marriageable age law as passed by predecessor pedophiles lawmakers
8. Make laws that will ensure our educational institutions are well funded
9. Make laws that will ensure contractors who do shabby jobs are punished and made to return whatever amount they have received from govt
10. make laws that will make Nigeria a country of envy by the comity of nations

i know most of the laws already exist but with too many loopholes making them to favour the capitalistic imperialists we have in govt and at the corridors of power.
Do these and Nigerians will know you were once in that office even generations unborn.
Politics › Re: Ahmad Lawan-led Faction Goes To Court Against Saraki by Abugab(m): 2:25pm On Jun 10, 2015
Why don't he go to world court?
Everything done in the red chamber yesterday was constitutional and legal.
APC's folly is Saraki and Ikweremadu's gain.

How does Lawan expect to be elected outside the red chamber when it is constitutionally and clearly stated the the elections into leadership positions in the senate MUST be conducted at the floor of the senate.

If APC is going to resort to selectivism against popular opinion, they should be prepared to quit the stage in the next four years.
The positions are to serve the Nigerian people and not to gratify a few.
Education › Re: Lautech Student Dies Due To Ill Equipped University Health Center by Abugab(m): 1:12pm On Jun 10, 2015
Nigerian universities health centres (federal and state owned) have always been death centres as they are ill equipped with drugs not up to what you find in a street patent medicine dealer's shop.

Doctors attached to the health centres spend all their time at their private clinics or wherever they are engaged in private practice with little or no time for those who are suppose to be their primary concern. Yet they earn fat salaries on the HATISS scale for not doing their jobs.

Students die all the time from cases that are not suppose to lead to death and this is also a fall out of the poor funding and poor attitude of staff in our various institutions of higher learning.
May the soul of the dead rest in peace.

Politics › Re: Tinubu Dumbfounded Over Saraki’s Victory - Daily Independent by Abugab(m): 9:49pm On Jun 09, 2015
Not only dumfounded.
Tinubu is becoming too overbearing on elected officers and the whole democratic process.
If he continues like this I can confidently say he will destroy his political empire before the next one year.
This is just the beginning as many more people will rise against him and humiliate him.

PDP should not be rejoicing as there will be an emergence of another political front that the masses will align with.
Make Tinubu go sit down dey savor his victory or else everything go turn bitter leaf for e mouth ooooa
Politics › Re: Femi Fani-Kayode Reacts To The Outcome Of The National Assembly Election by Abugab(m): 8:13pm On Jun 09, 2015
I am very sure because FFK asked that all Honorable members from the South West to vote for Femi Gbaja made him to loose.
Anyone that gets FFK's support now for any position will surely loose out.
I think this dude should be avoided like a plague from now on due to the consistency of those he supports loses out in any position they contest for.
FFK, e don do, just go on a long political oblivion.
Politics › Re: Buhari Reacts To Emergence Of Speaker, Senate President by Abugab(m): 7:16pm On Jun 09, 2015
Simple and straight forward.
The senate leaders ate representing the people and not APC or a handful of imperialists.

PMB should work with whoever is there as serving the people is the cardinal target and aim of every office holder in the New Nigeria project.
Politics › Re: APC Rejects Saraki, Dogara As Senate President, Speaker by Abugab(m): 6:37pm On Jun 09, 2015
I thought these so called leaders of APC were clever and knowledgeable but I can see that they lack this.
How can APC expect the mock poll to be the true poll?
How come the forgot they have an enemy in PDP?
When the Senate inauguration should be going on why did they decide to be meeting outside the NASS?

We say no to imposition!
Where they expecting PDP not to vote?
What they got is as a result of their folly.
Any attempt to disturb Saraki's tenure as senate president will not only ruin their chances of effective governance to bring about the needed change but will make their first shot at governance at the top a dismal one.

The best for them is to align with Saraki and Dogara and ensure the goods are delivered to the people and not a few so called leaders.

Lai Mohammed should keep quite and accept their folly as a result of high level greed. The era of 'its our turn' is over and they were beneficiary of that. So forgetting that so soon beats my imagination.
Politics › Re: Saraki 'Elected' Senate President While APC Senators Were Meeting With Buhari by Abugab(m): 1:06pm On Jun 09, 2015
The business of the day for the then senators elect was inauguration of the senate and electing principal officers. Because of the selfishness of a few who wants to run Nigeria like a fiefdom, they chose to be in a meeting with the president at the ICC.

Every action that brought Saraki in as Senate President today is legal and constitutional. 1. The number needed to form a quorum was met. 2. The president inauguration speech was sent to the clerk and read thereby declaring the 8th senate open and legit. 3. The elections of Saraki and Ekweremadu as SP and DSP followed the order as senators were already members and could exercise their rights.

APC played foolishly with this election forgetting that there were PDP members in the senate and they are also entitled to vote who their leader should be as the senate was not made up of only APC senators.
Saraki pulled a smart one on them and constitutionally too. Imposition must stop as we need a senate that will make laws for Nigerians and not toys in the hands of people like the Jagaban.

