The said WhatsApp group isnt for investment, strictly for updates.
In fact, few days ago, a guy who was asking us to discuss how to spend the loan was talked down. Everyone should be responsible for how his loan is spent.

Anyone joining any group to know how to spend the loan is better off returning that loan because it is obvious such person doesn't need it.

Just watch how different people will be coming to this thread to post one investment opportunity or the other.
Scammers are lurking around seeking for whom to scam

Good reply. The guy that replied earlier doesn't have brain.
Just be warning people on the group. I am sure scammers would also join looking for people to scam.

They will block all the accounts linked to the BVN if people dont want to pay. I have heard of a similar case done to someone. There are a lot of low interest loans available but the information isnt really spread out to people especially the southerners. They try to give northerners but some will say its unislamic to give loans and add interest on it.

Block your account? This is not possible. They can only be deducting their money when money enters the acct.

Please what's the reason for WhatsApp Group. It is extremely difficult get good business idea on faceless forum like this. If your loan has been sent to you, do not join any WhatsApp group becos the admin will be looking for a way to benefit from the money.

If you do not have any business idea, consult with people *offline*.
Do not let anybody convince u and put the money in online dealings.

Be warned! Be warned!! Be warned!!!
STOP JOINING WHATAPP GROUP. THERE IS NO REASON FOR THAT.

Politics is a game! Winning is all that matters.

Every party is interested in winning and will do all it takes and in the end, by extension, every member of the party becomes a beneficiary.

What gain shall it be to them if PDP gives the ticket to "Ajanaalaja" and the he looses the election?

Wisdom is profitable to direct...!

Winning doesn't matter all the time is politics, look at Rivers and Zamfara APC matter. Sometimes politician prefer the party to lose if he will not benefit directly from the win.

You are just trying to be sarcastic. The states you mentioned, find out the reason why APC lost. For instance, the people of Oyo state wanted to teach Ajimobi (the self acclaimed constituted authority) to be humble. Oyo people were at peace with the APC candidate, Mr. Adelabu . It was unfortunate that he was riding on Ajimobi"back". It was not as if they really wanted GSM.

Are you citizen of Oyo state? Oyo state was against Ajimobi government not majorly is personality. Ajimobi failed woefully in his second term.

Bro this sounds so funny to me..All these states are not doing testing for people..Do you want to compare Seyi's laid back attitude to Babajide"s hyperactivity..The funny thing is that Oyo might have more cases than Lagos but because they are not doing testing for people we would not see the impact until people starts dieing..Take Kano for instance.

Dont say what you dont know. First Oyo state is on partial lockdown. The now adopted partial lockdown by federal government is Oyo initiative.

On testing, Oyo state is number 2nd or 3rd on the list of state with highest testing.

Always wanting to score cheap political point against federal government without having tangible project to show.
What has Oyo state government done for her people in this trying time? Absolutely nothing.

If truly those rice had spoilt, the government of OYO won't hesitate to release a picture on any of her social media handle to prove they are right cos all his achievements are based on social media propagandas.

Here is the video https://mobile.twitter.com/Oyoaffairs/status/1253679687047491585

Do u still want the state govt to accept and distribute to her citizen.

So I decided to step out to check the compliance against the compliance seen in Nigeria. I was actually the only one outside. However, towards the evening, you'd see people jogging around, or taking a walk with their dogs. Also, the French government has not done anything for individuals. All it's measure has been for SMEs and companies.

Hmm, I weep for my country.
No enforcement at all, everyone just comply.
Well they are developed with perfect basic amenities of life.

We can never comply, I am angry with our elites shouting stay home upandan. We do not have basic amenities of life and u r saying we should stay at home.

You cannot compare Nigerian educational system to the United States of America educational system. it is like light and darkness.
Thank God Franknetter has had experiences which he has shared here.
imagine Jobs yapa for there, here boys dey find that type dey no see. Please don't compare Naija and US abeg o.....they are lightyears ahead.

School

I would just go right ahead and itemize the differences between my education so far here in the USA vs my education in Nigeria. I would do this under two headings: Similarities and differences.

SIMILARITIES

1) Matric Number: Where you have the matriculation number for nigerian students, you have the student id number over here for US schools which is basically the same thing.

DIFFFERENCES

1) Admission process: Whereas the admission process in Nigeria is lengthy and stressful, getting admission into school here is quite easy. Where
there are multiple exams like JAMB and post utme exams in Nigeria, Over here, you just have to take a placement test which consists of English and Mathematics, your scores would determine which 100 level courses you would be required to take for your program.

2) Student - Lecturer ratio: This is one of the things that have shocked me the most. Back then in my 100 level, during our lectures, we were more than 2,000 students to 1 lecturer in one large never-ending hall, over here, its way different. When I got into class for the first time, I was surprised at how small the class is. I was seated in the class with like 14 other persons, I almost had to ask where the rest of the students are.

3) Flexibility: The school system here is really flexible to fit your schedule. You pick the classes you want, you choose the time you want your classes and you have the option of opting for physical or online classes. I chose to take two physical classes and two online classes. I also chose to take my classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. In nigerian schools, you must physically attend your lectures in the morning (kindly point out any schools where it happens otherwise).

4) Attitude: This was another shocker for me. The lecturers over here actually WANT you to PASS! like I still can't wrap my head around it. Everybody is so helpful and polite, from the janitors to the lab instructors, everybody! My younger sister is in her penultimate semester studying pre-pharmacy and her CGPA is 4.0/4.0. My point is: if you want to study hard and pass, the lecturers are willing to help. Unlike in most Nigerian universities where the lecturer would tell you getting "A" in their course is a sin.

5) Open-mindedness: My philosophy class is super interesting. The instructor made it in such a way that no question is seen as a taboo, we have heated conversations on different topics, slavery, trump etc etc. one time someone asked if God normally has _sex, heaven did not fall. On the other hand, my philosophy and logic class in my 100L in Nigeria was taught by a reverend father who made sure to throw in his biblical teachings intermittently, looking back at it now, I think that was a tactic to get us to think a certain way.

I'll post more as time goes on.

**
you guys should bear with me about the lack of posts, I'm trying to adapt to the coursework and my job. I will post more frequently.

Nice thread Op.
Op kindly post how many of u were in class when you moved 200,300,400level.
Foreigner reading this will belief that every Nigeria university has such number of student in a class.

I am a veterinary student in Federal University. We started with 39students when I was in 200l. We are done with 400l now and we r 30 students.

It is quite apparent from the comments so far that comprehension is a problem for some. The lockdown is NOT being suspended. Read well. They're tightening up! They plan to remove the lockdown free days as well as enforce the use of masks.

I tire ooh, I had to read again to be sure of what I read before. People are just commenting without understanding the news.

Uranium is a big deal for France. Even if Niger are so dumb to allow the French explore their country's resource at such cheap price. Some years ago I watched the documentary about how France was exploring Niger's uranium, of course majority of the population are dumb... few only stood up against the French. You know the rest is history.

Africa needs sound mind leadership.

Do u think Africa will ever speak with one voice, even west Africa cannot speak with one voice not to talk f Africa.
