We often stray away from God when we are stressed up or faced with certain life challenges, instead of staying firm to the word of God, we prefer to believe what we can see, and because of our belief we end up becoming miserable at a serious life challenge.

The tendency of keeping faith in God at such times decline greatly, and we either loose courage and hope or believe in God. We prefer to either give up on life or go into something that may end up destroying our future or even our eternity.





As much as it is difficult to trust in God in times like this, the word of God says we should come to God with our troubles and sorrow. It is much better to believe in God than use the devices of the devil.

In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus was preaching to the crowd who sat down to listen to him. Among them were unhappy people, hungry people, jobless people and even those who are sick and in need of healing.

Jesus recognized their situations, he knew their troubled state and he knew they needed help, the same way we are in need of help today.

He said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest” Matthew 11: 28

Are you wearied, stressed up and discouraged because of some certain life challenges? Why not go to Jesus today?

He says, “Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light” Matthew 11: 29-30

Yoke is used for carrying loads; Jesus says you should use his yoke because his yoke is easy to carry. Heavy loads are always difficult to carry; the use of yoke lightens the burden of carrying the load.

Let’s look at it differently; if you are moving into another house, you had lots of loads in your house which you need to move into the new house. If you have to pack all the loads by yourself with your hand you may take months before you finish taking it all that is if you ever get to finish packing it because the things you need to carry may be too big for you to lift. But with the use of a truck you could finish packing the loads in only a matter of hours without much stress. Let us liken the truck to a yoke.

That’s what Jesus is talking about here; he says you should use his yoke to carry your load, your burden, your sorrow, that thing that keeps you distressed, he said his burden is light.

All you need to do is to confess you sins accept Jesus as your Lord and savior obey the commandments of God and surrender everything to him and he will help you, then you will find rest for your soul.

I pray that the Almighty God will give you the grace and the heart to do His will in Jesus name, amen.

The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State has been commended by Kwara State Government on No-To-Sex-For-Grade campaign staged at Nigeria Polytechnics Games' opening ceremony held in Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin.




The ceremony which was declared open by Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdurasaq Abdulraman represented by his deputy, Mr. Kayode Alabi. The Governor, in his address charged the athletes and officials participating in this year's Nigeria Polytechnics Games (NIPOGA) to demonstrate high level of sportsmanship because NIPOGA has proved to be a unifying factors and a tool for fostering national integration among polytechnics, monotechnics and colleges of technology throughout the federation.


Meanwhile, on the level of pervasive and intermittent cases of sexual harassments marauding tertiary institutions in Nigeria, the Kwara State commissioner for tertiary education, science and technology, Hajia Sadaatu Modibbo Kawu has commended the frantic efforts of the Federal Polytechnic Offa as the first institution to bring up such campaign to curtail the menace. While addressing the campaign team led by the Head of Mass Communication Department, Mr. Wole Alawode in her office on February 12th, 2020, the Honourable commissioner assures the team of State Government's support to replicate 'No-To-Sex-For Grade' campaign in state owned institutions and at the same time, take it up to the national level with wider coverage. She said, " I have been discussing with my team on what to do in our institutions and you have spoken my mind for coming with this new initiative. It gladdens my heart that this kind of campaign is coming from an institution and the Federal Polytechnic Offa is the first to stage such campaign against sex for grade in Nigeria. It shows we are leading by example. This campaign is something that we really need to replicate in our tertiary institutions. This is a very good initiative from the Federal Polytechnic Offa."

There is a popular saying “Your attitude determines your altitude”. With the right attitude, you can experience a positive marital change. Many that are praying against witches and wizards to stop tampering with their marital heritages should look within. Many times, our greatest enemy is ourselves. For instance, a woman who cannot control her tongue and begins to wonder why her husband stays out late every time needs to check herself first. If there is any need to pray, it is for the Holy Ghost to help one become a better person. True change must come within us. He that must conquer the world must first conquer himself. Always remember that within every man are a king and a beast. The one you speak to is the one that responds.

Don’t allow Satan to make it a generational curse.

Dear lady, don’t repeat your mother’s mistake. You know how her tongue almost turned the home into shreds. Why not learn from it and build a better home. In fact, if there is any way to give them joy, it’s in building a better home.

I pray for you today, in case there is any storm in your home that God’s intervention will bring down the storm. I declare God’s great intervention right now. Things will not get worse for you. Things will get better. Amen.

