My friend, the best thing for you is to let go of her. You are the one that loves her but she didn't love you in return. The most interesting thing is that someone like her may be falling in love with another person who might not even look at her side. Go and find another lady that will love you for who you are. Even, if she begs to come back, don't accept her back into your life. She's will eventually hurt you |
Romance › Re: Should I Confront The Girl That purposely Accused Me of getting her pregnant? by Adeagbo77: 1:57pm On Jun 08, 2023 |
Hmm............. I really feel your concern. All the same, it would be better if you can forget about proving you innocence to anybody since your conscience is clear and this thing had happened years back. Confronting the lady might cause more damage, because she is more matured now and might insist you did it, to safe her of any shame. Leave her with her conscience and that will make her uncomfortable anytime she sees you or remember her wrong-doing against you. Meanwhile, she might likely come back and apologize to you, and that is when you will be vindicated. As per the baby/pregnancy, I don't think you need to ask her anything about it. Your parents (yours and hers) must have taken care of that. Since you were both young then, they would have gotten rid of the pregnancy to keep the matter secret. Besides, if there was any baby your parents will as well be partly responsible for his/her care/upkeep, there is no how you won't even know.
Move on with your life and forget about her. Whether she comes back to apologize or not, that is her headache. |

Antimandatethie: The Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate, Peter Obi has reiterated that he will explore all ways to ensure that he reclaim his alleged stolen mandate.
Obi stated this while speaking during a Labour Party stakeholders’ meeting in Awka.
The former Anambra state governor vowed to explore all legal options in ensuring he reclaims his mandate.
Recall that Obi came third in the February 25th presidential election.
The Labour Party presidential candidate was defeated by the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Since the declaration of Tinubu as the winner of the poll by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Obi had insisted he won the election, as headed to court to contest the outcome of the poll.
In a tweet via his verified Twitter about the meeting, Obi stated,

Peter Obi Tweets Stolen mandate indeed. It seems there is a problem somewhere, honestly. I have never seen where someone in the distance third position will be claiming winner. Anyway, good luck to you sir, but I am pretty sure you shall look for your "empty mandate" till the next election day in 2027. |

2023 I prayed even harder, together with my family every night . Still Tinubu won
At this point, I have come to realize the hard truth that prayer dosen't work.
My doubt in God just grew bigger and I'm scared I might have to accept reality that Tinubu will be our president. Very painful stuff!!
You need not to have any doubt In God. You only need to realize that as you and probably others are praying and fasting for BAT not to win, so also some other people are doing same for him to win. In that regards, "prayer pass prayer". Try more some other time, maybe your prayers might be answered.

Tbh, you are in your late thirties and asking this questions, I am not judging you but you sound like you have had things on a platter of gold from the start. Study yourself, build a new career on your passion. It's not too late. Hmm........ There is no harm in trying as you have tried Ghana, at least you have a country to compare Nigeria with. A lot of Nigerians will never appreciate Nigeria until they travel to other places. Although, we have our challenges and could have done better if not for bad leadership and other artificial problems we created for ourselves. Please, don't waste time to come back home. You can still make it big in Nigeria with determination, hardwork and prayers. Nonetheless, you need to go slow and steady in your pursuit and don't be too much in a hurry to making money. With time, money will come and you will live a better life here in Nigeria |

Dcaliphate: Good one by NIMSA .... All my life, i never imagined we had such a vast army of supporters of evil in Nigeria until now. I'm talking about everyone and anyone who is in support of the just concluded sham called the 2023 general elections that produced Tinubu. SHAME ON YOU!! No wise man drinks poison because it was served in his tribal cup.
Just know that the evil you support today will bite you hard later in the future, if not you, your children. What is wrong with you guys? All because your candidate didn't win election, so that made the election to be a sham. You need to know that you (and your allies) are not the only one in Nigeria. Besides, one man's food is another man's poison. The candidate you didn't vote for, has his own myriad of supporters too, who had voted for him. Let your candidate go and start preparing for 2027, maybe he might be considered then. As it is now, nothing can be done, he has lost the 2023 election and there is nothing that can get him close to being a president now. Even, challenging the election result in the court is just going to be a wasted effort. 2023 election has come and gone and we have an elected president likewise other elected positions already. |

chokekachy: https://twitter.com/officialKolaO/status/1639191763972943872?t=INMB83UYuZWhCUVAndq7Kg&s=19[/quote]Why are people like this in Nigeria? When a judgement goes at their favour, they hail our judicial system. When their preferred candidate wins election, INEC is the best thing that has happened to Nigeria. However, if they get anything in contrary, they start raining issults and abuses on innocent public officers who are discharging their duties in the best public interest. They start calling for the sack of this or that.
We need to change our mindsets and bear it in mind that you can't be a winner at all time. We also need to know that we can't all reason in the same way, if you want/like a candidate, know that there are many people out there who might not want him/her; and they are entitled to their opinion or reasoning as you are.
It's high time we stop denigrating our institutions and people in the public service just because you couldn't get exactly what you want from them, after all, you or your group are not the only one in Nigeria and you are not more Nigerian than others. |

Politics › Re: Full Report Of Peter Obi & Labour Party's Petition To Elections Tribunal by Adeagbo77: 5:41pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
Lizzysamuel: Reports that Peter Obi in his election petition is not seeking to be declared the winner of the election is false and misleading. I’ve seen a copy of the petition. Peter Obi has prayed that he should be declared the winner. The law allows a petitioner to seek alternative reliefs.
That is what Peter Obi and Labour Party have done in their petition before the Court of Appeal. They are seeking reliefs in the alternative; either that he be declared as the winner having scored majority of lawful votes cast, or that the entire election be nullified.
There is no issue here. Those who are making issues out of the imbalanced media reports on the contents of the petition are doing so either because they’ve not seen and read the petition, or they are mischievous or they don’t understand.
Let’s see how this turns out eventually.
You can read the entire prayers that the Petitioners (Peter Obi and Labour Party) are seeking below. Obi is just wasting his time and money. His action is tantamount to someone waiting at the bus-stop for a bus that has gone. |
