House of Assembly aspirant, not even a member or an ex member, is a top APGA member? This is a case of a hen that thinks of itself as an elephant. I'm not an APGA loyalist but I am pretty sure that he won't be missed |
He whom the gods want to kill, they first make mad. I just like the fact that Yorubas are changing it for my Igbo brothers doing business in SW, maybe this will make them to start thinking about home. |
Trooping out to greet a man who has impoverished the people in less than one year in office, instead of stoning him. Mad people |
Tesla is still the go-to for electric vehicles. It’s not about buying a product, what about after-sales support |
Where are the letters he wrote to the security chiefs or is this another propaganda to paint SE as insecure? The request is too ridiculous to be believed as true. |
LP won two senate seats (Anambra North and Central), while Ifeanyi Ubah (then of YPP) won Anambra South. Ubah could have lost if not that his Nnewi brethren came to his rescue |
What power does the so-called special investigator have to threaten to seize the mentioned individuals' shareholdings? Let's stop projecting lawlessness and highhandedness to onlookers |
If you are asked to come and provide evidence to back this your claim, I am sure you'll fold LordBiden: |

But he can stay back and watch helpless Nigerians massacred in Benue and Plateau states. Talk about priority ![]() |

Do you know that this enough reason for this platform to be taken down again? Look at how you irresponsibly plaster someone's personal information on a public forum while making an unsubstantiated allegation. Does this place look like a police station to you? Are you even sane at all? MoralPolicing: |
Soludo thinks he can get Ndi Anambra to love him like Peter Obi, by sharing gifts. He was at Unizik last November for the Zik lecture, where he was busy handing out bundles of cash to his hailers. For him, it is all about sharing handouts. But what we actually need in this state is dividends of good governance, not a gifts sharing spree. Security, good roads, good healthcare facilities, well equipped and staffed schools, standard stadium, clean and green environment, e.t.c |
Since the return to democracy, Ikwerre people has been incharge of Rivers state. Just this once that power left them, they've been all over trying to make the state ungovernable. Amaewhule and his Ikwerre brother, Wike, should allow Sim Fubara to do the work he was (s)elected to do. |
It's not up to one year yet and the whole country is already on the edge. |
Is it the one that they’ve embezzled or is there another one? ![]() |
Those bloodthirsty vermins called Hamas doesn’t deserve any form of pity, at all. |
Throw in some crackers and blow it up |
I'm not sure if there is any flight school in Nigeria equipped and certified to train pilots rated to fly modern airliners. Do you know that some flight simulators costs as much as aircrafts? Meanwhile, NCAT was in the news a while ago for the non utilisation of an expensive simulator they acquired. ufotunang: |
Which type of airplane are you rated to fly? |
The lack of unity in Nigeria is the nursery bed of the persistent misrule and corruption that has held this country down. Those that protested against Jonathan in Ojota years back are suddenly mute now that the condition is even far worse, why? Because their tribesman is now incharge. We aren't serious about making this country better, when we are, things will definitely take a turn for the better. |
Now the Lagos gang is here and they aren't smiling when it comes to looting, plundering and squandering. |
Focus on your Southwest, where servitude is the norm, and allow others to fight for their freedom. Please Tjra: |
No one cares about where he's coming from, we are only asking him to show working. Stop deflecting rational concerns with tribal sentiments. Godfullsam: |
I hope the route is a profitable one, cos airline business isn't for show |
Carry your servitude mentality to SW, we don't do that down here Entprys: |
Since the aircraft was still on the ground and the issue is with cooling, I think AirPeace is right. Airplane air-conditioning is normally powered in-flight by the engines bleed air system, but while on the ground, this is usually not available. Running a jet engine while on the ground isn't economical and environmentally friendly. Some airports restrict usage of jet engines on the ground due to noise concerns and safety of ground workers. Apart from the giant jet engines, the aircraft's auxiliary power unit (APU) can also power the AC but that is another jet engine that makes a lot of noise and also consumes fuel. The final and most economical option is the ground power unit (GPU) which is an external generator hooked on to the airplane to supply electric power to the AC while it is on the ground. Another type supplies cold air instead of electricity (that is where you see insulated pipes connecting to the plane from the airport). Ground cooling is usually a challenge to airlines operating from regions with hot climates. Not providing cooling on the ground can be a feature of some low-cost budget airlines because it helps to minimise expenses. In this case, once the aircraft engines roars to life, the air-conditioning will surely kick in. It's important to note that in some instances, the bleed air system will not be turned on until the aircraft is at cruising altitude. This usually happens when the aircraft is heavy and about to take off on a hot day. |
It's time that Southwesterners begin to understand that SS and SE doesn't have the culture of servitude and submission. We do not tolerate godfatherism in any guise, we do not build strongmen. I don't know why they keep imposing their ideas on others as if they have a superior culture ![]() |
