In our previous studies, we have looked at some insights from God’s Word that guarantee Divine preservation.

Today, we shall look at another revelation that is key to your preservation in life, and that is: every voice of accusation or confrontation raised against you is doomed for condemnation.

This is a powerful light that guarantees your preservation in God. Every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. Every voice of accusation, condemnation, judgement against you is doomed for condemnation.

You know, judgement comes from accusation. When someone is to be judged, he is first of all, accused. Every voice of accusation or confrontation raised against you is doomed for condemnation, and you are the one to condemn it. That is why the Bible says, “Thou shalt condemn…” (Isaiah 54:17).

So, the voices of accusation or confrontation targeted against your life can never be stronger than your own voice in condemnation and nullification.

Now, I want you to pray and say: In the Name of Jesus, every voice of accusation or litigation targeted against me, I silence you by the Voice of the Blood of Jesus Christ. I cancel you. I silence you and condemn you now, in Jesus’ Name.

The devil does not mind how successful we are on earth for as long as we don’t think about eternity.

SCRIPTURE: Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. Matthew 25:13

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The consciousness of eternity makes people to be cautious in time.

One of the things that seems to have been forgotten in our generation today is the consciousness of eternity. People are always conscious of the cares of this life but they don’t seem to be conscious of eternity; they are conscious of their daily needs but they are not conscious of heaven and hell. And this is not supposed to be so because it is the consciousness of eternity that makes people to be cautious in time.

Now, one of the easiest things any pastor can do is to preach people into excitement. As a pastor, it is easy to give keys for earthly progress and prosperity; it is easy to make people excited so they can commend your message as a powerful one. But the greatest help anybody can do to a fellow human being is to point them to the reality of eternity; that is, the reality of heaven and hell.

We live in days where the devil is fighting with all his strength to blindfold people to the reality of the afterlife.

Take note of this: The devil does not mind how successful we are on earth for as long as we don’t think about eternity. The devil does not mind how many results or achievements we have, how many things we are able to get by faith in this world as long as we don’t live in the consideration of eternity.

Beloved, a time will come when our breathing will stop and all the organs in our body will stop functioning. Then, we will appear before God in eternity. At that time, the money we have in our account, the car we drive, the dress we wear, etc. will not matter. What will matter then will be the investment we have made in our spirit and into eternity.

Beloved, receive the grace to be conscious of eternity always, in Jesus’ Name.

God did not create or license the blacksmith to manufacture any weapon against you.

SCRIPTURE: Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy. Isaiah 54:16.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The weapon that can harm you does not exist.

Our God is the Creator of things in the earth. He is the One who created the manufacturers of all forms of weapons in the earth today. But the truth is, He did not create or licence the manufacturers of weapons to manufacture any of the weapons against you. This is what Isaiah 54:16 reveals. It is very important to know that God did not create or license the manufacturers of weapons to manufacture any of the weapons against you. This is another powerful light that guarantees your preservation in God.

God created the person who manufactures weapons like guns, arrows, spears, etc., but He did not create or license the manufacturers of these weapons to manufacture any of them against you.

God did not create or license the blacksmith to manufacture any weapon against you. The blacksmith can manufacture knives for other purposes but not for the purpose of harming you.

Therefore, the person who can manufacture the weapon that can waste you was not created. The one who can manufacture the charms, talismans or weapons that can waste you was not created. It was not part of God’s plan at creation. This means, the fortune-teller or Babalawo (witch doctor) who can produce the charm that can kill you before your time was not created by God. The demon that can waste you was never created. The weapon that can harm you does not exist.

When you know this, you will no longer be afraid of any wicked witch or wizard that is dreaded in your village.

I decree that Divine preservation is your portion in Jesus’ Name.

IDENTIFYING AND DEALING WITH NEGATIVE PATTERNS

The first step in dealing with these negative patterns is to identify them. Identifying the negative patterns means recognizing and pointing them out.

