In indirect primary, delegates from various part of the State at least 1500 persons will gather In same location and thereafter went back to their community with the disease if any of them get infected. That means more communities will have new case unlike direct primary where party members from the same localities will go to a common location in the community to vote thereby preventing community to community spread. The constitution has given him the right to protest for whatever reason. The constitution has also given him the right of free speech as long as what he says is not being used to commit crime. If the authorities have any evidence that Sowore wants to use the protest to fo something unlawful, then they should arrest and charge him to court

But if the authorities arrested him because he mentioned the word 'revolution' or that he said he wants 'bundle Buhari out of office' then this arresting a man for merely talking.

If governments start going after people for what they said, as opposed to what they do, then it is no longer democracy, it is dictatorship.

I don't know how true is this but let's do a simple arithmetic. Let's assume the monthly allocation + IGR of bauchi state stood at 10 billion naira per month. For 3 years, 9 months (45 months) =450 billion naira. And I doubt if Bauchi get up to this. I stands to be corrected.

What I use to understand is that each of REC chairman announced the results of their various state on live TV, the figures from various states added together and announced, everything on live TV.