A chieftain of APDA in Kogi State, Austeen Anibe Otene, have describe Edward Onoja, the deputy governor of Kogi as power intoxicated, likening him to Marcus Brutus of Shakespeare.

In his article, "Once Upon a Powerful Chief of Staff" posted on Facebook, Anibe said Edward rose to power out of nothing, but rode to the top with reckless power and arrogance, saying Edward out of power drunkenness unseat the former deputy governor, Elder Simon Achuba who is from the same tribal area.

Grace they say can change a man's story overnight defiling every protocol and against all odds. This is in reflection to Yahaya Bello's emergence as the Executive Governor of Kogi State in 2015. If not, tell me how on earth a man who is not a registered voter in Kogi will be "democratically elected" to lead the State?


Same was a man, Edward Onoja who was said to be more of a "nobody" after losing his job as a banker for whatever reasons, got the rub of the same grace which I call the reward for staying loyal and committed.

Edward Onoja's reign under Yahaya Bello as his CoS was one that came with so much abuse, power drunkenness, pride and greed. He became so popular and about the most powerful political office holder in Kogi's history if not one. Edward's recklessness comes with an aroma of corruption and self glorification in such an unprecedented manner leading him to becoming too over ambitious in seeking for a higher power.

I will not be delving into his private life of his perpetual disregard and abuse of women and girls as I want to keep this space very decent and objective as to the subject.

In his over-zealousness which defines covetousness, he started a conspiracy theory of lies and blackmail against the then Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Elder Simon Achuba and because he was that guy who pays the piper and dictating the tunes the piper must play, he got the State House of Assembly under his armpit and they illegally and unlawfully ousted the former from office unceremoniously.

Edward's lust benefited him and today he is what I consider an "illegitimate" Deputy Governor of Kogi State because himself and Yahaya Bello were not democratically elected. They stole the current mandate they ride on. The November 16 election was characterized by gross abuse of electoral process, deaths, bloodshed and rape on democracy where the supposed law enforcement agents were seen openly aiding the whole charade of human rights abuses to electoral manipulation culminating into daylight political robbery and rigging.

Having arrogated so much power to the office of CoS to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, today Edward Onoja is no longer acting in the capacity of the CoS. There is a new sheriff in town. Will the new CoS to Yahaya Bello take advantage of the powers sitting in that office? We watch and see as things evolve.

Meanwhile, unconfirmed news have filtered that there is a rift already breeding amongst the duo (The new CoS and the new DP). Again, we wait patiently while we play the observer's role. Until then, let it be known that expecting Edward Onoja to perform the unthinkable today seem more of a mirage because he has since lost his one once very powerful CoS status.

The reason is not farfetched, Yahaya Bello have been able to establish that he doesn't need Edward Onoja to win an election so long as there was a president who can release billions to him prior to an election so he can hire the services of thugs and the police as well as INEC to be illegally elected.
Yahaya Bello has also established that all the noise making from the recruits of Edward Onoja translated into nothing during the elections as they were not able to deliver their polling units not to talk of their district or LG.

Yayaha Bello also saw how Edward conspired to remove his own brother, Elder Achuba illegally from office hence he is just being extremely careful and cautious that Edward could be Marcus Brutus in Shakespeare Julius Caesar in the modern-day Kogi.

Just as same with Brutus, Edward Onoja is a logician, he is able to talk himself into anything, including the ousting of Elder Simon Achuba, while never noticing how his logic forever betrays him. He will or may be tempted to desperately attempt to keep the conspiracy honorable, neither requiring an oath nor ousting anyone other than Yahaya Bello someday. You know the heart of man is desperately wicked and no one can know what it therefore thinks.

The recent shakeup and makeup of Yahaya Bello's cabinet is a pointer and it is expected to see more drama in the future because what goes around stays around while the evil that men do now lives with them.

Let it be known that Yahaya Bello is not unaware of the grand role Edward Onoja played in betraying his tribe which gave him identity in the November 16 Governorship election hence the possibility of being his (Bello's) Judas. After all, what is good for the goose is also good for the gander.

By the reason of redemptive realities, we have been translated into the same league with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We are partakers of the same kind of life provided by One Source. They are taking their own as we should be taking our own. Our nourishment comes from the same God who is rich unto all. It, therefore, implies that whatever made Abraham great should make us great. Whatever gave Isaac a future should also give us our future. Whatever made Jacob rich should also make us rich. If they were secured, we should be also. If they were healthy, we should be healthy also; because we share the same kind of life from an ever-refreshing Source.