SCRIPTURE: And Jacob said unto Pharaoh, The days of the years of my pilgrimage are an hundred and thirty years: few and evil have the days of the years of my life been, and have not attained unto the days of the years of the life of my fathers in the days of their pilgrimage. Genesis 47:9.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You cannot deal with what you have not identified.

It has been confirmed that there are negative patterns that affect people’s lives and destinies. There are negative patterns that limit peoples’ breakthrough and progress in life. Sometimes, these patterns could be peculiar to families and generational in nature. Some of these negative patterns are manifestations of ancestral curses and covenants. These patterns can also manifest as negative tendencies or habits.

One way to have breakthrough in life is to deal with these negative patterns.

Now, the first step in dealing with these negative patterns is to identify them. Identifying the negative patterns means recognizing and pointing them out. Identifying the negative tendency or habit is important because you cannot deal with what you have not identified. What has not been diagnosed can never be treated. So, negative patterns must be identified before they can be dealt with.

Beloved, as you examine or study your life, you need to identify a particular negative tendency or habit, a negative pattern of life you may have been battling with; until this is done, you can do nothing because you can’t deal with what you have not identified.

Identifying the pattern is pointing out a particular negative occurrence in your family. For example, the negative pattern in your family may be that of rise and crash in life’s endeavours. You realized that your father rose to a point in business and suddenly crashed. It was the same story with your uncles who also rose one time but are now struggling in life. Now, when you identify these patterns, you deal with them at the place of prayer.

And today, I decree that God will open your eyes to identify and deal with any negative pattern in your family and lineage in Jesus’ Name.

Remember this: You cannot deal with what you have not identified.

Beloved, temptation is normal as far as life on earth is concerned. So, don’t kill yourself because you were tempted. The issue is not the fall into the mud but lying down inside the mud after falling into it.

SCRIPTURE: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Refuse to sleep with guilt because you don’t know what will happen overnight.

Earlier, we saw some of the things to do in order to end with God in heaven – being born again, living in the consciousness of eternity and living in holiness.

Today, we shall consider yet another thing to do in order to end in eternity with God:

Repent and confess all sins promptly (1 John 1:7-9).

Beloved, temptation is normal as far as life on earth is concerned. So, don’t kill yourself because you were tempted. The issue is not the fall into the mud but lying down inside the mud after falling into it. If you fall into the mud, don’t live there, and don’t make falling into the mud a habit.

God desires a person with a contrite and sincere heart (Psalm 51:17). He does not delight in sending people to hell. So, be sincere with God when you fall into temptation and repent.

It may be true that you didn’t plan to tell a lie but maybe while talking, there was a pressure of speech and you exaggerated a fact. Maybe, you came in contact with some unhealthy sights and sounds unintentionally that took a hold on your mind, and as a result, you found yourself being lured into sinful habits. Maybe, you were engaged with some evil friends that led you into doing evil things. When you come back to your senses, all you should do is to go before God and say, “Oh Lord! I am sorry. Have mercy on me”.

So, refuse to sleep with guilt because you don’t know what will happen overnight; confess your sins promptly and receive forgiveness from God.

The only conspiracy or gathering that can succeed against you is the one that originated from God.

Previously, we saw that the quality of the revelation you access determines the level of preservation you can experience. The revelation of God’s Word preserves people from the attack of the enemy.

Today, we shall look at one revelation from Scripture that will guarantee your preservation, and that is:

The only conspiracy or gathering that can succeed against you is the one that originated from God.

The Scripture says, “Behold, they shall surely gather together...” (Isaiah 54:15a). This means, witches, wizards, bad people, people who are not too bad but do not wish you well, occultists, envious and jealous people, shall surely gather together. But their gathering is not what is important. What is important is: “...but not by me...” says the Lord. Their gathering against you is not of the Lord.

The implication of this is: the only conspiracy or gathering of men or demons that can succeed against you is the one that originated from God.

