Hello, pls how did u fix this problem. I also bought an item from Alibaba and it was shipped by the seller via Aliexpress. I kept tracking the item using the tracking No that I was given until it arrived in Nigeria. To my surprise, it currently shows "item inserted in Abuja bag." The item was supposed to be sent to A post office in Lagos. I went to Ikeja yesterday to complain and I was told that the item has an Abuja address and not Lagos address. I chatted the seller and he sent me the invoice and also the paper that they usually attached to the product. The paper shows the tracking No the Seller gave to me, my address and also the detail of the product. Now my question is that, where is the problem coming from. Are the people in Nipost lying or is the problem from the seller side. This product is about 81k. This is because I wonder how Ali express will give a tracking No to 2 people and Nipost will also tell me a different story. Thanks all

Well, as touching my package, I got it 6 days after it was inserted in domestic bag in Lagos. Your own case is a bit different, I think you need to show them at the post office the address the seller told you he wrote on the parcel, meanwhile, I don't think this a difficult issue to iron out, all they need to do is to make a contact with the branch of post office involve and reroute the parcel.

I still prefer Gearbest to Aliexpress because they use priority mail in sending most of their items.Recently i ordered Bluedio T5 headset from aliexpress and i was given a tracking number that can't be tracked except on aliexpress tracking site.Eventually the item encountered a failed delivery, a week after i use thesame address to purchase a laptop bag on gearbest, lo and behold, it got delivered successfully.I went ahead and open a dispute but aliexpress judgement favoured the seller stating that the seller actually shipped the item that it was my address that has issues. I make them realized that any item that encountered failed delivery supposed to have indications that it should be returned to a particular address provided by the seller. But Aliexpress turned deaf and my money was not refunded.I decided to chat the seller she keeps assuring me that she'll send me another one but now she has changed her promise.She keeps telling me to call the post office which i've gone to several times and they couldn't figure out the location of the item because the tracking number provided can't be tracked on their site.

Ouch! I am having a similar challenge now, I ordered for an item about 6 days ago but I was given number that China post registered airmail did not recognize, I contacted the seller, up till now, he has not responded. I doubt if I will order from Aliexpress again, this is the second time I am having issues with them, what I ordered from gearbest has delivered successfully without hitches.

Nairalander, I need you enlightment here, I placed an order from gearbest, my order arrived in Lagos since 24th of August but tracking has not gone past INSERT INTO DOMESTIC BAG. The address is directed to OAU, for how long do I need to wait before I can get or I should walk to the post office and make enquiry.

Recently, I made an order from gearbest which I was informed it was shipped on the third day and a tracking no was sent to me. Hitherto, the tracking shows "ready for shipping " after 17 days of making order through Netherlands airmail.
