Not that easy. He will have to appeal the order at the court of appeal and ask for a stay of execution. It took Oshiomole about two weeks to get a stay of execution when the high court issued a similar order suspending him from office.

Even at that,to say the hearing is tomorrow and it's in Port Harcourt where Wike wields uncontrollable power makes it a bit simpler for Obaseki except if there's sinister motive behind all this, If not,it's just a mere distraction.