Beloved, God is saying to you, “You can only be afraid that people ganged up against you if I was the One who organized the gang-up. The reason why their gathering does not mean anything is that their gathering is not by me”.

Beloved, let this revelation change you mind-set. There is no gang-up of men against you that can succeed since it is not by God.

You are preserved in Jesus’ Name!

HOW TO END IN HEAVEN WITH GOD

The pathway to ending in eternity with God is being born again, living in the consciousness of eternity and living in holiness.

SCRIPTURE: Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The pathway to ending in eternity with God is being born again, living in the consciousness of eternity and living in holiness.

It has been confirmed that heaven is real and hell is also real (Daniel 12:2). And God desires that no one should perish in hell but everyone should end in heaven (2 Peter 3:9).

Now, what do you do to end in eternity with God in heaven?

1. Be born again (John 3:3-5)

To be born again is to acknowledge that you are a sinner, believe that Jesus Christ died for you, confess your sins and ask Him to come into your life and change your life. Being born again is our number one passport to Heaven and that passport must remain valid always.

2. Live in the consciousness of eternity

Know that there is an inevitable appointment and in-escapable judgment (Hebrews 9:27). Refuse to live just for pleasure as the people lived in the days of Noah – eating, drinking, partying, etc., without the consciousness of eternity (Matthew 24:38-39).

Someday, everything that deprives you of having time with God will end and then, you will face God. So, live in the consciousness of eternity.

3. Live in holiness (Hebrews 12:14).

To live in holiness means to live in the fear of God. It is to live with a conscience that is alive and tender. This is a pathway of ending in eternity with God.

In summary, the pathway to ending in eternity with God is being born again, living in the consciousness of eternity and living in holiness. You shall end well in Jesus’ Name.

Humility is key to instruction. Pride on the other hand, deprives people of instruction.

SCRIPTURE: But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. James 4:6

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Reality is far from the proud. They live in a world of fantasy and fallacy.

It has been confirmed that humility is key to instruction. Pride on the other hand, deprives people of instruction. That is why God is ready to release instruction to humble people but resists the proud (James 4:6).

Personally, in my life, I can ask anyone any question when I am looking for anything. I don’t care if the person is my child. Pride, however, makes a person to be too arrogant to be instructed. A proud person is ignorant, yet he can’t be instructed. And where there is no instruction, there can be no distinction; where there is no instruction, there is no destination. A proud person cannot achieve anything in life because instruction is needed for a change of level.

Now, take note of the following key facts:

1. Pride makes a person to arrive at a place of self-satisfaction (Dan. 4:30)

Pride makes a person arrive at a place of self-satisfaction and that leads to stagnation. He does not see his need for progress. He always says to himself: “I am doing very well. I have done more than everybody else.” Pride leads to self-satisfaction and that leads to stagnation.

2. Pride blinds people to reality (Pro. 16:18)

Proud people are reality-blinded. Reality is far from the proud. They live in a world of fantasy and fallacy. So, calamity often becomes their portion. They don’t see things as they are.

That will never be your portion in Jesus’ Name!

Pride makes a man to take the place of God in his own life. It makes people to claim they don’t need God. Pride is the worship of self.

SCRIPTURE: For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Isaiah 14:13-14.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Pride makes a man to take the place of God in his own life.

In our previous study, we saw how Lucifer, who was an arch-angel in heaven, was dethroned and became satan because of pride. God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6).

Today, I will like you to take note of the following key thoughts on pride:

1. Pride makes a person to become a god to himself (Acts 12:20-240)

Pride makes a man to take the place of God in his own life. It makes people to claim they don’t need God. Pride is the worship of self. There are people who think they are beautiful, and so they worship their beauty. There are those who worship their certificates. Those who think they are intelligent worship their intelligence. Pride is the worship of self.

2. Pride makes a man’s life to revolve around himself

Pride makes everything to revolve around a person. (Isaiah 14:13-14). Anyone you talk with whose vocabulary is full of “I” and “me” and always says things like: “I did this, I just bought this, I just moved to so and so kind of house, I just got”, is manifesting pride, and it is a challenge.

