It's also very clear WE HAVE SOME ENEMIES HERE ON NAIRALAND (it's quite understandable though...)

On this particular issue:

1. We went to post office on THREEE SEPARATE OCCASIONS TO PICKUP THIS PHONE ON YOUR BEHALF FOR REPAIRS (WE COULDN'T LOCATE THE PHONES AS THE CLIENT SENT IT THROUGH THE EMS SUPERVISORS WHO WASN'T ALWAYS AROUND). EACH TIME WE CALLED TO INFORM YOU OF THE CHALLENGE OF HAVING TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE REPEATEDLY.
2. We went to the post office on TWO SEPERATE OCCASIONS TO HELP SEND THIS PHONE BACK TO YOU (THE ONLY REASON WE DIDN'T SEND WAS BECASUE EMS SAID ITS AT OWNERS RISK AND I TOLD MY STAFF NOT TO SEND IT OUT OF CONCERN FOR YOU)
3. This same person has dealt with us in the past... WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY SENT MEMORY CARDS TO HIM IN ILORIN...

MY ONLY COMPLAINT ABOUT this client is that YOU SELECTIVELY CHOOSE INFORMATION TO PROVIDE TO THE PUBLIC. AND THIS ISN'T FAIR. I HAVE ATTACHED MORE SCREENSHOTS FROM OUR CONVERSATIONS... And I hope everyone will BE FAIR IN THEIR JUDGEMENT.

2 32gb memory card of which you chose to send one 32gb the other 4gb? Or should i talk about when you disappointed in getting a memory card to laredojohn? I knew how many days it took to get my refund, the Ilorin memory card part is still unresolved till now after close to 10 months. Even if you ain't a scammer, your customer service is abysmal, nobody owes you shit, enough of your entitlement mentality.

I'll look for someone to get the phone from you one more time, if you don't have good customer relationship, at least have empathy, the last guy I sent had a bike accident and here you are talking trash

they pushed two updates since i got it. Pie is very unlikely though, I'm still on November patch from the last update. Just avoid Lenovo zui if possible. Most pple have complains about the software ok there thread too

Why stress yourself going for ntel when airtel now offers cheaper data plan. I have 3 ntel sim cards with a total of 4k in the 3. With the airtel plan, I'm not even considering ntel.

I remember using 100gb in a week with their 2 unlimited plan..
Ntel is overstressed but still the best to me. Unlimited wise

There's some speculation that the SD675 may be a better chip than the SD835. Redmi is doing everything right and I don't know who would defect to M series rn.

i doubt this, most of the 600 series can't really compete with the sd of 2017, especially in the gpu aspect
