jln115: Although he has done a limited amount of good, its totally overshadowed by the bad, i mean how can you spend 235 million Rand on your house when there are people who live right next to him that dont even have decent house.
As for ESKOM, its a state owned Company, dus it can only be the governments fault , and also thanks to government policies ESKOM is a monopoly meaning there are no competitors in the electricity supply market, dus if eskom fcks up, everybody is effected. chill man, its a 2-hour planned power cut not a life threatening phenomenon, it happened because one unit went offline and its being maintained and it will be back online. |

jln115: RG35, a possible replacement for the mamba and Casspir? Dont think it will be sporting the remote turret though. with the possible BAE South Africa merger with Denel, it looks like BAE products will make it to the SANDF. I love the Metador too as a Casspir replacement. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 9:57pm On Dec 09, 2014 |
agaugust: Not for Nigerian navy , SA built boats for a Nigerian Fishing control agency, civilian boat. Nigeria builds armoured boats for oil companies.
You did no big stuff.
Also SAS Drakensberg is an old out-dated ship . You don't have the capabilities offered by the SAS Drakensburg we built, it's very dated. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 9:19pm On Dec 09, 2014 |
agaugust: Nigerian navy dockyard built 100% of IPV NNS ANDONI, and the second ship is almost ready, a bigger NNS ANDONI sister ship, we build to suit Nigeria's need.
I still don't see any South African made OPV existing, even if we consult an oracle, we will find nothing . South Africa built patrol boats for Nigeria.... we have built the SAS Drakensburg, your Andoni doesn't compare. |

agaugust: SADF had 4,000 men frontline. UNITA group saved you with about 80,000 men frontline.
Your ego has crashed today . You're still not stating what the objective of the SADF in Angola vs UNITA's objective.... |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 7:20pm On Dec 09, 2014 |
sirjerry: UNITA led the war, you followed. Who was UNITA fighting, who was South Africa fighting ? Let's get that sorted first. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 6:58pm On Dec 09, 2014 |
agaugust: Nigeria named what we are buying....JF-17 Thunder.
You name what OPV South Africa is buying...answer now ! . We're building them to suit our needs... that's the SANDF way |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 6:53pm On Dec 09, 2014 |
agaugust: UNITA shot down more MiG-23 at close range than SADF....Means UNITA faced more deadly air attacks than SADF.
80% of Angolan war was fought by UNITA in that bush war era, historical records show that ! . Prove that 80% of the Bush War was fought by UNITA |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 3:48pm On Dec 09, 2014 |
agaugust: South Africa did not do much fighting in Angola, UNITA rebels of Savimbi did all the big jobs ! Proved above . Fact ! . UNITA fought their wars and the SADF fought theirs.... the more complex battles were fought by the SADF, UNITA didn't have the capacity to do so. |

agaugust: If I didn't raise the Impala jet issue you would have deceived us that SAAF had 250 fantastic jets during Angolan war. Fraudster, you think Nigerians are unlearned people like your fellow Soweto lazy men koeldrank drinkers who don't work and don't go to school while ANC government feeds their parasite mouths daily?
Anyway SAAF Gripens have only 25 missiles, NAF F-7 jets over 100 missiles, then add JF-17 missiles incoming.
We know NAF is getting total air superiority over SAAF after Christmas, enjoy your newly dropped air power rankings . You have no missiles..... period |

Behold : The mighty Gripen showing off her weapons
|
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 7:43pm On Dec 08, 2014 |
AugustineAgain: Most of the 250 fighters aircraft in SAAF Bush war era were post-World War II era Impala useless jets that always ran away when Cuban boys MiG-21 showed up. SAAF massive squadrons of Impala jets were so useless they had only guns, no missiles, so they flew around fighting againt mere Cuban helicopters.
One Gripen will waste 50 Impalas in one hour . Most of the SAAF fighters were Mirages III and F1s.... they shot down the MiG 21, you probably know that by now. |

