Irrespective, report to the police. Police will then find a way to locate her. I guess they will want to pick up that your ex boyfriend to help them. The problem is you have blocked and deleted him. But I hope you still know his contact info.

Unfortunately, you must be ready to spend money. Police won't work for free.