Doubt could cut you off, but faith connects you to the Source. Now, faith is absolute confidence in the provision of God for your life as revealed in the scriptures. So, you can’t be standing here and still be looking there. That was how some people missed the divine providence in the above scripture. They just couldn’t connect to it because of their unbelief.

There is something in agriculture that is called grafting. It implies cutting off a branch of a plant and plugging it into another plant. Therefore, the nourishment of the branch is no longer determined by the former plant but by the new plant, if it is properly grafted. The same is true about every Christian. You have been translated into the Kingdom of His dear Son. It is a Kingdom of light with unquantifiable possibilities. This is where your nourishment lies – in Christ Jesus; not your family background.

You must not be like Lot’s wife, who had been grafted into a different experience; yet was looking back until she lost her life and place in the process. If you must maximize your destiny, you must begin to look at where you belong now. Focus on the covenant provisions for your life and destiny. Set your mind on scriptural provisions. If the leaves from the former plant are yellow and the ones on the new plant are green, the branch only needs to focus on how its yellow leaves could turn green – not bothering itself with the realities of its old life. It has to focus its attention on his new realities, if not its leaves will remain yellow amidst green leaves.

One person has been brutally murdered at Idafa, in Maya area of Ikorodu, Lagos by suspected cult members on Monday evening.

According to our sources, six armed men believed to be members of an undisclosed cult had invaded the community, killing a man who owns an Aluminum fitting business in the area.

An eye-witness told our correspondent that the deceased, popularly known as Murphy was at his shop opposite Road A, after the popular Idafa river, with his workers when the gunmen invaded the shop.


He was said to have fled on sighting the invaders, which made many to believe he belonged to a cult group, that is plus the fact that he was only one attacked.

Scientists have done a lot of research on rest and sleep, but we still don’t really know why we need to sleep. We do, however, know that regular periods of rest and sleep are vital to our personal well-being. Being deprived of sleep is dangerous: it limits our ability to do things like drive and can also make us ill.

Of course, everyone’s needs for sleep differ slightly. Margaret Thatcher, the former British Prime Minister, famously claimed to need only four hours sleep every night, and more recently, there has been almost an epidemic amongst CEOs claiming kudos for early rising. What is important is to be aware of your personal sleep patterns, and ensure that you get enough sleep on a regular basis to function effectively.


The exact reasons why we need to sleep remain a mystery. However, it is known that in order for humans (and many other species) to be able to function optimally, periods of sleep are required. During periods of sleep, our bodies repair muscle and our mind stores, organises and links memories. At the same time, important hormones that control essential bodily functions are regulated in the bloodstream, our immune systems are strengthened, and the risk of serious diseases is reduced.

Lots of changes occur in the body and mind when we awake from sleep. These changes will vary with the quality and duration of the sleep received. Waking from early stages of sleep is different from waking after a full uninterrupted quality sleep when the body has had time to complete a successful sleep cycle.

When we wake our heart rate, blood pressure and breathing rate all rise as does our body temperature. Various hormone levels change, notably, cortisol (the stress hormone) rises to enhance the feeling of alertness in the morning. Our major internal organs switch to ‘wake mode’ and begin to function optimally.

The waking process can take a little time before we feel refreshed and ready to go, and it is normal to feel sleepy for a little while after waking from a deep sleep. Although our knowledge of exactly why we sleep is lacking, we do know a lot about the effects of not sleeping, too little sleep and/or low quality sleep.

Our overall quality of life can be seriously affected by lack of quality sleep and this can heavily influence how we behave and perform, how we feel and even how we look.

Nothing encourages your faith and walk with God like receiving an answer to prayer. It is a major faith-booster. Satan hates that. He, therefore, uses disappointments, delays and failure to frustrate people’s faith in God. To make it look like God is not there. As if He does not care.


It was easier for David to believe that God would deliver Goliath into his teenage hands because of what God had done for him in the past with the lion and the bear at the backside of the desert. That experience boosted his faith in God. The devil does not like to see that. So, he tries to frustrate your faith and hope in God while you are still there awaiting the manifestation of the answer to your prayers.


When you are discouraged, the attack is on your faith. If you give in to it, you begin to doubt God’s love, ability and willingness to come through for you. When that happens, a believer begins to sink! That is when they begin to lie, cheat and compromise because they just want to survive. So, watch it!