And when a man’s life revolves around himself, he becomes empty of people.

3. Pride makes a person too arrogant to be instructed (Daniel 4:27-33).

A proud man is too arrogant to learn anything. He does not learn anything because he is too arrogant to be instructed. And his arrogance gives rise to his ignorance. So, he has no future.

Beloved, my counsel is, don’t allow your life to be limited by pride.

Remember this: Pride makes a man to take the place of God in his own life.

Pride is a destroyer of life and destiny.

SCRIPTURE: Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Lucifer became satan because of pride. His destiny equals eternity in hell.

Pride has been confirmed to be a deadly enemy of destiny. Pride is a destroyer of life and destiny. It destroyed the destiny of Queen Vashti. On that fateful day, her husband, King Ahasuerus told her to come out so he could show her beauty to the people and the princes but she refused out of pride. Consequently, she was dethroned as queen (Esther 1:1-21).

What made Absalom die before his time? It was his pride! (2 Samuel 18:1-14).

What about lucifer? It was the same pride that dethroned him from heaven (Isaiah 14:12-15).

Lucifer was the anointed cherub who lived in heaven. Musical instruments were wired inside his body. The flapping of his wings was music. He was the most beautiful creature of all the celestial beings outside of God Himself, but pride entered his head and he was dethroned (Ezekiel 28:17). Lucifer became satan because of pride. His destiny equals eternity in hell.

Pride also humiliated Nebuchadnezzar. God made him to eat grass for seven years so he could acknowledge who really owned Babylon. When he returned, he said, “… and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.”(Daniel 4:37). He was talking from a practical experience.

It was pride that killed Herod. It happened on the day he spoke and the people said that his voice was the voice of God. He refused to give the glory to God and an angel smote him (Acts 12:21-24).

Beloved, don’t let pride kill you. Don’t let pride ruin your destiny; walk in humility.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Sicknesses are easily transferable through immorality, and iniquity generally.

Immorality, like every other form of sin, is a major channel of afflictions. It increases a person’s vulnerability to diseases, afflictions and destruction. Immorality increases vulnerability to satanic confrontations, curses and attacks. (1 Corinthians 6:16-18).

Sicknesses are easily transferable through immorality, and iniquity generally. People easily contract the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Gonococcus Bascilus, Syphilis Bacteria, Tricomonas Vaginalis, Candidas Albicans, and Herpes Virus, etc. through immoral activities. Also, bad luck, curses, evil covenants and demonic spirits are transferred when people engage in immorality.

Sometime ago, my wife met two prostitutes who were engaged in a conversation with each other at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja. Then she decided to preach to them. Now, one of them was telling the other person, something like: “I don’t know what happened to me the other night. There was this man I came in contact with and since then, my body has been very hot”. She may have come in contact with a man loaded with evil spirits.

You see, the transactions of immorality are beyond the flesh. Immorality joins minds to minds, spirits with spirits, and affects the entire life of a person. The point of contact which is the flesh is just a gateway for a dual carriage access to many negative things.

Beloved, when you live immorally, you become vulnerable to any attack that can come through the other person. You also become vulnerable in a greater dimension because of the direct attack on your spirituality and faith.

That shall not be your portion in Jesus’ Name.

To live a productive life on earth, one must live a life of vision. Vision is an indisputable key to the fulfilment of destiny.

SCRIPTURE: I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. Habakkuk 2:1-2.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Don’t wake up in the morning not knowing what to do until the day is over.

Vision is a very powerful force for life and destiny. Vision is very critical to the productivity of life and the fulfilment of destiny. To live a productive life on earth, one must live a life of vision. Vision is an indisputable key to the fulfilment of destiny.

Now, the question is, how is vision conceived? I shall give you three counsels on the matter of vision conception.

