Please I need advice, I don't know if possible for me to create my express entry application and enter the pool before my 5 year ban will elapsed next year February middle.

Pls I need advise, as main applicants is it possible to send pof that cover the remaining deposit and 9 months maintenance fees for me only to the school to get the CAS without share with them the 4 dependent. If decided later before the visa application and add more fund to meet the pof for family of five when submitting visa application to embassy.

Pls I need advise. I want to go for January intake as main applicants. I have 4 dependent and I which everything is done at same time but my blocker is fund. I don't have fund that can cover family of 5 in terms of maintenance and other miscellaneous. I have decided now that after the program I will invite them. However, when am filling the form I will make it reflects the number of children and wife, I hope is doable. I need somebody to put me through.

Is it possible for somebody to pay IHS for family of 5 through form M. exchange rate is pocket tearing. when I use online calculator for surcharge is 705 pounds per person and I'm going to pay for main applicants and 4 dependent . Please I need a way out, can somebody shed more light.

You have applied for a visa to visit the UK.
In deciding whether you meet the requirements of Appendix V: of the Immigration Rules for visitors (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-v-visitor-rules), I have considered:
• your application and any additional relevant information you have provided with it
• your immigration history
The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph V4.2 or V4.3 of Appendix V because:
• You have applied to travel to the UK for 14 days for tourism. In order to assess your application, I need to consider your current circumstances in Nigeria as part of an overall assessment of your application and intentions in the UK. On this occasion, I am not satisfied you meet all the requirements of the immigration rules because:

You have stated on your visa application form that your trip to the UK will be self-financed at a personal cost of 958740.00 NGN (£1,623.67on www.oanda.com at an exchange rate of £1 = 582.823 NGN on 31st May 2021). You state that you are self-employed as a “ Engineer” with a monthly income of 530000.00
• NGN (£897.57). You state that you also have savings of £4,000 In support of your application, you have kindly provided personal bank statements; employment letters and your contract; wage slips; a covering letter with your travel itinerary; and a hotel reservation. However, while I note that your bank statement shows salary deposits, the amounts differ from the figure you have specified as your monthly income. In addition, there are other unexplained deposits into the account and the source of these funds is not clear. For example, on 27th February 2021 a deposit of 600,000 NGN (£1,016.13) was made into the account, though the source of these additional deposits is not clear. Given this, the source of the additional funds shown in your personal financial documents are not clear and as a result, I am not satisfied your circumstances are as stated.

• Given that I am not satisfied your personal and financial circumstances are as declared, I am also not satisfied that you have demonstrated your personal or economic ties to Nigeria. Given this I am not satisfied your duration and intention of travel are as stated by you on your visa application form.

• Given all of the above, I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry to the UK as a visitor, or that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your proposed visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraphs V4.2 (a) and (c) of Appendix V.

I am planning to apply standard visa, UK. My Visa was refused 4 years back both US and Canada for visiting visa. I have a friend in dilemma state and I want you guys to pls shed more light for him to know his hope in getting the visitor visa. He was inadmissible to Canada due to inadvertent mistake when his filling the form, and later get their response for mispresentation. 5 years ban applies since 2017, now is planning to spend his leave in UK. Hw possible it is in the future if I want to take my family. I have married, i want to enter express entry pool but POf will be my constraints for family of 5. can someone put me through the fast way to send the certificate to WES for evaluation, my school called me today that my transcript is ready. they were asking whether I will prefer the existing postmaster in the school, EMS and is 10 working days. a lot of recommendations on hellofax on how it is reliable and faster to send the document to Canada but I don't know how it works.