Discouragement is an attack on your soul. Beware!

Be very careful when something positive happens in your life that so excites you. That’s when most people are most vulnerable and likely to fall into the ditches of the enemy. He is always lurking around the corner at that time. When something good happens in your life, celebrate God but be sober and vigilant; give the enemy no foothold around your life. After a major victory, you could fast the following day to keep the wolves away. Because that’s the time most of us are so relaxed and unwatchful.


It happens many times in football. Perhaps a team just scored a goal and is so overly overwhelmed with joy, celebrating their goal. Before you could say ‘Jack!’ the opponent just equalizes them. A team is most vulnerable after their goal.

It was after the major victory over Jericho that Joshua and the host of Israel set out to fight Ai. They didn’t even pray because the city was so small compared to Jericho. You know, they fasted, prayed, sang and shouted for 7 days to bring down Jericho and just felt it should be a walk-over. They were so disappointed because of Achan’s mistake. Perhaps if they had been soberer they could have been able to figure out that there was a problem before they hit the battlefront.
Be sober and vigilant. Give the enemy no advantage in your life.

Someone helped a lady during an important exam and the lady came back to him after she passed the exam. She was so grateful and told the guy she didn’t know how to appreciate the guy but her body was available. Imagine that! When some people are so grateful for what you’ve done for them the devil takes over their thinking unknowingly. Because they are thinking of how they could pay you back! That makes them so vulnerable.

Now there is nothing wrong with being grateful but you must watch it so the enemy does not take advantage of the goodwill. So, many Christians fall into sin because of grateful people. The other side is when people are grateful and you don’t return the glory back to God you are both inviting trouble. God will never share His glory with anyone. When David killed Goliath, who were the people singing? Grateful people! That was the beginning of his problems. If he had wanted to mess up with any of the women at the time he sure has had done that. Be careful not to take the glory that belongs to God. When people are saying ‘Thank you’, return it back to God!

You need wisdom, intelligence, to win the battles of destiny. Someone may not be as strong as you are but may have access to some kind of intelligence that could give him a great advantage in warfare.

Every boxer gathers intelligence about his opponent before entering into the ring to fight. He wants to know the strength of his opponent; more essentially, his weaknesses. Perhaps in the process, he may get to know that his opponent has a wound somewhere in his body; so while you are expecting him to keep targeting the head he is busy targeting the wounds. He would like to hit him hard there in order to knock him out. He knows at that point that his strength may no longer be that important, but his weaknesses do.

So, for the next few days, we’ll be looking at different ways satan attacks destiny and possible strategies to overcome his antics.
Satan most times does not attack from outside. His antics are usually within.

God wants you to express His greatness. He wants you to be great in every sense of it. However, it is not automatic. You will have to constantly renew your mind and re-position yourself mentally to be able to fit-in into His dream for your life. You belong to royalty, stop living like a pauper. You are not destined for the small places of the earth.

When you give birth to a child, you don’t pray before your DNA is transferred to the baby. When the baby grows up, people begin to see some of your attributes in him or her. If any of the parents has a huge stature, you are likely to see that in the child. That does not require a prayer. That’s why if a child does not look like any of the parents it becomes a concern. An elephant does not need to do anything for its offspring to turn big. That is who they are. It is in the DNA. The same is true about you. It is already in you and you must aggressively bring it to birth.

Change your thinking. Change your confession. Be spiritually aggressive about achieving greatness in every area of your life. Train your children as princes and princesses because they belong to royalty. It is in their blood, and they must exemplify it. An elephant does not need to do anything for its offspring to turn big.

It is important for you to know that God has something gigantic for your future so you don’t settle for anything less. You must begin to define your future based on your redemption in Christ.

The way you think is highly essential to your destiny. Your thinking is your living. It becomes your attraction. It is your behaviour. It controls and affects the totality of your existence. That is why you must submit yourself to the surgical operations of the scriptures. Why is this important? It is because when a man’s thinking changes, it shows in his approach to life. ‘Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...’ (Romans 12:2).

A man’s life only changes when his mentality changes. The results he sees in his life are always proportional to the extent of his mental transformation. God wants you to be able to see what He has for your future.

