SMJay: Write down your goals. Put your vision into words and read it every day.
Listen—there are only two kinds of people in this world: the rich and the poor, the strong and the weak, the predators and the prey. Always choose to be the first!
Always have something productive doing. Don’t wait until the millions come before getting married—a good woman often comes only once in a man’s lifetime.
Your greatest weapon is your mind. Train it to see opportunities, not obstacles.
Finally, don’t surround yourself with too many friends. When they are too many, you won’t recognize your enemy among them. Deep |

Bunkbars: There was a guy, who told me he earns only 70k in a month. I was in shock and had to ask him, how he survives. Transportation alone can take up 35,000/40,000 in a month, then lunch at work 20,000. Then miscellaneous expenses.
God help us. There are a lot of guys like that , bro . |

Focusmind: Transportation will take close to 40% of it in the absence of staff bus, followed by house rent. 90% of lagosians lives far from their places of work. It would be a herculean task to save. I was lucky during my own time. I started with this N150k salary when I joined an investment bank in 2004 just after my NYSC. I had the luxury of going and coming to work by staff bus and stayed with a relative for close to six years - so, no rent payment. I even felt that the N150k salary was much then as I practically wasn't spending anything except to buy my tokunbo Zara suites and shoes. My host was also doing well and didn't need any contribution from me. However, I did brought home, the yearly one bag of rice, Jerricans of ground oils, cartoons of tomatoes and frozen Turkey shared by my company every Christmas to staff.
To manage your salary, divide your costs into fixed and variable costs. See how you could manage the variable costs and how to negotiate better, the fixed costs. Good luck! At 2004 ,150k was very okay . I believe by now , you would be earning many times that . |

Let me go first.
I haven't used the aircraft because I never get money. The day I will use it, I frame it.
Also, if you have used the four, which one did you enjoy the most? I haven't used an airplane before , but i believe very soon it will happen |

LoverJoe89: Dear NLs,
I need help with my predicament. I just discovered a lounge where I normally hang out to watch sports and chill. Apparently the lounge also has a Spa that is managed by this beautiful married lady who is a mother of 3 children that are in University and one in final year of secondary school. I started crushing on this woman for some time now and I cant seem to take my mind of her. She is a tall, dark stallion with nice hips, ass and a very sweet voice.
We got talking the moment I went to her Spa to make some inquiries about her spa services and whether she runs home service as well. Along the line, she gave me her contact details and we have been chatting frequently. The thing is that I am madly in love with her but I don't know how to express my feelings and desires towards her.
I don't intend snatching her from her husband but I just want to have a romantic relationship with her but don't know how I will go about it.
I am a graduate in my mid 20s from Leed City University Ibadan with a degree in Engineering. I don't usually have issues in getting women but this has posed much of a challenge to me because I am deeply in love with a married woman.
Thoughts of her sometimes drives me to masturbation and it's driving me nuts. Please I need help on this matter. You are finished ,Mr Man |