1. Ask God to fill your heart with the reasons for your existence (Acts 9:6).

At the place of prayer, ask God: Lord, why am I alive? What do you want me to do with my life? Fill my heart oh God with the reason for my existence in the earth. Deliver me Lord from every trace of idleness. What can I do with my life now?

When you ask God, He will fill your life with the reason for your existence.

2. Live with a sense of purpose daily (Ephesians 5:15).

Don’t wake up in the morning not knowing what to do until the day is over. Some people don’t know what to do or achieve until a week or a month is over. Don’t live such a life. Itemize what can be done to move your life forward spiritually and otherwise.

3. Disconnect from visionless people (2 Cor. 6:14).

There are many people who are going nowhere and they want people who will go with them. Disconnect from such visionless people. Love everyone but don’t hand your life over to anyone who is going nowhere in particular in life.

My counsel, make up your mind to conceive a viable vision for living.

Remember this: Don’t wake up in the morning not knowing what to do until the day is over.

Sometime ago, I told a young man who was waiting for Government contracts, not to only wait for contracts to do but also engage his hands in doing some other things. I told him that as a family man, his wife may not wait until they pay him money for contracts before expecting him to meet the basic needs of the family. I advised him that while waiting for the contracts in millions of Naira, he should also do something in the immediate that can bring him money daily, that is, daily cash inflow.

The young man put what I told him into practice and came back after sometime and said, “Sir, what you told me the other day is working. Money is coming regularly that I am using to achieve many things with my life”.

You see, to sit in one place doing nothing is to rust in life. Instead of sitting and waiting endlessly, develop a vision to ensure you are not stranded in life. There are many things you can do to avoid being stranded while waiting for a job. There are people who sell water and give offerings and tithes in millions of Naira.

My counsel is, engage your hand in profitable activities; keep living a productive life even while in expectation for that dream job.

Remember this: To sit in one place doing nothing is to rust in life.

NO VISION, NO ACTION

Where there is no vision, there can be no meaningful action.

SCRIPTURE: And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever. Genesis 13:14-15.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Where there is no vision, there can be no meaningful action.

It has been confirmed that vision powers action. That is why a life of no vision is a life of no action. A life of no vision is a life that is usually grounded in one place. Where there is no vision, there can be no meaningful action.

It is lack of vision that makes young people sit in one place doing nothing in the name of waiting for government jobs. Because they have no vision, they have no action. Beloved, don’t live your life like that. Don’t wait for government and waste in life. Let God give you something to pursue with your life.

Today, there are many people who don’t do anything with their lives, yet they wait for the time to contest political elections so they can be elected into government offices to collect salary. This is not supposed to be so. In other countries, people who contest elections into political offices are people who are successful in their various fields of endeavours.

But in our country, Nigeria, the opposite is the case. A man who has never succeeded in anything wakes up one day and begins to campaign just to be elected into a public office in order to steal public funds. And six months after the expiration of his tenure, if he is not re-elected, he becomes broke and wretched. This is because if he doesn’t steal money from the government, he can’t engage his mind productively to a living. This is a manifestation of lack of vision.

Beloved, make up your mind not to be idle. Always place a vision of what to do in front of you and pursue it.

Remember this: Where there is no vision, there can be no meaningful action.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: “Visionlessness” is one of the worst tragedies of our generation.

It is very important to know that the spell of visionlessness or aimlessness is a deadly enemy of destiny. That is why our anchor Scripture pointedly says that people perish in the absence of vision. Indeed, when a person does not know what to do with his life; when he does not know which direction to pour his energy, a destiny disaster is imminent.

When you ask a young man what he would like to do with his life, and he says, “Just anything”, that is very dangerous. Even though it is possible for you to do anything you find until you find what you want, it is very important for you to know specifically, what you want to do with your life. It is very important for you to know the area of life where God wants you to pour your energy. This is very important! “Visionlessness” is one of the worst tragedies of our generation. Many young men grow up without having a vision. There is nothing in particular they are pursuing in life. That is a tragedy!

