kyrian omang: well.i am a committed christian havn't paid tithe before in my life and yet,God anwers all my needs.i only believe in holiness and doing God.don't have a permanent church but only worshipped with any living church.tithe for me is a christian obligation which is as old as sacrificing animals to GodYes, he answers all your needs. But do you know if he would have answered you even more than your own human expectations if you had included thithing ? What we don't know about God is more than we know. |
fyneguy: Fashola's action is the least he could do to promote democracy. Don't look at it from the angle of the governor's forum relevance but the bad precedence this seeks to lay which could be re-enacted in other important matters. We should spare no resources to checkmate anti-democratic forces and their machinations. Thanks so much for this intelligent reasoning. May God increase your wisdom. |
if 35 state executives cannot conduct a free and fair election between themselves, I wonder what 2015 will look like. [/quote You're right as the hand writing of 2015 election is on the wall |

darealez: If he did make any comment we'll be the first to critize him. Won't it be better if he kept silent and prayed in secrecy for the improvement of the nation??darealez, The Lord Almighty shall give you allround successes. God Almighty shall bless you in a way that trascends all human reasoning and imagination. How I wished his critics would repent and also think rightly like this. I have not understood how human beings can be satisfied. Eniyan soro, won ko si see te lorun. |
I.Joan:Excellent , Baba may the Almighty keep increasing your divine wisdom. Amen! |

