From his look, he's Hausa.

He is not Fulani, He's a pure Hausa man
Most Fulani don't have the stereotypical "look" you are talking about. The majority are normal black West Africans mixed with their host population.

Here is the Fulani president of Gambia. Between these two men, who looks more Fulani, him or Dangote?

This prove that u don't even have clear knowledge of the problem. Those Fulani bandits don't spare everyone including Fulani kinsmen; they're criminals like all other criminals who are in the wrong business for money.
There is no way u can take Fulani out of Hausa and vice versa. We're covalently bonded to the extent that we're one and unique. Take me as case study, My father is Fulani, my mother is Kanuri and I speak and understand only Hausa language. Almost all Hausa-Fulani region dwellers have intertribal marriage between Hausa and Fulani.
Intertribal marriages don't mean anything. For example, black and white in America often marry each other, but the power is in the hands of the whites. The core ruling class of the Fulani rarely marry Hausas.

Also, Fulani bandits target farming villages mainly -- most Fulani don't farm so 90% of the victims will be Hasua.

He is from the Fulani tribe. They try so hard to leach and attach unto true northerners. If only the Hausa could be like their brothers in Cameroon putting the Fulani in their place and sending the cow herders back to guinea, only then will the receive our respect.
The Hausa need a real leader to lead them into genocidal battle against the Fulani. The problem is that most Hausa leaders are, themselves, Fulani.

Nigeria is losing control of its North West Region to Bandit Herdsmen:

https://qz.com/africa/1935821/nigeria-losing-control-of-northwest-region-to-bandit-herdsmen/

Quote:

Most of the actors are Fulani, the ethnic group that spreads across West Africa and is known for being nomadic pastoralists, while the communities being attacked are mostly Hausa farming communities. The current violent dynamic started soon after vigilante groups formed from the Hausa communities for security purposes carried out extrajudicial action against Fulani pastoralists as tensions mounted from increasing competition for land and water resources

Same thing in Ghana Togo and Benin. The Fulani are just gypsies in most West African countries. But in Northern Nigeria, they are lords.

Then why is bandits wiping out neighborhoods with strong hausa community? Killings in southern Kaduna?

We Actually Have problem In The North that can lead to civil War.
Truth be told, over 100 Hasua are dying every single day from Fulani attacks in Nigeria. The herdsmen problem in the South is not even 10% of what is going on in rural areas of the North west. The Hausa try to fight back, but if they kill one Fulani, the revenge attack will kill 10 Hausa.

The Fulani are also more mobile. They can retreat into the forest and launch surprise attacks against the Hausa villages.

Modern Hausas are the descendants of bona-fide slaves in the Sokoto Caliphate. They are O.K being ruled by Fulani. But Fulani would never allow themselves to be ruled by a mere Hausa. Abid.

Maybe low IQ. Fully evolved people would rather fight to the death than be ruled by outsiders. I think most black people have a slave gene.

Traditional Hausa society was significantly more advanced and civilized than the Fulani. How how were once proud and civilized people reduced to slaves in their own father land? More importantly, why are they allowing themselves to be dominated by primitive outsiders?

The first image is traditional Hausa architecture. The second picture is traditional Fulani architecture.

Here is one in Ivory Coast. Call these buildings strange, but they make me proud to be an African -- unlike the lifeless nonsense we are copying from the West.

Daverytimes:
A new generation of architects are popping up not just in Nigeria but all over Africa, and slowly you are seeing African influenced architecture. We have been stuck in the colonial mindset for a lot of things and are just beginning to find our own identity, so just give it time, a lot of traditional style housing with a modern twist will start popping up.
Where? Give me examples. The only notable traditional architecture was done in the 80s and has fallen out of fashion.

Buildings in Nigeria are lifeless, and they don't inspire cultural pride among the population. We need to revisit and modernize our traditional architectural styles and incorporate them into things like train terminals, courthouses, government offices, and hospitals.

The following images are of traditional hausa architecture.