Beloved, connect with people of vision. Connect with people of passion. Connect with people who know what they are doing in life, people who sleep with vision and wake up with vision.

What you don’t value, you don’t experience. You must value Divine direction before you can experience it. You must know that direction is crucial to your life.

SCRIPTURE: I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. Psalms 32:8

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Anyone who does not do what God says is never a candidate for Divine direction.

Previously, we looked at the necessity of Divine direction. It is important to look at how to access Divine direction today.

Now, the question is, how do you access Divine direction?

1. Value Divine direction (Mat. 6:33).

What you don’t value, you don’t experience. You must value Divine direction before you can experience it. You must know that direction is crucial to your life. You must know that you can be safe from disaster by just one Word from God. You must know that your life and destiny can open up by just one thing that God will tell you.

2. Pursue Divine direction (1 Sam. 30:.

Take days of fasting and praying in order to connect Divine direction. Stay up at night watching and praying for Divine direction. Ask God to speak to you in the language you can understand on issues of concern to you. Pursue Divine direction. What you don’t pursue, you can’t possess.

3. Comply with Divine direction (Gen. 6:7).

Anyone who does not do what God says is never a candidate for Divine direction. Do what God has told you already, things you heard through His servants or from the Scriptures. Comply with anything you are sure is from God. Comply with existing Divine direction if you want to receive further Divine directions.

I see Divine direction coming for you in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Immorality, like every other form of sin, distracts one’s vision and focus in life because it makes one to harbour filthy thoughts.

SCRIPTURE: Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings. Proverbs 31:3.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Every time people commit immorality, they give away their strength, energy, potential and destiny.

In our study last Tuesday, we saw that immorality, and iniquity generally, reduces the quality of life and destiny. This is one danger of immorality.

Today, it is also important to look at other dangers of immorality.

1. Immorality, and iniquity generally, attacks spirituality

Immorality, like every other kind of sin, leaves a person with the moral burden of guilt. The guilt of immorality negatively affects a person’s spiritual life. When you indulge in immorality, and iniquity generally, your study of the Word of God becomes meaningless, and your prayer life (if any) becomes dry. Immorality reduces spirituality, and you know that your spirituality determines your destiny.

2. Immorality, and iniquity generally, attacks mentality (Judges 16:13).

Immorality, like every other form of sin, distracts one’s vision and focus in life because it makes one to harbour filthy thoughts. The mind that one needs to strategize for the future is now diverted into garbage. A young man in school begins to fail examination because he is immorally involved with a girl. A young lady begins to write the same examination again and again because her mind is clogged with the thoughts of the immoral affair she is having with a boy. You cannot fulfil destiny when your vision is affected by immorality.

3. Immorality, and iniquity generally, diverts energy

Every time people commit immorality, they give away their strength, energy, potential and destiny (Proverbs 31:3). When people commit immorality, they destroy their future and destiny.

That will never be your portion in Jesus’ Name.

It is not possible for a person to reach a destination without a direction. You cannot reach where you are meant to reach in life if you don’t have a direction.

SCRIPTURE: And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment. 1 Chronicles 12:32.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Where there is no direction, there can be no dominion.

Divine direction is a critical asset to life and destiny fulfilment. That is why disregarding Divine direction is a deadly enemy of destiny. King Saul disregarded Divine direction when God gave him the commandment to kill the Amalekites. The consequence of it was that he ended up as a casualty (1 Samuel 15:1-35). That shall not be your portion in Jesus’ Name.

Today, I shall be giving you the following key thoughts on Divine direction:

1. There can be no destiny without direction (Ex. 13:21-22)

It is not possible for a person to reach a destination without a direction. You cannot reach where you are meant to reach in life if you don’t have a direction.

2. Where there is no direction, there must be disaster (Prov. 22:3)

Accidents happen when bearing is lost. When an aircraft loses bearing in the sky, it is an absolute disaster. In the same way, if there is no contact between you and heaven, disaster is imminent.

