The Same things am facing here guys. No available date for biometric. I have been checking consistently since 2am no single date pop up. Please anybody with ideas and way forward should show me a way out. This is outrageous, I don't know why TLS team just intensionally close all date. They supposed to put student visa into consideration because some of us are resuming before middle of January.

Please who know whether walk-in is allowed in ikeja from today.

Please are they considered Walk-in at ikeja TLS from today.

Good morning everyone, please is it possible to select ikeja TLS for registration and do a biometric and walk-in to VI TLS. I hope is not racing any red flag. I learnt for sometime that ikeja walk-in have been cancelled.

25th November to 23rd December, I think is 29 days and is okay to present for visa application. Please I need you guys input, I am planning to submit the visa application on 23rd, I hope is good to fly.

Good morning, please which app are you trying to pick point that someone can fund with naira and charge at CBN rate, and one can use it to pay IHS and Visa fees. I'm interested. I have been looking for a way to pay IHS and Visa instead of going to aboki for dollars because the exchange rate is pocket tearing.

Install the app. Create an account then do the kyc to increase your daily spending limit to 3million naira. They use cbn rates and you can use it to pay for ihs and visa fees

I also received an offer from the same school.
One of the condition is to pay 2000 deposit and English language skills is IElts. Please are they considered waec or neco in place of IELTS.

NSF Mail – Nov 12th

CAS Used Update – Nov 17th

Paid Email – Nov 19th

Application moved to VAC – Nov 22nd

Collection Mail – Nov 22nd

Passport received with Vignette – Nov 23rd

 

I will never forget when I received the last refusal on the 10th of August. I was devastated, depressed, and pressed down. It seemed over for me at the time but God said He was just getting started with me. A number of friends I’d made during my biometrics in July at the time traveled to the UK and this made me sadder because I felt left behind. Few of them stood with me and kept monitoring my progress, just to ensure that I didn’t give up and I am glad I didn’t. I dare say that GOD CAME THROUGH FOR ME!

Today is finally my day to celebrate!!!
Family of 4
VISA application: October 19 -20
Biometrics: Abuja TLS October 26 (standard) (walk in for the 2 children. We couldn't get the same date for them)
Non straight forward mail: November 1st (4 of us)
Request mail for more documents: November 1st (main applicant only)
Requested documents submitted: November 4th (main applicant)
We waited for one week and nothing happened we had to send paid mail asking for progress of application.
Paid mail: November 11th
Decision mail : November 12th (about 20 hours after sending paid mail)
Dispatched from TLS on Friday 12th (same day as decision mail)
We waited anxiously for DHL to deliver but they didn't because of weekend.
We got our visas yesterday evening finally.

It wasn't an easy wait o. If you have money, pls pay for priority because High BP is real o. We endured a lot during the 3 weeks wait.
This journey started early 2020 and I have been reading this thread everyday religiously.
I must thank everyone on this forum for all the helpful contributions. I gained a lot.
My advice is for everyone to try and read far and wide, use Google a lot and ukvi sit (gov.uk) has almost all the information you require as well as your school website and course page. Don't also shy away from asking when you hit a brick wall too.

You can do everything all by yourself and it is far better because you are sure of what you submitted.

Another piece of advice: if you come across any information you feel might be relevant to you during the process of application, screenshot and keep it in your picture gallery. It is better that way because sometimes this information may be difficult to search for when you need them most.
Over this 2 years I have over a thousand screenshots from nairaland alone.

1) if you use Aston address and you later choose another school, you can walk in to Iom office to change the address on your TB certificate at an amount( don’t have an idea of the fee).

I have appointments at iom for my family this week, my concerns is around the school address am going to use and my wife passport.

1) I have not come to conclusion now the offer I'm going to accepts. I have conditional offer from Aston university but the requirements to become unconditional has not met. I am still expecting offer from other universities. If i go ahead with the Aston university address to append on TB test certificate and I later accept offer from other universities, what's the consequences on my visa application? I hope the address is not matter, and focus is x-ray results. Somebody should please shed more light.

2) my wife passport is not ready, is it possible to go on with the test.

Please I need a basic knowledge, can somebody should please take me through the process.

Good morning everyone, please I need advice before I take the step am about to. I want to take a drastic action to run TB test do to my tight schedule, but I'm yet to decide on which school I would accepts their offer. Currently, I received an offer from Aston university, the tuition fees is extremely high , 18750 pounds for 1 year course. I am expecting offer from other schools that I believe their tuition will be more affordable. I am expecting from Bournemouth and shaffied hallam university. due to the January intake window that is getting close now, can I go ahead and use Aston university address and phone to book for my TB test. What is the implications if am taking offer other school because of the address.

Please, I also applied to bournemouth, I am expecting there offer, I received mail from them yesterday to upload my passport. How far about there tuition fees, I hope is not pocket tearing? When you recieved their offer, is it unconditional or conditional? Is it after the deposit they requested from you,and the CAS was issued without pre- CAS interview.

I have filled form A for deposit of £4000 pounds, I want to know if I can start running my proof of funds before my deposit payment is been activated as November 26th as been given as deadline to submit maintenance documents I need help on this.

Mispresentation was due to mistaken to tick yes instead of no when i got to the page whether I refused a visa to any country. Meanwhile I was refused a visa to USA twice. I requested for Gcms then to see the full details.