Ijogz K: A review at the issuance of our working permit is extremely needed.. Who approved their Visa self? You're absolutely right. Most Indians too don't have work permit in Nigeria and are the Lords of the second time slave trading in Nigeria and they remain unchecked by our intentionally will lacking, attention-diverted and lackadaisical government who at the expense of the masses, in order to enrich their own pockets, sold our citizens into the hands of these expatriates all in the name of the so called investments. Lebanese and Indians need to be deported to their countries. Zain was so fair and nice with both the customer and staff untill Airtel came on board. Working with zain we saw a bright future ahead of us but when the Indians(Airtel) came on board ,everything looked bleak with no prospect in view again. They looked at Nigeria as a place of no law where they could quickly make their money and settle home finally . They are all technical students from their land and were boses to even the masters and the doctorates students here . On their arrival, 6 of them would eat from a plate at the canteen and when they discovered money with the calls we were picking as Customer Care Representatives, they felt we should be laid off for more gains. Just immediately after Airtel Indians took over from Zain that they started the plan to frustrate and lay off all contract staff working as Customer Care Representative. They stated the frusration by wanting to reduce our salary from : N 74,000 to N 29,000 in the current city of Abuja. This happened all in 2011 September and also by increasing the work hours from 5:45hours to 8hrs without considering the corresponding health hazard (permanent deafening effect resulting from acoustic shock due to some emissions from the network signal via headsets ). This acoustic shock permanently blocked some agents from hearing till today despite attending many hospitals in Nigeria and elsewhere. Apart from acoustic shock health treath, a lot of agents started having eye problem due to long exposure to the screen ultraviolet rays as a result of long working ours. With all these, the Indians still went ahead to stop our health scheme . An incident that led to an aftermath riot was a sudden closure of the call centre on September 2011 without any prior notice. We then organized a rally round Abuja ,then Nigeria Labour ,the National Assembly and the Lagos state government all rose to our rescue and we started work; but Indians will ever remain Indians with their slavery mentality. As we were working they started entering our government offices to find their ways out and both parties begin to smile at the staff expense. In 2012 they rolled out forms and called it Voluntry Retirement Scheme(VRS) and they relocated their call centre from. Abuja to Ibadan. The term voluntry in their own case implies 'compulsory' or 'mandatory'.They forced every one to collect the form and they laid every one off and paid the staffs off according to their years of service including all the team leads trained by Zain Network . And ask me how much the team leads were paid not to talk of their agents. If you're very observant these days, if you call Airtel call centres, a starter who will do trial and error will answer you. They did not allow them to board with old agents to learn as the old ones with experience have been laid off. The job requires a lot of expertise which one gains in the process of time. Despite my working for 3 years with commendations from Zain HR, there were still a lot to learn from the network as a frontline agent. I wonder how a good manager would loose consultants with many years expertise . Nigerian government is causing a lot of harms to her citizens. The funniest thing there is that The two main call centers in Lagos and Abuja were both closed and up to 3000+ youths were silently asked to go. The topic under which I posted this comment only reminds me of how Nigerians are suffering in their own father land from the hands of foreigners, an extent no African can go in Abroad. Nigerians working as contract staffs are suffering in banks , expatriate companies and even some indigenous factories/worplaces , call centres and lots of others, just to mention a few. Where is this country going? |
Dee60: Nigerians actually saw GEJ as a good person, until he surrounded himself with strange fellows. He still has exactly 2 years to redeem his image.Hmmm...If I were Goodluck Jonathan I would impress Nigerians hence forth by delievering on my mandate within the remaining 2 years by working assiduously. |
SlyIg: So so childish!Exactly. |
Gamji007: Abati is a product of same sex marriage - Says Femi Fani KayodeGamji007, I really adore you with this comment. As a Nigerian youth too, your comment moved me. I didn't expect Reuben Abati to be saying this. How can there be politics without opposition? Fashakin too may not be doing so well in his utterances, but Abati could could have taken it easy. |
obadiah777: THE LORD DID THATI believe it's getting to the time that every one will get closer to God. Anything that happens physically had already happened spiritually; believe it or leave it. Even old parents used to say this. I could remember that on the 1st January of this year, the church I attended, among the prophesies given were that of building collapse and that brethren should pray against this. I just start to recall the prophesy now when building collapses start happening . May the Almighty keep us safe at all times. |
izeek: when would we begin to get things right as a nation?By the time our wicked leaders turn the entire populace to scavengers and finally turns Naija to 14th century. |
Yomieluv: if that's the case, they should all be killed then, to prevent transmission of the deadly diseasesI don't believe that someone could think and write this. So it means that if someone complains head ache to you, you will advice the person to cut off his head. Na wa oh... |
Okija juju: Empty threats...I love your nice comment. May God increase your wisdom. |
pulel: Before u asked y jonaboy hate d north so much, pls ask d northern governors y d hate d north so much. Wat has nyako done for d money he' s been allocated so far. He iis cryin now cos he wont have govt money at his disposal to waste. A beg, leave jona leave. For once he is acting like a presido. If nyako has been doin his job, adamawa wont b in where it is rite now. Let us hold our local/state leaders responsable before getting to d final oga at d top. You've spoken a hard truth and if no one likes it, I personally love your reasoning . At times, instead of people seeing with their eyes, they rather see with their feet. I support you. |
bobthebuilder99: What have the Northern governors been doing with their monthly allocations anyway?Bros na enjoyment dem dey take the monthly allocation dey do at the detriment of their people. They must travel outside the shore of this country thrice in each month to Dubai and Co. with their people suffering and not challenging them. |

Benissues: These pics gets me tinkin n laffin!!...on hw life have evolved!!.......happy viewing!!I like the post. As at then, Nigeria's economy was O.K and people were living fine. There were jobs and a lot of hopes. When our Naira had value. |
ebamma: The people who bought and consumed the drugs should also be jailed for their stupidity, u see drug were the name be my pikin u still get mind buy am go takeSo you mean that's how upside down your own judgement is. So you're saying innocent consumers should be jailed for what they know nothing about. Tell me what stupidity you have found in them. Kindly modify your comment, it's not good enough. |
craigj: Its only in Nigeria you get to see Government officials having a pack of security personnels attached to them. Can you imagine a speaker with four aides? I can bet its even more than that cos the wife and children's aides havn't been added.Since they know what the work of their hand is. |
iwanchop: If the presidency could invest the power its using to harass Amaechi on the Boko Haram guys their insurgency would have been a thing of the past.Jonathan leaves leprosy and starts treating ring worm( O fi ete sile, o n pa lapalapa ). Misplacement of priorities. |
~Bluetooth:I believe your words. Nothing lasts forever except God Almighty. |
holyvirgin: Shatapp there mr man, I thought u were different? What happened to fashocrooks billions? Monies belonging to poor lagosians that he has embezzeled?