3. Where there is no direction, there is minimal progress (John 6:6).

Where there is no direction, there must be stagnation. When people don’t know what to do, they don’t leave where they are in life. And when you know what to do, you leave where you are.

4. Where there is no direction, there can be no dominion (1 Chronicles 12:32).

The children of Issachar ruled their brethren because they knew what Israel ought to do (1 Chronicles 12:32). Where there is no direction, there can be no dominion.

My counsel is, connect with Divine direction if you must fulfil your destiny.

SCRIPTURE: Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen. Ephesians 6:24.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Sincerity increases grace; honesty facilitates the anointing.

Sincerity or honesty has been confirmed to be a major enhancer of the unction. Sincerity increases grace; honesty facilitates the anointing.

On the other hand, insincerity decreases the anointing. The reason why Saul was never pardoned was because he never opened up to God.

David was a total opposite of Saul. Despite all the atrocities that David committed, when confronted by God through the prophet, Nathan, he admitted everything and opened up to God. When God saw his sincerity, the Lord seemed to have said: “I will deal with you but your sincerity has reduced the dealing.”(2Samuel 12:13, 14 paraphrased).

Ephesians 6:24 says, “Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen”

Sincerity increases grace. Honesty brings grace; deception or crookedness destroys the anointing and you need the anointing to fulfil your destiny.

And above all, all liars shall have their part in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone (Revelation 21:.

It does not matter the gravity of the lie; all liars, including those who lied to pastors at the point of being joined in marriage, shall have their part in the lake of fire except they repent of it.

My counsel is, insist on the truth to attract the grace of God on your life.

One of the powers of the truth is the guarantee of longevity and lasting results.

SCRIPTURE: The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment. Proverbs 12:19.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: One of the powers of the truth is the guarantee of longevity and lasting results.

Truth is a major force in life. One of the powers of the truth is the guarantee of longevity and lasting results. But lies on the other hand cut lives and destinies short. This is why you must avoid the way of lie.

Proverbs 12:19 says, The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment.

It does not matter how successful a fake man is, his success cannot last. It does not matter how prosperous a deceitful woman is, her prosperity has no future in this world and in the world to come.

Another instructive passage on this subject is Psalm 101:7:He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.

If you tell lies, you will not tarry in God’s Presence – whether the lie is presenting a certificate which is not yours, changing your date of birth to get a job, arranging a false marriage to get a Green Card, inflating the price of materials officially procured in order to keep the balance of the money, etc. The Bible says that he who tells lies shall not tarry in God’s Presence. And if you can’t tarry in God’s Presence, where would you tarry? Is it in the presence of the devil? So, telling lies deprives a person of his future.

Beloved, if you want to tarry in the sight of Jehovah, you must not give room to any form of lie, exaggeration, deception and flattery. Always insist on the truth.

Remember this: One of the powers of the truth is the guarantee of longevity and lasting results.

SCRIPTURE: Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do: he was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. John 8:44

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To exist in falsehood is to attract the activity of the enemy.

Yesterday, we saw how insincerity led an Amalekite to his tragic death. When people tell lies, death could be the consequence.

Now, let me give you some key thoughts on truth and falsehood.

1. The absence of truth is the absence of the Spirit of God

Anywhere truth is absent, the Spirit of God is absent because the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth (John 16:13 and John 15:26).

2. Existing in falsehood is attracting the activity of the enemy.

To exist in falsehood is to attract the activity of the enemy.

John 8:44 says, Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do: he was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

The devil is the father of all lies. So, anyone who exists in falsehood also exists in the company of the father of lies.

3. There can be no triumph in life without the truth.

There can be no triumph in life without the truth.

John 8:32 says, And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

So, freedom or triumph is tied to the truth. Anyone who avoids the way of truth has embraced the way of bondage. A liar is a natural candidate for captivity. Refuse to be under bondage; embrace the truth always.

