confusedmind1:Moving to Canada would be a terrible mistake my friend, especially toronto. In Canada, your Nigerian degree is worthless. There are many PHDs from countries like India that are homeless in Toronto, what makes you think they will hire a Nigerian? The cost of living in Canada is also astronomical. The U.S. would be a better option. Try to get a degree at an american school if you want a job. They are always hiring tech guys. |
According to Al Jazeera, Nigerians are flooding out of the country at an unprecedented level -- second only to India which is a country with 6 times the population. Nigerians are buying citizenship in countries like Malta, Bahamas, Grenada, and Dominica. The World Bank also predicts that Nigeria's economy will unravel by 2025. The ship is sinking. Get out while you still have the chance. This image represents Nigeria. Save yourself before its too late.

Keep your savings in dollars or some other currency. |
British Colonialism saved the Yoruba from being conquered and enslaved by the sokoto caliphate. |
Here is Al Jazeera posting what looks to be a snuff film. They would never post such uncensored graphic violence against any other race, but Africans. This film was actually showed on mainstream news with no filter. The disrespect of our people on these news agencies is intolerable, and I don't know why there isn't more outrage. This is a very insidious form of racism where they reduce black people to animals, unworthy of the respect they accord other races. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlpZr8IRUcY&has_verified=1&bpctr=1607477077 |
I decided to check out the CNN report on the Lekki toll gate incident, and I was shocked out how freely and disrespectfully they were displaying dead Nigerians with no censor. When have you ever seen white news agencies parade their dead like this? During COVID-19 they wouldn't even show the faces of sick patients in Italy and New York, talk less of dead bodies. Granted, I know such images are common on our own media, but international news outlets should maintain the same standards when dealing with people of different races. This is extremely offense. https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/18/africa/lagos-nigeria-lekki-toll-gate-feature-intl/index.html |
I wish they used something inspired by a traditional architectural style to build the terminals. |
Sirjamo:Buhari will have my support if he drops the multiple exchange rates. Who is the APC candidate for 2023? |
QuotaSystem:It's very modern -- as is the one in Abuja. I'll give Buhari a win when it comes to infrastructure. More got done under him than the last two presidents combined. But, his economic policy (multiple exchange rates, border closure, etc.) has created poverty. |
QuotaSystem:Buhari has impoverished you to the point where you won't even afford this train, but you are here praising him. Monkey pepu. |
theenchanter:You want to suffer and smile... continue. Nothing will change with passive people like you. You are part of the monkey population holding us all hostage. |
theenchanter:How can I calm down while my people are behaving like monkeys? There is no refuge in this world for the black man. Either we live as an unwanted immigrant in a white country or we live like an animal in Africa. Suffering and smiling is not my portion. I will speak the truth |
theenchanter:This is Jakarta Indonesia. 20 years ago in the year 2000, Nigeria was richer than this country on a per capita basis. Now look at them -- moving forward while Nigerians continue to live like dumb animals. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u72Hu29Le5g |
MajesticKris:Seems like the black man is born to suffer. Even a simple road is like rocket science in this nigger-area. |
Below you will see a recent drive-through video of Ikoyi, Lagos -- a fast growing economic center with many corporate offices, hotels, and residential buildings. The streets are only 2 lanes wide in either direction, which is way too narrow for a business district in a mega city of 20 million people. As the population density of Ikoyi continues to grow, within five years, the roads will become extremely congested with traffic and unusable. It will also be impossible to expand the roads without destroying the side walks or demolishing millions of dollars worth of buildings that have sprouted up alongside the street. Why are Nigerians so brainless and incapable of properly planning for the future? Why do we continue proving to the world that the black man is a monkey who can't do anything right and is incapable of managing his own affairs? And before you scapegoat the government, remember, Lagos is not a village. Why didn't the educated citizenry pressure the government to enact better planning instead of this nonsense -- it will be their businesses that suffer when this area turns to a slum. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-WfrzsSvCk&lc=Ugw9bv8JhtIpP7guZx54AaABAg.9D1d1VZvlIu9GfeQdFwxW6 Jakarta Indonesia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u72Hu29Le5g |
Southerners who cry over Northern issues are clowns. Let the North deal with its society the way they know fit. It's not our problem. |
Nigerians have the government they deserve. Monkey people. |
faste:Then I am praying for a coup. Nigeria must shatter. |
rossniti:Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world, which means our poverty level surpasses any other nation of earth, even India, which has 5x the population. Our life expectancy of 53, years is lower than active warzones like Syra, Afghanistan and Somalia. We are the third most terrorized nation on earth. Burn Nigeria with fire. This country is worthless. I will dance and shout for joy when with this useless, nigger-area collapses and shatters to a million pierces. |
They will badly regret visiting this zoo of a country |
AskiaHarem:Stop spreading nonsense. European countries put their high density buildings in certain areas away from the historic city centers. Germany has frankfurt, Italy has Milan, Paris has La Defense, etc. Building density is a key indicator of economic activity in an area.
|
rossniti:If I was in charge, I would fix Nigeria's power sector in less than 3 years. It's a very simple thing to do. However, I don't have faith in other Nigerians because yall have a track record of incompetence. |
Earlier this year, the Nigerian government signed a multi-year agreement with the German government to increase Nigeria's electricity capacity to 25,000 Megawatt's by 2025. I see this as the last hope for this country to have stable power in our lifetimes, because if the Germans can't fix Nigeria's power grid, no one can, and Siemens is an internationally respected company. However, to my alarm, I have not heard any update on the progress of this aggrement. What is going on? https://www.theafricareport.com/45057/siemens-to-spearhead-nigerias-power-revolution/ Look at Buhari's stupid face, sef.

