I have tried it and it worked. Only that you cannot send pictures, sounds etc. It is plainly text. But i think its good. You don't even have to use wap. and it is just 20 bucks.

Yes, Mercury and APC are the best. I have been using an APC in my office for over two years and there hadn't been any problem yet. I even use one at home, for my electronics. Sometimes I use it to charge my phone, TV and DVD player and at times my blender, all simultaneously! This reveals how rugged APC is, and its only 450VA. I power my own with a 500VA Densine stabiliser 'cos i discovered one problem with UPS is power fluctuations.

(1)Why do ladies have to fight for rights we already have? I don't, have never, and will never belong to the category of people who believe in the daft school of thought which say's that Men are superior to women. I am a woman, who knows that women are complimentary to men and vice versa. We are each other's equals and the fact that one is named the head over the other doesn't hake him/her superior to the other.

Women r not allowed in some cases 'cos its their belief (igbos) that there's nothing they can suggest that'll solve the problem at hand, any attempt by the women to counteract to this universal tradition had always resulted in chaos.

The fight for superiority, as i c it is useless, just as u said, women are complimentary to men but not vice versa. In English, some words are strong when they stand alone, but the moment u add a prefix or suffix to it then it becomes weaker. Man, prefixed with WO, the result... (Wo)Man, has chaned the meaning, significance and strength in d the abstract and physical sense. Women cannot be compared to men, they can't be equal, God didn't make them eqaul. Questioning the crystal clear inequality of women to men is as good as questioning God 'why'? The answer is women are assistants to men, it is conventional and there is nothing anybody can do to that. You acn't change God's will.

Of course men do not have to show that they are superrior to women, it is wrong to make a woman feel inferior. What's the point? It won't change God's will. Needless to argue that everybody, male or female has a purpose of creation, but do not forget that the overarching objective for creating women is for them to ASSIST men, and not to compete with them. They are not better halfs, they are helpers, assistants to women.

I personally do not support gender discrimination, I believe women are good in their reasn for creatn.But once any woman starts to question superiority or equality, she wan hear tori.

I know that no system can eliminate rigging (courtesy of last 2 US presidential elections where votings were e-rigged), however the possibilityof reducing the magnitude of rigging is worth investing into.

But in general, this will be a giant stride and breakthrough for Nigeria, then the government should be thinking of e-census for accurate counting.

Seun please advise them not to rush into the regional or subregional market for now, what they should do now is feasibility study of the responses to treatment and its acceptability in the local market, this will make them gain more goodwill first in the local environment before vending internationally. What i am saying is that they should wait for sucess in the use of these drugs locally before intriducing it to the international community. Adebayo Adedeji once said in one of his books that enteprises and firms/industries that cannot compete locally will never make it internationally.

Well, as far as i am sincerely concerned, Seun is very right to make such pronouncement. What should be considered is the reasons for double-dating and not double-dating in its literal sense.

Finf out, of all premises given, where the elemnt of commitment lies and then you will find how justifiable double-dating may be in some cases.

So, given the justification and critics, it may be right or wrong on a 50-50 basis

This may be casued by so many reasons, some of which are highlighted below:

Whatever the reason may be, I still think there are many more 'virgin' business ideas in Nigeria - ideas that are yet to be discovered and explored. Even the already existing avenues are yet to be optimally utilised. We are yet to reach a state of "Parento Optimality" (an economic term) in Nigeria.

As for me, I'm not in a haste to travel. But if the oppurtunity comes, I will definitely be sure of what I am going there to do, not to start running helter-skelter and dodging the law enforcement agents "because I dont have papers."

But sometimes it is good that you hear her out, you might just be the one at fault.

But as for my own personal judgement, she will have to go on suspension for sometime for me to get over the shock, after which I may be lenient enough to her story and decide on what to do.

I was watching the the NPRC live broadcast this morning when Justice Oputa presented the report on the Anti-Corruption Committee, where he said that corruption has become something Nigerians find inevitable.

Why do you think it is so?

He said rotation of presidency among the six geo-political zones of the country as suggested by the South-South group will only result to rotation of corruption.

What I think is that unless and until Nigerians take a step forward towards fighting the corruption in themselves, Nigeria will remain not a corrupt nation, but a country habouring corrupt people. This is the only country where you find politicians fighting for their own interest both on the long and short run analysis, instead of making people's interest a priority.

Corruption is getting worse in Nigeria. The more the people of Nigeria try to find solution to the problems at hand, the worse the situation becomes. And I do not think that this Confab is an exception to that. How do we expect people who were appointed by the President and his governors make a constitution that will be of benefit to the common man in Nigeria? People, most of whom do not know what the common man on the streets go through?

I think there is still a lot to do. and what to do is subordination of one's self interest to the collective interest of all. The right candidate for this task is me and you. Let's get up to the task.

I think I support Ra's opinion as to when it is good to talk to your child about sex. It is when you make yourself available to them when they need you that they find the most comfortable time to speak to you. They begin to get curious about the whole topic. It is advisable that you don't turn them down when the ask about it for the first time, this will go a long way to determine their own orientation about sex education.