Destiny is a promise. It is available but it is not guaranteed. It is like potentials. There is a potential for greatness in every child of God. It is there but it is not guaranteed. That somebody has a potential to be the next football star does not automatically make him a football star. Therefore it is not just by saying ‘I am a seed of Abraham. I should have it made’. No! God is saying ‘It is not just about what I have said. I want you to co-operate with me. I need you to work with my plans and purpose so that all I have in mind for you can come to a glorious reality’. Pursue it! Fulfil it! That’s how God’s word changes your mentality.

You need to have a vision for financial increase. You should so carry a blessing to an extent that anyone within your circumference contacts it. A blessing that positively affects others. Lot was nothing; however, after hanging around Abraham for a while he contacted it to an extent that the land couldn’t contain them anymore. I read that all the Vice Presidents of Microsoft Corporation each own a private jet. They contacted the blessing of God on Bill Gates. That is a life to live; essentially, a vision to have.




When Joseph entered the house of Potiphar everything started turning out positively. He noticed the blessing in his household, and also knew where it was coming from – it was as a result of the slave he just bought. Joseph carried the blessing. Similarly, when Jacob entered Laban’s house something changed. His business started to boom. His income shot up! That means Jacob and Joseph carried something – a blessing traceable to their connection with Abraham.

What are you seeing about the future? What is your vision – your mental picture of your future?

Whenever you study the lives of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and other scripture greats; you begin to see what God expects of you and you can begin to dream in that line. The more you can see it, the more you are being transformed into it. If you see nothing, you become nothing. What you keep seeing is what you become. What you see is where you are heading. It eventually becomes your destination.
If you don’t know where you are going, you may as well just end-up anywhere.

That’s how a lot of Christians are. They pray, come to church, worship God sincerely but there is no clear vision for their lives. You ask them ‘Sir how would you like your marriage to be?’ And they say ‘Well, I like to have a good marriage.’ That’s too general. Is there a particular example you’ve seen in the scripture that you would like to tailor your marriage after? That is also applicable to business and other areas of peoples’ lives.

Daily digest: Your vision determines a lot of things in your life – your friends, lifestyle, choices, association etc. ‘Where there is no vision, people perish' (Proverbs 29:18).

I believe you have a great destiny in God irrespective of where you might be now. I know that God will use the situations of your life as ingredients to bring you into the future He has ordained for you. I believe your future is far greater and better than your past. It is time to look forward to your future with smiles, renewed hope and expectations.

The above scripture is a summary of what God thinks and wants for your tomorrow. He plans that your life should be peaceful and non-evil. Your destiny is in God’s hand, not under the devil’s control. If there is any evil that is trying to attach itself to your destiny, it is evidently not God’s plans. If a man is not saved, Satan can hijack his destiny; but not a believer who understands what belongs to him in Christ. You will find God’s plan of peace and hope when you seek Him with all your heart.

When you see evil things manifesting in the life of a close relation of yours, perhaps your uncle and the devil comes to say such a thing awaits you in the future; just turn your face from such and look into the scriptures. You will see a better future as you gaze into the lives of your new uncles – Jacob, Isaac, David, Solomon etc. Because they are your new family now. That’s how to disappoint Satan’s expectations for your life. You will find God’s plan of peace and hope when you seek Him with all your heart.

A member of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Plateau State, Emmanuel Macham has lambasted a faction of the party who are against him for supporting Chief Sango, the State chairman of the party.





Macham who spoke to Ackcity News on Tuesday said he was aware of the consequences of his support for the state chairman, stating however that line of interest had already been drawn in the matter.

Macham said the Chris Hassan/Dakas Shan faction of the party have their own working documents which does not accommodate majority of the party members, particularly the real grassroots members.

He said the Chris Hassan/Dakas Shan faction has a WhatsApp forum, “Plateau PDP Official”, managed by one Akans Taba, the group admin, he describes the members of the group as “captives and slaves” who must do the bid of their master, that they only post opinions that suits the fancy of admin or are faced with instant removal from the group.

Macham revealed that sdome highly placed persons in the society have been reaching out to him to stop supporting the State Chairman of the party, Hon D T Sango.

He said those calling him not to support the state chairman should just wait and allow the PDP constitution to prevail in the matter, saying that Sango was constitutionally elected as the chairman of the party in the state.

He decried the latest propaganda being orchestrated by these people he tagged “enemies of the PDP”, calling the propaganda a “media jihad” where it is being circulated that Sango addressed people of Kanke that he was decamping to the ruling party, All Progressives Congress, APC.

According to him, this is their last strategy when all their other strategies had failed, even threats to his life.

