..2 years there about....Did Fund transfer and Accountant with one Microfinance,,,then got into a commercial bank may last year where I presently work for over a year now....Really want to get a full staff position even it it's ET...less than 26 yrs....I don't mind if am referred

Very possible. My friend went to one of the newly licensed commercial Bank as a contract staff and he was given ET. He had 4 years of marketing Experience before. Another former colleague got that too though in compliance department. Most times they give you ET rank as you can't negotiate because of the contract issue. However with favour and connect you can get ABO depending on years of experience.

Sir,,with 3 years experience in Tellering,fund transfer officer and Marketer and would love to build a career in banking in Canada........my questions are;;

1) after enrolling for the CSC exam,can one get a professional Banking job role in Calgary that I can grow my career?

2) as a 3.3/5.0 cgpa Accounting graduate with few years experience,,do you have any school you can recommend for Masters in Canada(preferably MBA) since 2:2 grads are not mostly admitted to Canadian uni??


3)How does one get those positions I see on LinkedIn e.g Personal Banking Associate, Analyst, ...does one need to apply for their graduate trainee since one is a contract staff??

You need their certification, IFIC is CSC.