Politics › Re: APC Crisis: Governors Call Emergency Meeting As Osinbajo Meets Reps-elect by Abugab(m): 6:25pm On Jun 08, 2015
Mock election is no real election.
APC is going the wrong way about the senate presidency and house speaker.
When NASS is constituted, the members will elect their leaders including those of PDP and other parties.
For the years PDP held sway, we never heard about mock election done outside the hallowed chambers of NASS becoming the sacred and legit one.

APC is driving dangerously with this imposition of leadership. Let the members elect their leaders according to laid down procedures.
Too many unseen hands and interests in this matter and it is a no no for me.

Why do we always have people who talk before reasoning as leaders or past leaders.
Unverified utterances.
What did he do while in office?
Does he have a private university or a co-owner of one which he aid directly marketing to gullible ones?
I am strongly of the opinion that there should be a law restraining these people from public or press talk after office.

Dude ruled a complex state like Lagos and made it work despite the fact that armchair critics won't agree.

Madam Oby, you won't be alone on this should BRF come out for presidency as I will deploy time and resources to his success.

He's sure got loads to offer this govt of PMB and I hope his capability is fully sort and used as Nigeria needs his likes.

Politics › Re: Ben Bruce Sees No Point Why Gov Shettima Should Join PMB To Germany by Abugab(m): 7:59am On Jun 08, 2015
PMB was invited to G7 meeting largely because of BH activities. Borno state is the heart of their operations and the biggest loser in this whole insurgency palava.
PMB going with Shettima is a good move as he is the principal character here as his domain has been the theatre. He has first hand information and will also be able to take part in meaningful discussions with facts and figures.

The army, police and other security operations are on ground and Shettima doesn't need to be on the battle field.
The Deputy is on ground and can fit into the position while Shettina is attending G7

The comments above seems to ignore the crux of the matter.
Soludo as always talks the economy as it is but haters always like vilifying him. Anyone who doesn't know that Nigeria is at a cross road right now needs to be examined. Anyone who knows and wants magic will be needing more examination and care.

This govt needs all the support it can get locally and internationally as PMB is not the president of APC but of Nigeria. We are all involved in the mess and unfortunately the victims have continued to dignify the thieves and vilify those who represent the truth.

Reckless driving is the problem here.
The tanker drivers after inhaling gum and other substances that turns their brains upside down they GI behind the wheel and everything doesn't seem anything to them no more.

Ambode should give the stakeholders stringent terms and conditions tomorrow at their meeting before they become our problem here in Lagos.
Just one reckless move has rendered many families homeless and millions of naira of business ruined. Many kids and dependants have been made to face hardship now looking at the Idimu incidence and extent of damages and loss

Politics › Re: Buhari Is Right To Seek International Assistance To Battle Boko Haram - APC by Abugab(m): 1:52pm On Jun 06, 2015
What we seek and need now is to end BH activities whether singlehandedly or through cooperation.
PMB has gone to seek cooperation and it will be best for Nigeria and Nigerians that we see results in the nearest future.

We really don't need to draw comparison and start hating. We have lost too many lives already and that is already bad enough.
From the comments so far it seems most guys want the status quo to continue just because they wish PMB to fail. The fact still remains that PMB is the president and that can't be changed but to cooperate and support him is the needful Nigerians have to do.
Elections are over and we must stop the hate game and focus on going forward.
Enough said......

Politics › Re: Nigerian Civil Society Launch “BUHARIMETER” To Track Buhari’s Campaign Vows by Abugab(m): 10:53am On Jun 05, 2015
Holding a govt accountable is good and this is where Nigerians have failed over the years.

Doing this with every sense of rationalism without sentiments, hate and witch hunting should be the focus or else it negates its noble aims.

However, this is a four year administration and judging now will be like putting the cart before the horse. It would have made more rational sense if this was launched after six months so that this does not serve as a distraction to govt and the people.

Also, I would have expected them to put up something that will be a suggestion pool for the growth and achievement of campaign promises.

We should be partners in progress by advicing and throwing forward suggestions, going forward as well as being critical of issues that affect us as a nation and a people.

With the app, I see a lot of energy being dissipated towards criticism rather than building. Nigerians have suffered enough and needs the best but the best does not come if we tear ourselves apart with sentiments which I forsee this app will encourage.

Nigerians should be patient and supportive of the govt as we are always the victims of their misrule and I hope we do not want to remain at this point always due to faults from us.

1. Buhari is a bokoharam sympathizer. He can't raise a finger against bokoharam. They know it and that is why they intensified their activities. Even one of bombers shouted 'Sai Buhari' before detonating the bomb.

2. His trip is more of fun to him. He is enjoying the accolades and ceremonial reception he is getting. Forget security discussions.

3. Hundreds are dieing in the North already and they don't have HPB.
Since you know all these why don't you use your right as a Nigerian to bring him to book or at least expose him. Afterall we are all guided by the constitution and no one is above it including Buhari.