Remember this: To exist in falsehood is to attract the activity of the enemy.

The lifestyle of falsehood, fakeness, insincerity, unreality, unfaithfulness, unreliability, undependability cannot take anyone anywhere.

SCRIPTURE: Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds. Colossians 3:9

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The repercussion of lying is death.

It has been confirmed that the lifestyle of insincerity, falsehood, unfaithfulness, unreliability, fakeness, is a deadly enemy of destiny.

There was a man, an Amalekite who killed himself with his own mouth. He came to tell David that he (the Amalekite) killed King Saul (2 Samuel 1:1-16). When David heard that Saul had died, he cried bitterly. And afterwards, he pronounced a death sentence on the Amalekite who claimed to have killed Saul. But in reality, it was not that man who killed Saul. Saul killed himself by falling on his own sword (1 Samuel 31:1-6).

The Amalekite said he killed Saul whereas Saul actually killed himself. His evidence was true because he brought Saul’s crown to David but his story was a lie. Maybe he was passing by and saw Saul already dead, and then carried Saul’s crown and came to lie to David that he killed Saul. And the consequence of that lie was death. That will not be your portion in Jesus’ Name.

Just as impurity reduces the quality of gold, immorality, and iniquity generally, reduces the quality of a person’s life and destiny.

SCRIPTURE: For by means of a whorish woman a man is brought to a piece of bread: and the adulteress will hunt for the precious life. Proverbs 6:26.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Just like impurity reduces the quality of gold, immorality, and iniquity generally, reduces the quality of a person’s life and destiny.

The lifestyle of immorality (iniquity generally) has been confirmed to be a deadly enemy of destiny. Immorality was the ruin of Samson. Immorality almost ruined the lives of people like David and Solomon.

Now, I want you to know that just as impurity reduces the quality of gold, immorality, and iniquity generally, reduces the quality of a person’s life and destiny.

By means of a whorish woman or a prostitute, a man’s worth is reduced to a piece of bread (Proverbs 6:26). Also, a woman’s worth can be reduced to a piece of cake when she joins herself to a man in immoral sin. When you have a sugar daddy who engages in immorality with you today, it will turn to a bitter daddy tomorrow. Immorality reduces the quality of destiny to a piece of bread.

Today, you see some young ladies who are at the youthful stage of their lives and are beautiful. But if they continue to indulge in immoral lifestyle, in just few years, they would become dilapidated, frustrated, battered, shattered, and scattered. Similarly, it is possible to see a young man using his hand to support his waist like an old man because of reckless immoral living. Immorality reduces the quality of a person’s life and destiny.

My counsel is, refuse the lifestyle of immorality by all means.

Whatever you want in life, you can always start somewhere. That is why the engagement of the hand in doing whatever you find is the doorway to finding what you want.

SCRIPTURE: Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest”. Ecclesiastes 9:10

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Great things always have little beginnings.

In life, every great thing usually has a little beginning. Whatever you want in life, you can always start somewhere. That is why the engagement of the hand in doing whatever you find is the doorway to finding what you want.

Today, a young man may refuse to do what his hand finds because he is waiting for a call from a job interview he did. No! Don’t just wait like that. Determine to do something with your hands until the call comes, and even if the call does not come, face your life. Do not only look for someone who can employ you. Rather, you can establish a business that can employ other people.

As a young medical doctor in those days, I consulted in three different places in one day. I consulted in one place in the morning, in another place in the afternoon, and in another place at night. After the night consultation, I would still drive my car as taxi (kabu-kabu), in the town of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. As I carried people from one place to another, I prayed in the spirit while on the steering.

I would be reading the Bible in between the various consultations and leading people to Christ at the consultation desk, casting out devils while talking to people, and firing in tongues one to three hours in the morning before going out.

Beloved, always know that great things always have little beginnings. Do anything your hand finds to do no matter how little it is. You shall succeed in life in Jesus’ Name