A 14-year-old Gripen would knock off a brand new Junk Fighter... period |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 4:50pm On Dec 06, 2014 |
agaugust: All air force chiefs in this world including SAAF, will choose 40 brand new JF-17s over 6 second-hand Su-30s. Common sense. . A second hand Su-30 knocks off a brand new Junk Fighter from the air. |

agaugust: South Africa is either sending the weapons or the money....or else we will auction MTN for peanuts to a Nigerian Globacom
. I thought you said we gave you back your money more than a month ago. |

agaugust: Those Su-30 jets are second-hand 10 years old rejected by India and much cheaper price than the brand new JF-17. Mumu . The JF-17 is a Chinese reject. |

Lol With zero air-to-air combat.... they wouldn't know what to do if they saw a Gripen on their radar. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 8:36am On Dec 06, 2014 |
agaugust: Butt Hurt one eyed pirate
Your butt is further hurt red hot peppered by the fact that NAF wants 24 Scorpion jets when it's ready for sale and SAAF will be flying ARHLAC toy planes made with card-board paper and plywood for you COIN aircraft while NAF stings you with hitech composite material Scorpions.
Ya really hurt in your butt since 2 days ago when NAF Thunder struck the skies of Africa. We would be having a worthwhile debate if you had purchased the Su-30 but its the Junk Fighter not even the Chinese want. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 8:32am On Dec 06, 2014 |
agaugust: Butt Hurt ANC unemployed parasite
NAF uses 18 squadron sometimes, we got 18 Jaguar jets
Ya just butt hurt because am gonna thunder over your army and wipe out all your G-6 artillery with my devastating Thunder JF-17 jets. The problem with your theory is that the Gripen is a better plane and second you're yet to receive any Junk Fighters. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 12:53am On Dec 06, 2014 |
agaugust: Not a closed case, Su-30 Flanker was seen in Nigeria same as Super Tucano but both in just very very few numbers.
However, with NAF going for 40 units of JF-17 Thunder, the Su-30 may be returned, same way India returned them.
Also as NAF is interested in 24 Scorpion jets, the Super Tucanos may be returned.
40 Thunders + 24 Scorpions, NAF may not really need 3 Flankers + 3 Tucanos anymore, anything could happen because of the new massive acquisitions of larger numbers of aircraft . There was never a Su-30 and Super Tucano on Nigerian soil.... |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 12:50am On Dec 06, 2014 |
agaugust: My NO photo is more honest than your FAKE photo . We gave you a photo of our helicopters flying, you failed to give us a photo of the NAF Super Tucano you claim to have. that makes you agububu the original fraudster. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 8:57pm On Dec 05, 2014 |
agaugust: Ya wanna trap @Patches? He read your post and decided to look the other way.....down memory lane I see Patches as the criminal who has been posting old time photos of dozens of A 109 LUH to deceive us that all the 30 helicopters are all flying today including the 4 that crashed ....LOL....all are still flying today.
Never trust a South African photo !
I can bet if someone would reveal the truth, only one South African navy frigate and submarine are fully operational today.
These Southie RSA guys tell lies a lot with old time photos that show us false pictures of reality as at today . Unlike a Nigerian guy who owes us a photo of the Nigerian Air Force Super Tucano. |

stillchris: bwahahahahhaha... so now its about numbers? surely you must know how many jets make 2 squadrons. e dey pain Una sha . We have a superior fighter in larger numbers. Both ways we beat you... or lets make it 11 fighters because one would be crashed on landing in Nigerian soil. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ActivateKruger: 8:49pm On Dec 05, 2014 |
agaugust: SAAF Gripen jets have a 20 year old generation radar and a poor maneuverability airframe plus a high fuel consumption Volvo grandfather engine . Luckily for us we can upgrade any of our Gripens if we needed to, we have the skill to do so BUT in the meantime they kick your MiG21 knock-offs and that newly "purchased" Junk Fighters. |