Maybe try South Africa. Sandton is a good area. |
Nairalandian:That is false. In Haiti, they use concrete buildings just like in Nigeria, and when the earthquake struck it killed 100,000 people. If such an earthquake hit lagos the death toll could be in the millions because we make the same mistakes the Haitians made. https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn18406-why-the-haiti-quake-killed-so-many/ Here is an excerpt from the article: The multi-storey concrete buildings that made up much of Port-au-Prince proved to be death traps when the earthquake struck. “The buildings were brittle and had no flexibility, breaking catastrophically when the earthquake struck,” says Ian Main, a seismologist at the University of Edinburgh, UK.

Here is a comparison between an apartment in South Africa vs. an apartment in Lagos. Notice the superior ambiance of the South African design. It makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Compare it to the Nigerian home, which feels like an office: cold, hard and dark. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukIiXuCJmMo |
babaolofin:O.K, but as I understand it, the train will also carry cargo and be linked to apapa. If that it the case, it will help evacuate cargo from the port and help ease the traffic in that area. So it is not a failed project. |
Rossntti:This has nothing to do with ME or MY skin color. I'm simply observing the behavior of other black people and duly noting that they behave like monkeys. |
PharoahIII:The building is not cheap because of economies of scale. The bricks are significantly cheaper than cement and they are also lighter which makes it easier to build a foundation. The building plan is designed to use the absolute minimum amount of material -- something called optimisation and efficiency, which are concepts most black people don't understand. Read here for more information: http://madeingreatlakes.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/CAT-MODERN-BRICK-SOLUTIONS-Draft-Third-Edition-Beta-Version2.pdf BTW, no other region on earth has such a massive gap between income and home prices as Africa. In other cultures, builders use their brains to build the cheapest possible housing that anyone can afford. The specific brick designs I showed you are actually based on European homes 200 years ago, when they faced the same problems we face ( low income workers moving from villages to cities). They used their brains to solve the challenges, while Africans would rather stick to expensive concrete that clearly doesn't work for our situations. Also, last time I checked, Europeans didn't have electricity either 200 years ago, so how were they able to make cheap brick houses back then while we can't in 2020? Blacks are pathetic. |
COMPAQ:You make no sense. Lagos is notorious for traffic jams. |
Nigerians don't think sha. They should be using the airline pricing model where first class tickets are used to subsidize the coach tickets. Rich people will pay any amount for comfort on the train... so charge them 10,000 naira so you can make the coach tickets 500 -- 1,000 naira. Monkey people. |
