Hello, my mom applied for B1 visas for me and my brother around last year. We were after being asked to bring in some documents. Online, her status showed her visa as still being valid. Last week she tried to travel to America and wasn't allowed to board the flight saying that her visa was revoked after my application and she was asked to bring her visa in.

We never saw such message. And we were also not informed. It still shows online that the visa is valid. What do we do?

And also, if she has to go in for a new interview, how would the revocation affect her application?

The sugar they package in this country is not sweet. You pour one sachet of Dangote sugar in your pap, and the pap tastes like you added extra water. Is good we ban importation of products that are manufactured in the country, but at the same time we have to ensure the home product is not of substandard quality. If our sugar tastes better and is cheaper, then no one will go through the misery of smuggling St Louis into the country. Not necessarily... Doing the exams just shows the VO that you put some more effort into your admission process, portraying you as a credible student

Hi there is a general backlog of visit visa application pending for a decision. You just have to be patient or contact home office at their website to know the status of the application.

My mom made her visa application about a month ago. About three weeks ago, it was confirmed that her passport had gotten to Sheffield.

But she has not received any update since then. Is this normal? How many weeks does it take to get a decision and receive her visa?