“I am able to see the faction group struggling day and night to bend the party’s constitution; trying hard to outsmart lay down procedures of the party, and playing games to strengthen their capacity to remove an elected chairman.” He said

“I appeal to these persons to embrace peace and dialogue, all the efforts they are putting into trying to remove Sango can be used in strengthening the party”, he added.

He alleged that those calling for the head of the chairman are fraudsters, bad eggs within the party and those who worked against the party in the last general elections, who are APC in the night and PDP at day time.

He claimed Sango was being oppressed because he is from Ganawuri, a minority tribe in plateau state.

Macham called for anyone who has any allegations against Sango to bring it to the public for scrutiny, rather than secret prosecution on social media. He added that he would only stand by the party’s constitution, justice and human right.

Macham commended the national headquarters of the party for constituting the Senator David Mark led committee on the matter but decried the decision to have Dakas Shan, the North Central Vice Chairman in the committee. He instructively said, the committee will not take instructions from Dakas Shan as he is an interested party in the matter and also has questions to answer regarding N1.6 billion petition written by 16 persons.

He claimed a cabal is trying to dictate who becomes what in the future of Plateau state, he said they are trying to wipe out a generation who have paid their dues for the State and the country without respect and courtesy, in a very dubious manner.

Macham alleged that all these allegations and propaganda are geared towards the 2023 general elections in the state.

According to him, “Sylvanus Lot, Prof Dakum Shown, Dr Haruna Dabin, were all unceremoniously removed from office without courtesy. This will not happen to Chief DT Sango or any of his supporters across the state and country at large.”

In conclusion he said, “We remain resolute in defence of our party Constitution, rule of law and fair hearing to all manners of persons in the society.”

A woman was reportedly caught last night while trying to kill her new born baby inside a Lagos Island toilet.




According to an eye-witness and the owner of the facility where the incident happened;

"I was very shocked at what this woman did, I still feel very bad, I cried like a baby after everything. I was there, and witnessed it by myself.

It happened at a public toilet facility I run on the Island. The facility has toilet, and bathroom where people can defecate, pee and also bath." The facility owner whose name was not disclosed said


According to her, "A woman shown in the video below came to the facility yesterday, she was pregnant while going. So while in the bathroom, the cleaner who help take care of the facility heard her screaming like a woman in labor"

She explained.

"After a while she came out of the bathroom with a nylon bag in her hand, and the attendant confronted her and asked that she was pregnant while entering the bathroom, and asked what happened to the baby"


The eye-witness said the woman replied that the baby was dead and that she had packed it in the nylon bag she was holding. But while going out of the facility the nylon bag hit a chair and the baby inside let out a scream.

The eye-witness who is also a woman said, she couldn't comprehend how someone could carry a baby in her womb for nine months only to want to throw the baby away after delivery.

Other people were soon attracted and the woman was held down while the baby was brought out of the nylon alive.

TRAINING

The training shall last for 36 months. During this period The Trainee Minister/Pastor would stay in the hostel to be provided by the Church. Classroom attendance shall last 3-5 hours 3days/week. Each person would also be expected to attend weekly activities, prayer meetings and night vigils. The Program shall also incorporate ministerial attachment to a branch church for 6-9 months. Successful candidates at the end of training will graduate into any of the offices in the five-fold Ministry and shall be given a full time appointment with the Church.


RESPONSIBILITIES


We expect the successful candidate to:


Be able to meet up with all academic responsibilities and pass all the exams.
Regular preaching and teaching of God's word in services with clarity, passion and relevance, such that spiritual development assigned group/ Fellowship/department.
Other responsibilities shall be assigned to keep the candidate on his toes.
Posting on course completion would depend on performance during the training.



REMUNERATION

Minimum standard shall be provided for the period of training. Full and permanent appointment shall be given after a successful completion of training.

Two men believed to be officers of the Nigerian Army today invaded Oke-Ira Community in Lagos, causing serious commotion in some streets. According to some eye-witnesses, the men came in Keke Napep (Marwa), after being invited by one of two parties involved in a petty family fight.

Former Vice President and the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has not traveled to the United States of America (USA), his Special Adviser on Media, Mr. Paul Ibe, has said.

Ibe told our correspondent via a telephone chat Thursday afternoon that online reports which stated that Atiku had traveled to the US were a figment of the imagination of the authors.


“You know what the social media can do. You know the social media for what they are now. It is not true. His Excellency hasn’t gone anywhere,” he said.
